Well, I think it somewhat helps balance things a bit. Some characters just weren't capable of Meteor Smashes, right? Well, this should technically give everyone an opportunity to spike others down and such, regardless of what character you're playing as. Of course, it looks like you're going to have to time the jump button well to pull this off. And surely there are ways to counter this as it's more of a jump than an attack. We'll only see once it's released though how it'll be balanced and such.

It said at the bottom that you can also do it in midair for meteor smashes. surprised Well, if you can jump on people to send them to there death it takes out a very importand element of timing from combat, in melee you had to do attacks as opposed to just jumping on them, and I am sure you can still attack, but it could be annoying

Skine99 What the Pho I need more updates :[...I miss'em my Ice Climers. I fear they might not be in the game. I liked 'em and you too apparently but most considered them the least favorite characters. But what really worries me is that one of DK's stages is the going up one similar to the ice climber stage. Basically the same but with jungle theme. That's not good! gonk Game & Watch was worse xp

Few of you realize how awesome this is! When a person is jumping up to "recover" or as I like to say, not fall down and die, you could jump on them and send them down but still keeping you in the air and being able to jump back up. I know I butchered the explanation xd

its so going to be annoying if and when you are trying to do a down smash in midair and you bounce off the person instead.
im going to be pissed if that becomes true.
