As Akira was training with Orimara Hanzo, Orimara Hanzo understood that it would soon be time for that generation to soon step back and allow the next generation to rule. One such ninja of this next generation was preparing to become a ninja. He was not your average ninja. He was more of a weapons man. Normally he would be heavily armed, but at this point he was not. In fact, a complete rarity, he was not carrying any weapons what so ever. Of course there was really no reason to be carrying weapons on this day. He would be well protected on this day.
1
I feel the need to bring your attention to another ninja of this new generation. Another ninja. This time a young one from the Clan of Orimara. However, this young one was born without light. This young one of the branch family is not as heavily armed as her counterpart mentioned above, but she was every bit as dangerous. Or at least she had every potential to be as dangerous as her bakuhatsu counterpart. However that will be left to be seen until much later. Now the pair of them are preparing to enter the academy. Something that is important.
2
The young one from the Bakuhatsu clan is presently getting awoken from a deep sleep by someone who means a lot to him. A sister, a mother, someone who at treating the young Bakuhatsu with care. He gets out of bed somewhat slowly. He knows that he has time. However he needs to get work done in the iron works before he can leave to go to the academy today. That is actually how these two people met. The Bakuhatsu man was filling an order for a special staff for a Orimara clansmen. She was that clansmen.
3 Ranmaru Bakuhatsu Henge No Jutsu
The staff was a present from Hattori Hanzo because of her training with the man. A runner was sent to the Bakuhatsu Clan to give the order to the weapon smiths. It was by shear luck that Ranmaru was the person who was given the order. He was skilled in forging weapons. Even for Bakuhatus standards he was good at what he did. The order was difficult but Ranmaru had it completed in record time. Then it only was a few days later when he met the young lady who he made the staff custom made for. She was quite a looker.
1
Onishi Orimara walked into the place looking humble enough but she might as well have owned the place by the way she carried herself. She was just so sure in her own skills that it was just weird. However, I digress. Their meeting was short and brief. Still that was then and this is now. They would soon have another fated meeting. This time when they make their way to the academy. They will not know at that point that they would be working together for a good long time after that. All one can say is that business is trying hard to pick up.
2
Now to today. Ranmaru stopped off at a ramen stand near the center of the village. This would be the same ramen stand where Ichigo Ichazuki and Valkyrie Mayonaka first met Akira Orimara before going to the academy. This would also be the place where Ranmaru Bakuhatsu and Onishi Orimara would meet and start talking like they are both close friends and stuff. Though true friendship will soon come, it is not at that level now. Now they wait. They wait for a time to shine. However I seem to be digressing as i always seem to do.

Henge no Jutsu- 15 lines- Bunshin no Jutsu- 15 lines- No suprise that it was lightly raining in the place known only as the Village Hidden in the Rain. The clear cascade of water was for quota here. The sun was struggling to show itself among the rain clouds, but seemed to lose that battle..as nothing more than clouds filled the air around the village. No animals scurrying no birds flying...no people stirring, nothing more than the sound of rain patting against the ground, which to no suprise was muddy. There was truly barely anyone awake...or just the other ninja in the village were far too well trained. The sloshing of shoes on the mud ended this 'silence'...then a light humming, and seemingly nothing more. After another short silence and the voice of a young boy, allmost being completely monotone, shot out with an "Aha" the producer of the obviously intrigued sound was that of a young boy with pale hair, on his side was a gourd with red writing on it, and on his back was a bag, he was wearing odd green robes..that seemed to slip off of him due to his small size, light red orbs for eyes, yes..indeed a strange color, etched about before closing and reopening. He smiled as he realesed the simple jutsu of changing into something else. "...." Of course..practice makes perfect seeing how the tree he turned into was very under nourished and wilting. He shrugged and glanced down to the ground to see a plant, allmost instantly did he bend down next to it, check its surroundings and uprooted it..putting the plant in his pouch. One more time, he stared at the tree. " Henge no Jutsu!" When the smoke cleared he was nothing less than a perfect carbon copy of the tree."Next is...clones." He mumbled his sleeves falling over his hands. Shinobu Nomimono sighed as he put his arms up so the sleeves would fall back, then read the handsigns. A second later he correctly form the necessary signs before yelling "Bunshin no Jutsu" The same poof of smoke and the boy was shrouded behind the veil, waving it off he looked to his side and groaned. What stood there was a perfect copy of him....simply shrunk down, the chibi him looked back up at him. Before being flicked by Shinobu and disapearing into another viel of smoke. "Pretty lame." He grunted. "Who's gonna need clones anyway...no point if their eventually gonna hit the real one." But then again...lets say they were being attacked..a clone could be formed while he ran away. Brilliant. He thought