"I don't know... I haven't seen Kyrre since before... well... He said something about a gem... and a meeting with the elders... but that was a while ago..." Takiko seemed to be getting worse by the minute. She still held on, with all her strenght, constantly trying to get the shadows to heal them. Everytime she tried, they seemed to only get farther away.

He closed his eyes. "Damnit..." He began to ruffle through his pockets, emptying them... the gun, the money, a cloth, a watch, the MP3 player, and a few other mismatched items... he ripped the cloth apart, wrapping it around her wounds. "I have to be able to do something..."

"Your being plenty of help...." Takiko was still exreamely weak. The cloth around her neck was covered in her blood in a matter of minutes. But she seemed to look at Deo. For a wolf demon, he had no way to heal himself. Takiko could heal herself a bit with extra blood. And a few tricks she learned from Kyrre, but modified.

He looked at Deo. "As for him..." Ghorkel looked around, finding a discarded matress and dragging it over... he used one of the very few spells he knew... it was a simple spell, not very useful... see, it killed insects. He used it on the mattress, killing the lice or fleas within. He gently pushed the wolf-demon onto it, and looked at him. "Hmmm... I think I hit him with that pipe too hard. Head trauma, I think." He sat down on a T.V. "I don't know what to do about him... do you think a lycan would help him...?"

"Of course not." Takiko was now leaning against a pile of used tires. At least now she could sit up. "Deo is Tainted. No one wil help him..... I would have about a month ago.... but.... He did something he shouldn't have. That is why we fight to this day."

He shook his head. It wasn't his place to ask what. He looked over the creature's wounds. "I saw shadows healing him before... why aren't they now?" He closed his eyes... and seemed to dissapear.
...A minute later, he returned, first aid kit in hand. "They won't be needing this. He applied some medical alcohol to the demon's head, and began to wrap it... living on the streets, he had known how to treat wounds. He threw Takiko the bottle. "Catch... I don't know how vampires work, but that helps mortal wounds, at least."
Lifting the demon male's head up, he applied the cloth bandages. "He might be laughed at a little, but it's better than being a retarded demon for the rest of his life, I think."

Takiko looked at the ground, catching the bottle without looking at it. She placed it next to her, it wouldnt help at all.
"Those shadows... they were the Void." Takiko looked up from the grund to the demon. "Ever heard of it?"

"The Void...? Kind of like Abyss? I've heard of Abyss... but never Void." He shook his head, sighing. "Care educating me upon it? Sounds important."

"Well." Takiko decided to start at the beginning. "The kind of vampire that I am, Voidmaster. We are consumed by the Void. Better known as Darkness. The Void is...I'm not exactly positive....but it controls us at times. When we have a lust for blood, the Void takes over. Then sometimes we can manipulate it for our own needs. Sometimes it works agianst is." Takiko pointed at the black mist that was slowly circling them. "That is sort of it. I am trying, and have been trying, to control it. But I don't have enough energy... unfortunatly... or else I might be able to heal Deo."After her long explanation, she had to slow her breathing. It used a lot of her enrgy. The mist ended up dissapearing nad Takiko looked like she was going to pass out after letting go of her grip on it.

Takiko's attention was diverted to a being picking up pieces of metal. With a bite taken of her neck, she would be an easy target for any demon that wanted revenge for Deo. Takiko placed her hadn to her neck, though there was wrappings around it, she could still feel her blood through it. She didnt really need to check, the scent was strong enough.

"Voidmaster... that's an odd name, seeing that you're consumed by the void. Void-afflicted might be a better term, since it sounds malignant." He shrugged, looking at her. He looked around at the mist, shivering a bit. He didn't like it. He ignored the person picking up scrap, assuming them to be a vagrant or something, soon to run away if they saw his burnt and ugly face.

Still looking away from the demon who helped her. Takiko suddenly raised her hand. All the black mist that was circling dissapeared. When Takiko lowered her hand, she looked even weaker than before. But releasing her frip on the mist seemed to give her a little more strenght.
The memory of the last time she saw Kyrre flowed into her mind. The dissapointed look he gave her, just because she had a few scratches. Now she had a bite mark in her neck deep enough to kill a human. She could only imagine how dissapointed he would be in her then. Knowing that, she pressed her back against the rubbish she leaned against. Takiko placed one of her hands on a tire sticking out of it behind her. Without any sign of weakness, Takiko forced her body to stand, leaning against the pile.
"We have some control over it... So the term Voidmaster is understandable at times."

Ghorkel closed his eyes, thinking for a bit. "I must leave for a while... I have just been given a lot of information to gather... if I find a kinsmen of yours, I will send them your way..." He walked over, planting a kiss on her forehead... it burned a little. "Until then... I can only give you that 'blessing'... fare thee well."
And he was gone, running in 'time-mode'.

'Blessing? What the hell?' Takiko thought as she watched him leave. She still tried to understand what he was. He had the powers of a speed demon, but unless she was mistaken he also had hooves. To her knowledge, Tainted coudn't give 'blessings' that helped much. With the back of her hand she rubbed her forehead, since it still moderatly stung. With much more energy then earlier, and the wound almost completly healed, Takiko mode her way down a random street. After a few steps she untied the matierial around her neck. Revealing a recently healed bite mark. Which Deo had inflicted on her earlier. Within a few mintues, she was nowhere to be see.
