(( is it legal to attack konoha from a side entrance cause basicly konoha is round shaped and in a filler episode between naruto's wind rasengan training and the appereance of hiddan and kakuzu there were 4 gates mentioned))

Zeramaru arrived at the gates sand swirling around him his body was a semi human puppet all but the limbs were human and strings emerged from his left chest controlling his 31 puppets.
With a tug on the string Yoroi, his large golem like puppet, swung his giant mace into the wall creating a hole and quickly he entered the village using a smoke bomb to cover his tracks.

Phi runs to the entrance of the Leaf. Phi turns around and laughs evily. "I'm leaving Leaf!! HAHAHAHAHA!" Phi runs away.

Kazuma appeared he looked tired he had been gone long and he was thinking he didn't know what he should do now Katsuro would be angry Chi would be angry and he need to set his priorites right.

Sypher appeared in a flaming gust and spoke "Well well, the 5 tails and the one tails." He twirled his staff/sword and stabbed it into the ground, while his feet were placing bone deep into the ground. A bone armor quickly ran over him, directly afterwards his spinal arm did several hand signs and he spoke "Water armor jutsu." He was then covered in a second layer of water.

Greyson looked at Sypher. "Looks like you are too weak for me to fight." he said turning around. As some of his sand armor break off and broke into the ground along with the rest of the sand in the area that he left from the last battle he was in. The sand shot towards and that was in the ground and was ready to crush it up.
(Moki, you do know that the bone still has to be connected to you in order for you to control it...right?)