this out for the moment...well actually being a shinobi, running away would probably be a good future plan of action as it would come up alot. There was allways those Chuunin Exams that he had to get ready for, so clones it was. "Bunshin no Jutsu" He yelled once more after forming the necessary signs he poofed into the yellow cloud of chakra, coughing he stood back to further appreciate his work. It looks just as he did....but it's head far exceeded his body. "Such a shame.." He sighed massaging his forehead, then angrily kicking the football headed creature causing it to poof as well. One more time. He tried once more..another failure..again...another failur..again another failure. It was getting hopeless, and..more so ridiculous. "Let me see the scroll.." He grunted pulling it from his sleeves and immedietly dropping his head...."Haah.....I missed a handsign." He mumbled as melancholy as possible, did the handsigns..and a perfect copy formed. "Figures."The boy's red pupils found their way down the brown paper scroll as he unrolled it. "Substitution, eh?" He nodded rolling it back up and slipping it into his sleeves. He went threw two moves allread, one more couldnt hurt..or two...or three. "Psht...Im on a roll, this is nothing." He concentrated and a poof of smoke...nothing at all happened, it..was fairly embarrasing and frustrating, so Shinobu tried once more..getting the same effect, nothing. Within time he grew further and further frustrated, "Oh well." He said calmly, though quite enraged, he tossed the scroll to the side and looked at the puddles on the road. "I'll just learn something that would actually be useful.." He snapped to noone, thinking of how he was going to handle this..somewhat complicated technique of literally walking on the surface of water. He ran towards the puddle and instantly slipped falling into the mud, it wasnt the most graceful of ways to learn something apparently. He stood and tried again...the same result happened, turning back he saw that the scroll was slowly being ruined by the mud and rained. A deep sigh escaped his lips as he tried once more...slipping and falling into the mud, again. Wiping it from his face, he whispered to himself "Something to do with balance maybe?" Tried again, and failed. "Chakra?" Tried again....stoof for a half second and failed. That one definitely had a better outcome than the first one. "How did I do that..?" He cluelessly scratched his head, before looking down and noticing that he was standing on the water itself. Did it not take even greater chakra control to not realize you were controlling it?...Probably not, but..the technique was learned and completely soaked, Shinobu would bound from puddle to puddle on his way to get his headband. A few pats of rain slapped his face, "I wonder.." He mumbled curiously looking up into the sky. What he was thinking...was probably..singlehandedly one of the stupidist things thought up. "Maybe if I.." He stuck one foot up, slowly concentrated the chakra through them and literally tried to run straight up the rain. Needless to say..that didnt work at all. But it truly would be an outstanding thing to see...someone bounding across the rains from clouds, as long as it was raining one could say they were flying. So he did infact try again, but first..he noticed a large tree...slowly he scaled the side of it and made his way up to a branch and leaping off of it..in a running motion, only to fall straight flat onto a puddle of mud. He stood up and wiped the mud from his face, normally he'd be purely pissed and simply give up, why not..he allready knew how to walk on water? Walking on rain was pushing it...but "Once more cant hurt.....as much as the other times." He ran vertically up the tree via the water that had slid down it and ran clear off, closing his eyes and feeling every single drop he managed to focus into the exact spot that the water would tap..effectively bounding from water. Smiling he did this towards the next spot...where he'd get his band. Quote: Shinobu's a ninja now!! =D

Kozumi hung from the tree branch his knees locked around the sturdy limb as he stretched his hand out trying to grasp something just out of his reach, a strange flower, blue on its outer rim, but strangely changing to a buttercup yellow midway through in the petals. His fingers just brushed the delicate outer petals with the most of gentle touches, still out of reach of plucking it from it’s perch. “KOZUMI!” the rattled academy student lost his grip on the branch above him and tumbled downward crashing through several tree branches before striking the ground with a bone jarring thud. He was rolling around on the ground wailing hideously in a very non ninja fashion, he stopped as he noticed the flower floating downward. “Sensei! Was it really necessary to yell at me like that? I could have gotten bruised and then what would have happened, if my perfectly immaculate skin had gotten all bruised, I don’t know what I do…. Probably die or something of that nature,” he spoke this while intently watching the flower floating down towards him until he could reach up and let it float gently into his palm. It twirled around his fingers as he examined every aspect of the flower before reverently placing it in his hair giving him a slightly more feminine look then before. “Simply because, YOU DON”T EVER TRAIN!” the voice called out to Kozumi from the forest around him. “Now it is time for your final test to determine if you are even worthy to be called a shinobi of the Hidden Waterfall.” The day had finally arrived, it was finally time to show his sensei all the different skills that he had secretly been working on improving day in and day out.

