He knew that when in somebody else's form, he could cast a spell that preserves the form for a certain amount of time before it was lost, if he needed to change back for a short time. Knowing this, he cast the spell, chanting a few words that could not be understood, and it was preserved to his gunblade. All he had to do was poke the tip of the gunblade in his chest and the form would flow back into him. So, he changed back into his form so he could have a word with the man who trashed his room.
Hey, you, may I have a word with you now?
