"Sevilin." Was what Galesen said when he saw the man walk in the room. He gave a nod to the drow as he leaned against the wall with his arms crossed loosely. "I...I mean we all have to speak with you about a few things." Well that was true, but if Tyyrael needed to go first then Galesen would let him, after all what Tyyrael needed to do was more important, the same went with Malik.

"I don't like it when you work too much and neither does Mama." But she was content to stay at his side while he took care of business, whatever that business might be. After all, she was studying to be just like him one day. Giving a wave to Tyyrael, she gave a happy smile. "Do you like it here, Tyyrael? Isn't it neat?"
He didn't have time to waste and gave her a nod, turning towards the door as his best friend's voice floated through. Yes, they were indeed back. Opening it slightly, he stepped out and pulled it closed behind him then enveloped his friend in a manly hug. With a slap on the back, he gave him a grin. "Khai! Glad to see you back home. You still a virgin?"
Stopping at the sight of the draithix, she clutched her case and stepped back. "Nice...Yinn." This house was so full of animals and they still all frightened her. Another step back and she tried to dart around him, carefully keeping her case out of teeth range. "I just want to go home."

"Sevilin...the brigade master needs to discuss things with you, and I need to see your son. Where is our guest at, which cell?"
before glancing at Galesen.
"And he needs to ask your permission for things. Do be polite with the brigade master."
though he gave a slight grin at Sevilin.
"and my project did get completed on time, correct?"
She gave a frown...she didn't want a book, but she took it none the less, though she stayed when Malikahi appeared. So this was teh prodigal son...and if the son was here, that meant the father was as well.

His eyes narrowed and he slightly gripped his daughter's hand tighter. Though it seemed people were trying to be smart enough to approach him gently on this all. Thusly he addressed them each, first turning his eyes to Galesen, "If you have something to ask you better do it while I'm in a pleasant mood," skimming to Tyyrael, "I have nothing to say to you", and promptly to Malik, "He's preoccupied, twelve, and yes."
He was not amused however. "Yes. I'm still a virgin. Thank you." Rolling his eyes at that, though it figured that his friend would ask such a question now wasn't it. Slinging his arm around his friend's shoulder and pulling him into a sort of playful headlock, as he started to the door. "Come on, people want to see you make your apperance downstairs."
Talk about tension. "Right, menfolk play nice." Thusly off with her upstairs to go see Zahara, knocking on the door lightly before poking her head in the room. What with all that squealing no one could probably hear her. "Honey, I'm home."
Tyyrael was neither amused not defensive, just indifferent to Sevilin as Sevilin was on the verge of hostile and he could see it. "I have nothing to say to you either. So that makes things easier doesn't it. I have words on behalf of someone else. But...House matters first, yes? It's not like I'm going anywhere too soon."
He pranced in accordance to her movements, more or less making her back up toward the house with nips near her ankles and barks. No one goes around alone here. That's just stupid. Yip.

And that was the exact reason why he wanted to speak to Sevilin alone before they showed him that Tyyrael was with them, but no one really listened to him and now they were going to have a quickly pissed off Sevilin. "Alright then fine since you put it that way." A small sigh as he detached himself from the wall and stood sort of in between the two elves a little bit. "I'll make this short as I can. Ever since we've been up on Andal I've decided to move up there for personal reasons that I need not to explain right now. But anyway I've gotten the okay from Tyyrael here and Malik which means the only person left to talk to is you. It's about the debt I owe you and before you say anything I'm not trying to use this move as a way to say no the debt anymore, I'm approaching you with this because after talking to Malik he made me realize that we should find a better way of telling me when you want to collect the debt rather than through the rune you placed on the back of my hand. We can use letters or you can quickly send someone up to get me when you need me, other than that well that's all I have to tell to you about, it's up to you really."

Faate giggled, "It's because he's in love with Isleandra, Daddy. He L-O-V-E-S's her!" Leaning against her father's side regardless of the fact that she was too old to be clinging to him like this. He was her Daddy and she'd been gone for a while.
"Seriously? Come on, man. What did you and Kaelin do the whole time you were up there?" Grunting as he was placed in a headlock and he wrestled with his friend a moment and then frowned. Malikhai probably had little to no idea of what had gone on in his absence and Kariel didn't really want to tell him. He also knew he didn't have a choice. "Alright. Let's go." He felt as though he was walking to his execution...
Zahara glanced up as Piper came in and gave her a weak smile then turned her attention back to her daughter who was talking about the ball they had attended. She waited for a lull in the child's story and then leaned down and whispered something to her. Watching her daughter scamper off, she patted the bed. "Welcome home. You look refreshed and happy. The girls weren't a bother, I hope?"
Kaelin shrieked as Yinn began nipping at her ankles and she danced back towards the stairs. "Fine...fine. I'm not going." That animal was going to bite her, she just knew it. Plopping down on the stairs, she dropped her cases beside her and sighed. "My parents are going to be very mad at me, you know."