Hayate Hyuuga stretched as his teacher entered the room behind him. "Okay Hayate, its time to get to training. Today's main course is the Henge no Jutsu, but first lets do some chakra molding." his teacher said as she cricled till she was in front of him. Hayate nodded and focused on his chakra while his teacher watched. She was surprised that Hayate hadn't given her a smart remark about being late, although she was glad that he was taking his training seriously. "Good job Hayate, keep going. Let's see if you can make your chakra visible around only your hands." she said as Hayate's chakra felt like it was building up quickly. "Right, but I do have one question. Why exactly were you late again?" he asked her daring a small peek out of his right eye.
His teacher sighed, so much for no smart remarks from Hayate today, but then again if he didn't make any smart remarks about her lateness or something else she'd be worried. "That's not exactly what I told you to do now is it?" she said as she noted a faint arua of chakra outlining Hayate's hands. "You know, the better you mold you chakra the better your bloodline techniques will work." she said as she continues to circle Hayate.

“Now the rules are pretty simple, touch me and then you pass, ready? Begin.” Kozumi was caught a bit off guard with the sudden challenge, but a ninja had to be ready for just about anything so it would have to be now. He slipped a slim elegantly decorated kunai from his sleeve. He spun in a tight circle looking for his sensei. Now if he was his sensei then where would he be? He lashed out back with the hand clutched around his kunai and was surprised to feel the air shift as his Sensei dodged out of the way. “Good, but not good enough.” His sensei skipped back a few steps, he was allot more agile then Kozumi, but then again he was blind, but that didn’t seem to hinder him in the least. Kozumi charged forward and as his sensei slashed at him with a sword that seemed to appear from almost nowhere Kozumi leaped up and over his teacher clearing him in a series of flips. He hit the ground moving his foot immediately sweeping out to take his sensei’s feet from out from under him. His sensei evaded his attack leaping up and delivering a powerful kick to Kozuki’s chest sending him flying back into the bushes with tremendous force. Kozumi coughed slightly the attack taking a bit of a toll on him. “SENSEI!!! F@#KIN DAMNIT I BETTER NOT HAVE A BRUISE!” Kozumi was angry and this was nothing compared to the fury that was unlocked when some actual physical damage was incurred by the body of Kozumi. Kozumi leaped out of the bushes with more kunai in hand. He launched one after another at his sensei none seemed to be coming anywhere close to actually hitting his sensei. More and more kunai began to litter the ground. “Gotcha now sensei!” Kozumi grinned, “Ha. You’re not even close to hitting me with those weak throws it’s going to take you years at the pace that you are moving. I foresee you never even graduating from this academy and staying an academy student for the rest of your life.” The long diatribe about Kozumi’s failure was his teachers downfall as the long fuse burned out on the tag behind his sensei attached to kunai that had come in with all the others. At the last second he cut through the fuse and smiled. “Ok I think you’ve demonstrated your skill you pass.”

Kiru and Miru stand outside the academy where Miru gives out a deep sigh, "This place bores me, Brother...we Can have much more fun else where can't we?!" He smirks as Kiru shakes his head, "Again, brother we have been through this...we need to master the basics before we can have too much fun." Miru sighes and hits the wall to the academy, "Fine...but lets hurry this place bores me to death....." Kiru and Miru head to the range near the rear of the academy where the sensei is waiting to start class, "About time, you two showed up..." Kiru walks right by as Miru sticks out his tounge, "Hush...old man...'
1/2 (Shuriken/Kunai Target Practice)
The day goes on being slow and bothersome, this is taken its toll on Miru who is standing in the back of the group, "GET ON WITH IT! YOUR TOO SLOW!" He is panting as he pushes everyone over till he stands in the front of the class, "Let me do this!" Miru draws some shuriken from his equipment pouch then throws them into a dummmy hitting every vital point, "Basics....are for children...." Kiru laughs as he steps up and matches his brother's accruacy, "Well, we pass this test..." Miru storms off the target range with Kiru folloing calmly, "Mine dear brother, your so tempermental."
