I'll most likely be getting a different avatar for the third sigbox panel, but does it look alright for now? Is the background fine, or does it just kill it?  xD

Looks fine to me. Although the shoutbox text might be a bit harder to read. I don't think it would be too bad. Maybe you could up the opacity of the boxes just a tad more?

How would I go about pixeling a little wing icon for the corner? Like a little dragon wing? Should I search up google for a little icon to draw over? surprised

Wunderbar. ^^ And a mini bat-wing might be hard to do very teenily. You could try coloring over a Mini Nitemare Wing if you don't mind the large size.
