Rainstorm stopped infront of Fate. "Who are you?" She asked, dancing around playfully. She noticed a butterfly and jumped into the air, trying to catch it.
Storm grabbed Rainstorm by the scruff.

Mists eyes widen. She knew fate was her biggest weakness. She didn't care about dare and ran at him but she was going to run past him. She couldn't let hogan hurt the father of her pups and the love of her life.
Max licked her face and convinced her to lie down,"You need to regain your energy."
Blaze dropped Cherry,"Running away will only make things worse."
Hogan growled at Storm,"Step back or you will have one less pups."

Storm growled, dropping Rainstorm. "You..." She said full of nasty anger. "Rainstorm go back to your father." She ordered, her eyes not leaving Hogan.
Rainstorm rushed away, not going to BlackRain, but behind a nearby tree.

Caesar suddenly thought back to his past.
((YAY!!! FLASHBACKS!!!))
He sat on a rock and felt sadness engulf him. He thought of his mother and the farmer. He remembered sleeping against his mother before he felt a rough hand pick him up. He was lifted high before he was dropped into freezing water. He remembered opening his mouth to wail for his mom but having water fill his nose and mouth and feeling panic at not being able to breath. He heart a distorted snarl, since he was in the water, then a yell of pain from the farmer. The hand released him and felt his mother pick him up by the scruff and haul him out of the water. He felt her drop him and he heard her tell him to run. He took two steps and looked back to see if she was following. He saw the farmer grab a gun off the wall and point it at his mother. The next thing he knew, he heard a loud bang and saw her fall to the floor with blood pouring out of her chest. Blood began to turn her black fur a dark red color. Caesar ran to her and saw her light brown chocolate eyes begin to dull and glaze over. She opened her mouth to speak and he noticed blood on her lips. She licked his head and said,"Caesar be proud of who you are and who you have become." He had looked at her and whimpered,"Momma don't leave me. I need you momma." She weakly smiled before she closed her eyes and took her last breath before her body was unmoving and limp. He began to lick her face trying to wake her. He saw the farmer and ran out and ran till he collapsed.
Hogan rolled his eyes and dropped fate but kept his paw on his back,"Don't try if you know whats good for you."
Mist was frantic,"Fate! Fate where are you!"

Fate didn't move, but there were so many chances he could easily take on Hogan... but he didn't.