2/2 (Shuriken/Kunai Target Practice)
Miru draws his knuckle blades as he stops and smirks, "Kiru think fast!" Without farther warning Miru turns and leaps toward his brother his blades ready for blood. This give Kiru enough time to roll to the side while drawing his own knuckle blades, "I see, you want a spar fine!" Kiru and Miru smirk as they meet each others moves almost like fighting a mirror image, but this gradually turns into more of an acrobatic dance between the brothers. Sounds to the blades clashing and shins hitting each other can be heard around the academy, drawing in those that seem to be intracted by the fighting level of the brothers.
1/2 (Dummy Fighting)
Kiru leaps over a rush from his brother that seems to give Kiru the advantage, but as soon as he misses he kicks off the ground and flips so the brothers are now facing each other once more. Miru and Kiru smile as she runs towards each other and leap into the air, this is where everone notices a strange one-eyes bat monster in the sky. With this monster now in Miru and Kiru's sight the brothers work with each other as Kiru hits the left wing and Miru slices into the beast's eye berfore all three land on the ground. As soon as the beast hits the ground it bursts into little globes of light. Miru laughs and turns to the class, "So anyone want to play as well?"

Momiji woke up with the morning sun in his face. He looked at his clock, "Damn! I got to go!" He hopped up and quickly changed his clothes and was out the door. He finally made it too the academy. He stumbled through the classroom door, "Huff, huff, sorry Iruka sensei." " Thats fine Momiji, take a seat." Momiji hurried and sat down. "Okay class today we will be learning the henge no justsu, the art of transformation. For this technique you use your chakra to alter your apperance, so that you look like someone else." "Momiji you're up!", Iruka called to him.Momiji ran down the stairs. "Yes sensei.", he replied. "All right, make a copy of me.", Iruka said with a serious look, wondering how Momiji was going to do. "Hmph.", Momiji said, preparing himself. Momiji closed his eyes and made his hand sign. He readied his chakra. "Henge no jutsu!", he exclaimed. The cloud of smoke cleared and there he stood in a near perfect double of Iruka, except for some disscoloring. "Thats good for your first try Momiji." Iruka said with a grin. Momiji had the look of dissapointment in his face. "Next!", Iruka yelled. Momiji called out, "No! Wait, let me try again! I know you can do it." Iruka dissaproved, "Momiji, you did fine. Yours was the closest in this class, but if you really want to then see me after school." Momiji bowed, "Thank you sensei." Momiji went back to his seat. After the bell rang, everyone left, except Momiji and Iruka. "Ok, you can try again.", Iruka said. "Right.", said Momiji. He prepared himself. "Henge no jutsu!", Momiji yelled. The smoke cleared and this time there was a perfect look a like. "Perfect! I'm impressed.", Iruka said, smiling. "Yes! I did it!", Momiji yelled in joy, jumping in the air. "Well, see you in class tomorow.", Iruka told him as Momiji walked out the door. "Bye sensei!", he yelled back. "Now that that was done he was out of here."

This was only the first of these beasts that seem to have found their way to the academy, now there is a very small army of them here. The Chunnin and Jounin instructors are the front line but the small numbers of the beasts sliding past them leaving the students with some challenges in fighting these beasts. Kiru and Miru each bite a finger and draw out a circle, "Twin Rashoumon!" "Twin Rashoumon!" After all this four walls slide out of the ground surrounding most the students, "Kiru...lets have our fun now." "Alright, but don't complain when you lose brother," Kiru joked as they both leapt forward and rushed the smaller beasts.
1/6 (Water Walking)
What appear to be wolves rush the twins, they don’t seem happy about their meal being boxed up in a barrier they don’t have the strength to break. As the chaos grows so does the smile on Miru’s face, his boring classes just became more fun as he helps his brother take down the beast one after the other falls to them thought the continued fight on top of using their strongest skill twice is overtaking their body. Kiru looks over to his brother after the land behind more wolves, “Miru, this is getting rather tiresome don’t you think?” ”Tired Kiru? And you though I’d fall behind,” Miru laughs softly as him and his brother stand back to back. The brothers look at the monsters still getting by the instructors, though few in number they are still collectively stronger than the brothers, “We need help…” ”You think?” Kiru answers before they dismiss their barrier from their classmates, ” Gather around, We may have a plan.”
