She's been trying to kidnap and/or injure some of Joe's friends . . . coworkers. Whatever they are. AND she provoked him into unleashing the Hulk. Which damn near could have destroyed this place.

Perhaps we do, but there is no organization to any of it. Just because there never has been anything like that in the Nexus, doesn't mean it isn't needed.
