If you look at the raikage's office, Saito broke in and stole the seal of the Raikage and several scrolls and letters. I just had Cody forge the letter by looking at the handwriting of one of those letters

It's the ability to pay attention to detail of the writing, for example, the way you dot is and cross ts, or the distinct line that someone makes with an R. I personally write my Z's different than everyone else, so you can tell easily if it's my handwriting from my Z's. Even in real life, people can forge signatures, maybe not 100 percent, but pretty close.

Actually the Sharingan is the second/Third most legit doujutsu simply because it grants a mechanical precognition that borderlines on future-sight. In addition is grants 'bullet time' effects and allows the user to see complex chakra patterns.

That's the sharingan at it's core most people don't like the fact the Sharingan can reverse genjutsu and holds a j**z load of jutsu that stand as the pinnacle of their jutsu type. Now imagine someone with the Rinnegan who implans their arm with Sharingan or something like that...Then give it to Tensai.