2/6 Water Walking
Once the students gather round once, the bothers reset the Twin Rashoumon barrier that kept them all safe. Miru leans on one of the Rashoumon and looks over the group panting, ”Ok, so first we need to rest and regain our Chakra.” ”That means you have to keep guard of the entrance,” Kiru finished his brothers statement while pointing to the open top of their almost unbreakable box. Soon after, Miru and Kiru find themselves asleep and under the guard of the rest of their classmates. Few beast actual fly over the walls but are stopped as the students throw waves of shuriken and kunai at their attackers. After a few hours of rest, Kiru and Miru awaken and stand up as they dusts themselves off, ”Well, brother, you where right. They didn’t kill us in our sleep and the Rashoumon stayed up.” [color-darkblue]”You act as you have no faith in my plan. Alright we are going to let down one wall we are going to need all the help you can muster to ward these things back.” Kiru smirks as he places his hands on the Rashoumon looking over to Miru for a sign to begin the operation.
3/6 Water Walking
Kiru smirks as he drops one of the Rashoumon walls, allowing everyone escape their encampment with Kiru and Miru leading the charge. Some classmates remained in the back taking out the flying enemies as the rest out number and overpower the beasts getting by the instructors. Miru look over to his brother with a smirk, ”Kinda wish to be on the front lines, rather than support…” ”Patients brother..” Kiru laughs as him and Miru pass each other with blades extended and cutting into a wolf. Though being dangerous it was also quite fun to see how many the brother could kill, very few got by there combined attacks, ”Brother, there are only a few more to go and the instructors will have kept the line.”
4/6 Water Walking
Miru smirks as he looks to the filled with this balls of light that rise into the heavens it seems, ”Well, they did interrupt our spar maybe we should continue it afterwards…” ”Miru, calm down we are here to learn…though a spar sounds fun!” Kiru smiles as he lunges towards the last wolf in his area, “Last one down…” The brothers look to each other and smirk as they run out to meet the Jounin, before they are interrupted by the sound of a large crash behind them. A large spire stand before them as it fires off countless scales that turn into small two legged beasts. Miru shakes his head, ”You were saying brother?” Kiru brushes off his brothers comment as he looks at the waves of the small beasts, ”…I think we can take them…”
5/4 Water Walking
The brothers stand there looking at the spire and the waves of beasts that came off it, Kiru forms a strategy in his head as Miru keeps the beast off. Miru looks back to his thinking brother as he slashes through a beast, ”At this rate you’ll lose.” Kiru notices that as Miru kills a beast the spire spawns another scale thus another beast, ”Got it! The Spire! Kill the spire then wipe out the minions!” Though Kiru was just excited to find the answer, his classmates took it as an order and charges through the beasts heading for the spire in the center of the waves. Miru takes another approach and ‘carves’ out a path; killing the beasts as they head towards him while Kiru catches up and helps out Miru with they tag team fighting tactics.
6/6 Water Walking
The students of all nations are now gathering around the large spire while Kiru and Miru fight off some of the beasts that try to assault the young ninja. Miru smirks, “I have an idea what if we used Rashoumon to lock that spire in place and have the other academy students beat on it safely.” ”No, I don’t see that working. If we did that then when we kill a beast out here one may appear in there, with the cadets and kill them…risk is too high,” Kiru states his analysis as he leaps into the air to dodge a blast of needles from a beast while Miru cuts a beast in two as its wings begin to flash. The brothers give all they have to protect their classmates as the spire is assaulted.
1/6 Tree Climbing
As the fight rages with no end near, Miru spins hitting several beasts that leapt at him, ”So many of them….I think we should move to the spire as well, if we can help kill it off then the wave should stop.” ”As much as I like the idea, Miru…it won’t work…none of us seem to be strong enough to damage the spire…” Kiru sighs as he states the cold facts and for now the only thing that they can do is hold the wave at bay. Miru and Kiru both hate this realization, how are they going to be the best if these beasts can stop them. Maybe they were thinking of this the wrong way. Maybe they should play defensive till the instructors could regroup. Kiru smirks, This is going to hurt bad, but I have an idea…Lets use Rashoumon to in close a 20x20 area with the spire at the center.” Miru just nods and bites his finger as he and the other students rush back. After a few minutes the spire and everything in a 20x20 area is sealed in by the Rashoumon walls, but it takes a heavy toll on Kiru and Miru, who pass out soon after its completion.
