Several more weeks have passed, so I decided to check if a decision has been made on my original made up technique yet? I suppose I can go spelunking into this thread's innards to try to retrieve the submission, but it shall have to wait until I have the sheer amount of time to devote to such an undertaking. Not to be rude, but I really must say this long of a wait is quite frustrating...

Sliver: I believe your made up was approved. If not then I approve it because it seems fine.

*~ Your first Made Up was on page 129 and it really wasn't approved or denied but I approve of it. ~* Sliver Queen Made Up Technique:Sliver Encroachment Using this technique, Sliver can call forth one of her siblings, one which possesses a technique she herself already possesses. This technique is temporarily stricken from her known techniques, but she is still able to use it as long as she is within range of her sibling, as what abilities one Sliver knows, they all know. The number of her siblings she can call forth varies based on her chakra levels. 0-1000: Only one 1001-5000: One every other turn 5001-10000: One every turn 10001-20000: Three every two turns 20001-30000: Two every turn 30001-50000: Five every two turns 50001-80000: Three every turn 80001 and up: Five every turn Each Sliver, when and if it is defeated, is instantly sent back to Rath, their home plane, unless called forth again. They are also sent back at the end of battle, although occasionally one may stay if Sliver needs assistance with something else. (When Sliver calls forth one of her siblings, the technique they possess is taken from her list, and removed. It returns when the Sliver is sent back to Rath. Each Sliver present in a battle possesses every ability every Sliver present has, with the exception that only abilities used when Slivers are called forth work for this. If Sliver has Fire Style: Fireball Jutsu, Shadow Clones, and Byakugan, and then calls forth two Slivers, one with Byakugan and one with Shadow Clones, she could still use all three techniques, but the two she had called forth could only use Byakugan and Shadow Clones.) ((Each Sliver that is called forth has strength and energy equal to the sum total of any techniques it possesses. If there are three called forth Slivers, with Byakugan, Shadow Clones and Kugutsu no Jutsu, each would have a strength of 2600.)) (((The Slivers that are called forth can't learn techniques.))) *~ The next one is your second made up and Drago would like to see how you'll be able to make that work in the guild before he approves of it. Your made up was listed on pp. 133. ~* Sliver Queen Since my original made-up seems to be lost within the sands of time, I am making another, which I would like to be my second. But from a pragmatic standpoint, I believe it will have to be my first. Let the Games Begin Using this technique, Sliver can challenge one or more enemies to a game. If they accept, all participants are transported to another plane, to a small room -decorations change- where the details of the game shall be determined. Such as: what game is to be played, what stakes shall be played for, and so on. Stakes can include the players' chakra, wether by numbers or percentages. (Such as either player bets 25% of their maximum chakra, or they both venture 5000. If serious enough, lives can be ventured.) Whatever game is chosen must be playable by all players. Preferrably with their own deck in the real world, and obviously trust plays a huge issue here. For instance, Sliver challenges Tin200. He accepts. They play a game of Magic: the Gathering, with stakes of 2500 chakra. Sliver uses her Sliver deck, and Tin200 uses his red burn deck. The end result, Tin200 wins. After the game is done, all players return to their proper places, and lose any chakra they ventured. In this case, Sliver would have 2500 less chakra than she did before she challenged Tin200. (As a note, I plan/hope on playing more than just MtG. Pokemon, YuGiOh, Poker, WoW and quite a few more.)

Chakra Release: Surging fist- this is a ninjutsu move that allow your chakra to turn into a focus energy beam to either shoot out your hands or you can use this to charge up your taijutsu moves . this move is powerful but their are some down fall. level one: you are able to shoot out a beam of energy out of your hands.
level two: you are able to power up your taijutus move depend on how much chakra you use during your battle.
level three: you can protect yourself with the beam or ball of energy you create by focusing the power in your hands then converting it to a shield that protects you for as long as you have chakra but once you run out of chakra you die.

Jumping: Spacial movements- a technique that works on a specific movement. no handseals are required to use this technique, only the specific jump is used. once Axel attempts the jump, she pushes the molecules in the air into a specific pattern for moving a certain distance. each jump leaves a "jump scar" temporarily. each jump scar can be used to follow the person who made it if they extend the scar into a Jump wound. the only way to make a jump wound is to apply a high powered electric shock to the entire jump scar. generally no techniques should be used when the jumping is active because it wastes a lot of chakra if done many times in a short period of time.
Jumping: thought patterns- this technique is always active, it eliminates the need for handseals on all techniques that take small amounts of handseals, large techniques take very few handseals. this technique also lessens the amount of chakra used by Jumping: spacial movements.

Zeus's Sacred Golden Eagle (Summon)
This technique was created by Zeus a type of summoning that requires no blood to be spilled. The Eagle with the golden feathers will simply appear and land on Zeus's shoulder. Zeus can communicate with this bird making it a very good scout.
Belief in the Goddesses
This technique is a upgrade to the Belief in the Gods technique this technique allows the user to skip saying the anme of the technique as well as the hand signs. (Not violating the clan tech because Ima member of the clan)
ThunderBolt
This Technique lets Zeus throw a Lightning bolt at his opponent in the same fashion as a spear. The Lightning bolt explodes in a Surge of Electricity on Impact capable of burning enemys as well as stunning them.
Gods Make there Own!
This Technique allows Zeus to summon any element needed for a technique from the ground around him if the element is not in the immediate vicinity. This is a passive technique and activates whenever a technique is activated that needs an element not in the area.
