"There was venom?" Sanvi asked. Her face paled at this. She prayed that Garin could get it out before it had any effect. Tears welled up in her eyes.

Garin didn't have to suck long before her blood tasted clean.He let out a sigh in relief.

Sanvi leaned down and started petting Aquaria's hair, to calm herself. "Thank you," she whispered to Garin.
Aquaria whimpered a little. Her face was even paler, and her heart rate and breathing were slowing.

Aquaria's heart rate slowed more, and it almost seemed like she wasn't breathing, thought Garin had managed to stop the bleeding on her hand.
"No, Aquaria, don't die," Sanvi begged her. She began to cry when she could no longer hear Aquaria breathing, though the girl still was. "Don't be dead, you can't go yet!"

Sanvi leaned closer to Aquaria. "Please, no!" she almost screamed. "No, don't go! You can't! Please..." She was sobbing now. "Stay with me!" She turned to Garin. "Can you save her?" she asked. "Can you still turn her?"