2/6 Tree Climbing
The twins lay there against the wall as the few beasts that were caught out of the area are killed off. Soon the Jounin and Chunnin instructors walk over and tap the wall. Though it wasn’t a lot of instructors the group leaps over the Rashoumon and begins to fight their way to the Spire, before the brothers awaken. Kiru first followed by Miru, they look to each other and roll their eyes as they look over to the other students, ”Did the instructors come to take the glory?” The other students just simply nod and remain sitting on the ground. Kiru examines the wall as Miru talks to the class; he notices part of one of the Rashoumon cracking. Though the Jounin and Chunnin where fighting on the inside, the scale beasts still fight against the wall to get out, ”Brother one of the walls are going to break so be ready to fight…” Miru walks over to Kiru and puts a hand on his shoulder, “I’m always ready.”
3/6 Tree Climbing
As predicted the Rashoumon falls to the sheer numbers of the enemy. Kiru and Miru meet the lead beasts with a swift punch and slash of their knuckle blades. It was a sneaky move but it gained them the advantage, after the attack they both leap into the fray as they slash, bash, and tag team the enemy. It might be one beast at a time but it is one less for the time being. Everyone the brothers eliminate is one less the instructors have to kill while fighting the spire. Miru leaps into the air as Kiru runs through the masses slashing at each beast he passes. The brothers do a joint attack as Miru comes down on an enemy while Kiru slashes through them. Miru smirks looking to Kiru, ”Seems the numbers are actually thinning…Maybe the instructors have defeated the spire.”
4/6 Tree Climbing
”Seems your right, brother. I guess we just need to help clean up.” Kiru replies happily as he spin kicks one of the beasts into the air. In fact the spire was killed so now it is just the mop up of the beasts left behind. Miru leaps into the beast that was kicked in the air and glides through it, while Kiru remains on the ground slashing away at his foes or at least the ones with flashing wings. It seems that all the students had rushed in after Kiru and Miru, The numbers dropped faster and faster and less energy was needed to be spent as the beasts grew less in number, though the area in now filling with the glowing spheres that where once the beasts. Kiru smirks as he uppercuts the last beast near him with his knuckle blades before falling back and panting as he watches the spheres rise slowly into sky, ”Area cleared…How about you, brother?” ”Mine too…after the spire went down it was simple,” Miru jokes as he heel drops a beast then stabs it in the neck before watches the spheres float off.
5/6 Tree Climbing
Days after the event and things seemed to have calmed down and classes have returned to normal, Kiru and Miru are standing a t a river in a forest as the instructor goes over the proper chakra control to walk on water and up trees. Miru then sighs and walks up a tree before hanging upside down while listening to the lesson. Kiru on the other hand has been standing on the water since the lesson was started but the instructor didn’t seem to pay attention to either of the brothers. Miru drops and lands on his feet, ”This is so boring….” ”Hey quit…” The instructor is then cut off by Kiru, ”It’s the basics.” Miru brushes it off as he walks off and has Kiru follow him.

Sitting down reading a book on shinobi history waiting for our chunin advisor to show up to class, classmates teasing me in the background. Twenty minutes late our advisor, Master Maki, arrives with the smell of something foul, I don't know what. The day begins and we study basic arts and weapon training we will be required to know when we are genin and higher. The classes pass be slowly because many students don't understand the simpler arts that they make us practice in the ninja academy. All the students are required to show their progress, which is displayed right before lunch. During our lunch hour kids play around and do as they please, I however finish lunch in 5 minutes and begin to read or practice basic ninja arts for both kunochi and my normal class. Today Ibiki san helped me with mind games, so I can tourture people when I'm in the Abu Black Ops. After Ibiki leaves and the bell rings I go to my kunochi classes, that torture me so much.
Henge No Jutsu 1/3
In our kunochi classes we do many flower arrangements and learn how to survive in enemy teritory. Lady Aboshi teaches us. When we display our flower arrangement I finish my shinobi history and started a book on Advanced Stratigies because i understand the equations and thought process needed to read and understand the book. Towards the end of our kunochi classes I present my floral arrangement and earn an easy A. As I walk to my final class of the day, I hear a commotion outside and look to see what it is. It turns out that it's just a bit of rucus and continue to my final hour of the day. The class goes by quickly and soon I am walking home with my head in my book, still able to avoid every obsticle. I hear the chunin exames are being held today in the arena, so I decide to have a look. The battles I see are in the final stages and are intense as chunin or jonin battles are. After the battles only three become chunin and I walk home alone in the hussle and bussle of our village. At home I'm happy to get rest.