Malik gave a nod to sevilin, and left the thre of them alone, going upstiars to meet his son and zykariel, though giving a slight grin to yinn.
"Good. Kaelin your staying here for the evening. you can go home in the morning. I'll take care of your parents."
Setting dhairiss down, wating for the arrival of the boys. he had to have a serious chat with those two, and show the consequences that could happen.
She waited while the boys were moving, and slipped out of the room, and a quick whispered word and she was gone again, with her treasure that she hoped might lead to a better life and a higher position.

He gave a snicker to his daughter's words as she commented on Galesen's wants. A flick of his fingers and a harsh burning sensation to the back to Galesen's hand before he was grabbed by the front of his tunic and pulled probably uncomfortably close. "Get. I can find you whenever I want you. And I swear, if you perpetuate any of that place back here to me, I will come after you myself." And shoving him away from himself and his daughter. Though he did reach over to give a soothing pet to the girl as well, just in case his irritant born actions spooked her. Thusly his eyes turned to Tyyrael. "You can just leave if your business is with me."
Tyyrael however stayed put and stayed in his silence as Galesen was there. Obviously, this needed to be approached extra carefully.
Coming into the room, she sat down on the edge of the bed and gave her friend a smile. "Do I? I was scratching at the walls to come home. Probably just the sun that makes me look perky. No worry, that will wear off." Picking fun at her own surface influenced self. "No, they were perfectly and enjoyed themselves to the utmost possibility...word is however it hasn't been so much fun here."
"Mostly sight-seeing. We're not all rampant sheet goers like some." Letting him go, he shook his head. "Look at it this way, I'm in trouble for something myself so I'll get a lecture or something too." Both boys meeting Malik at the top of the stairs and Malikhai gave a rub at his eyes again. "Ta da, here we are."
Being set down was not something he was happy about and he made that know with a huffy noise and clinging to his father's leg...before sliding down said leg to sit pointedly on his father's boot, arms still wrapped aroun the man's calf. Clingy again.
Yinn gave a happy purr to Malik's words, and looked at Kaelin expectedly. Well, you heard the man.

Galesen looked to Faate and he smiled, ah to be young like that was sweet really. But he made a noise as it felt like his hand was being burned, and he quickly realized what was going on before Sevilin grabbed him by his tunic and pulled in him close. Now of course Galesen knew that Sevilin had some problems, but the drow did not need to go off on him like he had a dagger out and was going to stab him. But when he was shoved away Galesen just glared at the man for a moment as he fixed his tunic. "I know you don't even care of what I have to say, you never do even after all this time. But let me just tell you this, I would never, ever, give up you or your family." A pause as he raised a finger to Sevilin. "But since it seems you don't even trust me then you'll just have to take my word for it, that's all I have to say." A small sigh as he looked to Faate and smiled before turning around and walking past Tyyrael. "Good luck," he said to the man before leaving the area and taking off to his room, he needed to give a few things to some people before heading back to his house and getting ready.

Caught. She glanced up at Malik and nodded then glanced back down at Yinn and, in a show of complete and childlike defiance, stuck her tongue out at him. She felt better after doing so, especially since he was so happy. "Fine. You win."
"You just don't know what you're missing out on." Shaking his head. Malikhai couldn't possibly have done anything that would compare with what Zykariel had. He'd been out to protect his family....gone about it wrong, but his motives had been pure. "Stop being a baby, Girl-Eyes. If you keep rubbing them, they'll only irritate you more."
"Being away loses its luster after awhile, that's for sure." Flopping back against the pillows, she studied her friend for any changes that she might need to know about and was quite pleased to see that she looked very well. "Perfect must be an exaggeration but I'm glad you know you can lie to me."
Zahara took a deep breath and forced a laugh. "Members from Norrath joined us here and my son took up with one of them. He gave out information he shouldn't have which led to one of them creeping around the fortress. They have an informant here and Sevilin has been trying to weed out who it is."

He let his own tongue loll out of his jaws, whether he was copying her or not was the question but he merely pranced back inside after her, rubbing his scaly furry body against her ankles before padding off to harass the next person he came across. Hopefully for food.
"Faate, come here." Waiting for the girl to come over before he pulled out a book from the pack he had brought with him, handing it to the girl and lowered his voice in childish playful manner as he pretended to whisper without ever hiding his words. "This is for your father from my brother. But he isn't too happy to see me, but it's very important that he gets it. There's a note in it for him too. Give it to him for me." Ruffling the teen's hair and letting her back to her father. "And why don't you show him a few of your tricks. I'll speak with him after dinner." Sevilin needed to adjust a little to the fact that he was here.
"I've never trusted you. Don't fool yourself into thinking I ever did." Said to Galesen as the elf was trying to be all self-righteous with him. Letting his daughter hold the book without snatching it from her, he merely plopped an arm around her shoulders and with a glare to Tyyrael, led Faate off away with him from the rather ancient elf. He did not want to think about any of that, but he turned his attention back to his daughter, letting her features smooth out from their anger. "Did he teach you some runes?" That was all he could think of.
Malikhai frowned and duly punched his friend hard in the arm. "Stop saying I have girl eyes. You'd be rubbing too if your eyes did weird things." Though it would never stop and he knew that but it was a joke of sorts between them, demonstrated as he countered back, "I'm not the one with the sissy purple eyes after all." Best to get all the banter out before dad started at them.
"I would never give you less than a glowing report. But honestly they acted wonderfuly. I was surprised, what with social functions and what not. But it was a good trip...Dhairiss is better and I'm just glad to be home." Granted some other unhappy things had happened there but she didn't want to think about those. Thusly she turned her mind back to the present, shaking her head at the news. "Norrath is the last place I want to be involved with like this. I'm sorry all kinds of trouble stick around even when we're not here." A blink though. "Please tell me that 'took up' with one of them was an innocent naieve thing. Like I told Malik, you all need a vacation."