Henge No Jutsu 2/3
But my rest doesn't come and I have to help the neighbors get their cat, fluffy, off the roof because their son, who is a ninja, is on a mission. The cat runs from me so I have to chase fluffy. The dumb cat was fast and I didn't want to hurt her so it took me three hours to catch the dumb thing. Once I caught the cat she kept on scraching me. It took fifteen minutes to walk home with fluffy. My neighbors thanked me. I had to clean up because Ibibki doesn't want me to get the bed to dirty so I wash up and clean the scraches on my arm with some parocside, so it won't get infected. Some are bleeding so I wrap some gauze and tape so they don't get the bed bloody. After all the exitement I can't fall asleep, so I grabbed Advanced Stratigies book. I read deep into the night and finished the book but I still wasn't able to sleep. After lying awake for a few more hour I driftes into a light sleep because it was light I awoke to every noise I herd.

Kiru and Miru sit outside with the rest of the class, today’s lesson is on concentration and that are using the Hidden Leaf symbol that see if it can help focus the students minds as well. ”Some say that this symbol was designed for the purpose of helping to train young students like yourselves. The base part of the symbol is the spiral which is known as the mark of concentration.” The instructor informs the students as he goes over the past and the mean of the symbol. Miru actually manages to stay awake doing these boring lessons. Kiru, on the other hand, can’t help but move around as the instructor speaks. In his mind is only those beast from the other day, he wanted to know what they were and what they turned into as they were vanquished.
1/5 Leaf Concentration
In his mind, Kiru replayed every moment of the attack. The first waves being brought down by the instructors while some of the weaker monsters scrape by and assault the students. The numbers of those that actually slipped by, using the Twin Rashoumon to make a defensive parameter around them and the students to rest, he replayed it all. Then there was the spire that came down and spawned the other beasts, Kiru pondered on these thoughts as questions run though his mind. Miru notices the zoned look of his brother before the instructor and nudges him in the ribs before whispering under his breath. ”As much as you talk about basics you better start listening.” Kiru only nods as his reply to his brother. The instructor look over the group of students, ”Class dismissed.”
2/5 Leaf Concentration
Class is out for the day and Kiru and Miru head out to their dorms, being the only sound ninja in the academy pays off, the only ones in the dorm for the sound village is them. Once in their dorm Miru puts away everything and heads back out for a duel he scheduled for today while Kiru who normally studies finds himself falling to sleep fast. Miru stands outside as a leaf village student walks over to him, ”Ready kid? I’m about to show you that your fancy eye means nothing.” The kid smirks as his eyes turn red. Miru counters the eye change with a straight right jab followed by a left hook. The kid dodges to the side and laughs as he against the hook; needless to say this snide action pisses off Miru who then leaps up hitting the kid square in the chest.
3/5 Leaf Concentration
Spires are crashing down everywhere, the academy has a few and every village in the world are hit with them as the scales fire forth and become the scaled beast from before. Kiru stands ready his knuckle blades in hand when he realizes there is no one else around. He can’t shake the feeling that something is wrong as he is soon attacked in masse by the scale beasts. He couldn’t beat the spire during the last attack and now he is faced with two just in the area. Kiru figures his brother is at one of them waiting for back up and that the instructors are fighting savagely to rid the area of the spires. But as the largest group of the scale beasts pounce at Kiru everything goes black. He then finds himself in his bed dripping from the cold sweat caused by the dream, ”That was crazy…”
4/5 Leaf Concentration
Meanwhile the dual between the leaf academy student and Miru is heating up, seriously. The Leaf student activates a fire release that Miru can only counter with the Rashoumon. Lucky the attack isn’t enough to damage the Rashoumon and this gives Miru good cover, before he runs off to the left side and darts straight for the boy only to leap over him and land gracefully with his knuckle blade to the back on the boy’s neck, ”Check and Mate.” The boy sighs and raises his hands as his eyes return to normal, ”You win, Sound Ninja.” Miru moves the blade away then pats the student on the back as he walks away.
5/5 Leaf Concentration
Kiru walks out of the dorm and covers his eyes, they got out of class early and even though he had a short nap the sun was still out. Once his eyes adjust he sees the finishing move to his brother’s spar. Miru walks over and pets Kiru on the shoulder, ”Hm…You next brother?” ”Not yet, brother…I saw you where sparring a Leaf kid,” Kiru sounds mostly unenthused but quickly snaps out of it as he looks to the setting sun. Miru interrupts what ever thought he was having by brushing by to get in the dorms, ”Well, I had a great day so time to get some food, clean up and hit the sack.” Doing just that, Miru starts to get a small meal for him to eat, which afterwards he washes up and heads off to bed.