He let Dhairiss be clingy, though when his eyes moved to Zykariel and Malikhai, they hardened. and not in the stern parent way, in the way that they did when someone had done something seriously offensive.
"Both of you silence."
military tone of voice, as well. yes, someone had screwed up royally. but he leaned down, picking up his youngest, and giving him a small smile.
"You have to stay up here. but if your really good, I have a very special surprise for you. Maybe you'll even get what you wanted to bring home with you."
before setting his son back down, and back to iron looks to teh older boys.
"Both of you, come with me."
Starting on the way downstairs.

That damn draithix.... She stepped back inside and was instantly greeted by a very solemn Malik and two teenage boys following along behind him. That didn't look good at all. She bit her lip and watched them go then shook her head. So much for thinking Malikhai had it better than she did. She stood there for a long moment and then crept upstairs to eavesdrop on Piper and Zahara's conversation. They knew what was going to happen...and she needed to.
She could sense the tension between the two adults and wasn't totally sure how to respond. Tyyrael had become sort of a surrogate teacher while she was in Andal, thanks to Malik's urging. Stepping over, she took the book and nodded then glanced back at her father. He wasn't happy and she didn't know how to respond to that. But it seemed things were okay and she nodded. "He knows almost as many as you do. And he gave me a few of his old books, too. That way I can start my own collection and not have to borrow yours all the time." Was he mad? No, maybe not.
Normally, Zykariel would punch him back and it wouldn't hurt, but he was still recovering from his father's beating and Malikhai hit a tender spot. Letting out a hiss, he suddenly glanced up and frowned. Well, that just wasn't nice. He glanced back at Dhairiss who was being left and lifted his fingers in a little wave then continued on down the stairs. Here it came. Wait...were they going to the basement? Panic edged into his system. "I'm not going down there."
"It can't be helped. You two are important people in almost three worlds, after all." Shaking her head and closing her eyes for a moment. "I really believe it was. I think she used his youth and protective instinct to get him to agree to help her. He said something about a deal and protecting his family to Sevilin and we agreed that's probably the motivation behind it. He hasn't realize yet that our loyalty belongs to the House. But, it's a grave offense and I'd rather he learn now rather than later. I just hope Malik remembers his youth and inexperience."

He watched his father, blinking a few times and he listened and frowned because that sounded like he wasn't allowed to go, and that did not please him. Though he was easily distracted by the things he wanted and his eyes widened in that hopeful way. "Flutterby?!" That was exciting! Of course being set down and now alone he waved lightly to Zykariel, not allowed to follow and not knowing where mommy was...he was about to toddle off when Kaelin walked by and he started off after her. What was she doing?
What was he so mad about? Okay so he didn't check in and was throwing some teenager fits while in Andal, but that wasn't bad enough to warrant that kind of tone. That was the tone that made Malikhai cringe, but he followed regardless. Though he stopped and looked back to his friend at his sudden disagreement. "We've been down here hundreds of times." And Malik would never hurt either of them, Malikhai knew that. He father would never raise a hand to them or do anything that was going to scar them for life.
He supposed that was harmless enough. Sevilin never wanted to taint his children with his own hate for the surface elves after all. Being in a constant state of untrust was not a glorious way to spend one's life and he'd rather they not have the burden. "That's good. You should have your own collection, just in case you want to look back at them. Maybe when you're older I'll add a few of mine to it that I don't need anymore." Looking to her lightly, "Have you been practicing or did you chase boys the whole time?" Trying to lighten the mood, seeing as she knew he didn't like the boy chasing or the boys chasing her and they often picked at him for it.
"Talk about social pressure, honestly. Some days I'd love to just be not so high on social ladders." Chuckling lightly before her serious demeanor returned. "Not to mention women are very good at getting young men to do what they want with a pretty look." Shaking her head lightly, resting a hand on Zahara's. "You know Malik would never do anything to hurt him like that." At least not badly and Malik knew better as well on her opinion of it all. And frankly he knew she'd leave him if he even thought of horrid things being done to his children by his hands. "Besides...you'll still be here to confort him when he needs it and whether they like it or not, they always come crawling back to mommy." Tilting her head at her. "Have you been feeling well? You don't look."

Malik stopped a moment, glancing over his shoulder.
"Zykariel Inthara, you will come down here and go where I am taking you or so help me I'll do something I'll regret only after your father learns about it."
In fact, Malik walked over and looked dead in Zykariel's eyes.
"So you move, or I will move you. and you will not like the methods I'll use to do so."