1/5 Chakra Molding
Kiru stays up for awhile before eating the getting cleaned up, ”I should try to sleep…” Again the dream comes, the academy is over run by the scale beasts, thou this time Miru is with him. They both fight to get to the closest spire and Kiru’s fear is realized, no one is there. They then fight to the next one and again no one to welcome them but the scale beasts, this nightmare seems to continue on with no end in sight till finally a loud sharp buzzing sound pierces the illusion. Miru gets up and shots off the alarm before looking to his brother and sighing, ”Get up, Miru we have class in two hours…” Miru’s only reply is to turn over into bed, but Kiru leaves him there as he makes breakfast. Now the smell of eggs and bacon filled the dorm and this proves to be the proper stimuli to waking up Miru. Miru walks and sits at the table before helping himself to some of the bacon, ”Why…is the alarm set for so early?” Kiru shakes his head and begins to eat some to the breakfast before he goes to clean up and get ready for class, ”That’s simple…Someone has to wake your lazy a** up.” Miru smirks as he walks off, ”Alright smartass.” Miru then gets ready for class and they head out toward the academy for the day.
2/5 Chakra Molding
The instructor stands at the front of class still speaking about concentration and now the molding of chakra. Kiru could tell that despite yesterday Miru was getting pissed rather quickly with such a boring class. Miru then surprising kicks back and put his feet on the desk as he starts counting the ceiling tiles to himself. The instructor notices this but continues with his lesson, which leaves Kiru looking around the room to see if anyone else is reacting. Some to be in the same shock as Kiru other just simply ignore them all together. Kiru just sits back and listens to the instructor as usually he understood this and was getting quit bored with this lesson as well.
3/5 Chakra Molding
After hours the class finally ends, Kiru and Miru find themselves walking out of the class and not remembering any of what the instructor said. Miru shrugs his shoulders, ”You know, the Concentration and Chakra Molding classes should come before water walking and tree climbing.” ”Your right, but I don’t make the training schedule…” Kiru smirks as he leans on a tree, ”We have a test tomorrow on the art of replacement from what I hear….” Miru shrugs and sighs softly as he walks back to the dorms, ”Of course we have a test…I bet at the end of the course they will give us another test to see if we’re competent.” Kiru rolls his eyes and suppresses a laugh, ” You mean they won’t let incompetent ninja graduate? What a crime.” Miru laughs and nudges Kiru’s shoulder. ”That’s right so try not to fail me that that we are this far.” Kiru smirks and punches Miru’s arm, ”Alright brother, but you’ look incompetent after I go up.” This friendly bantering continues all the way to the dorm where they split up Kiru to study and Miru to spar other students.
4/5 Chakra Molding
After of few hours of studying, Kiru walks into the living area of the dorm and fixes a bowl of ramen as Miru enters with a smile, ”Some of these brats are just too easy to beat.” He laughs a bit and sits down to relax, ”So how is your studying going?” Kiru shrugs and laughs, ”Its ok I guess…Your sparring seems to be going very well.” Miru shrugs and grabs a set of chopstick, which he begins to twirl around in his fingers. Kiru finished off his ramen with a slurp then tossed everything away, “Well, I’m going to wash up, study a bit more and head to bed. Since we have a test you should get something to eat and do the same.” Kiru goes to clean up then is spotted head to his room with a scroll in hand while Miru sets up a little before making some ramen then heading to bed.

The next day starts as early as the last, this time Miru even gets up without the aid of breakfast. Kiru gets ready for class before warming him something up for breakfast while Miru cleans up. After the normal daily routine in the dorms, Kiru and Miru begin their walk to the class room where the first test is going to be held. The class is fairly empty as the brothers sit down and look over who is here. Miru stretches and looks over the room, ”Hmm…I wonder how many will pass this lesson?” Kiru looks over the group as more students enter, ’I’d say…Most of these and a few of the ones that come in later...Your bets?” Miru laughs, ”I figured you would say they, but honestly for this test you maybe right but for the finals I predict two.” Kiru shakes his head and taps the desk, ”Two? Wonder who they are.” The instructor walks in and the chatter stops as he looks over the class.
1/4 Art of Replacement
The instructor clears his throat and look at a paper in his hands, ”Class today you are going to be tested on the use of the Replacement technique. You are allowed to use what ever you may like to replace yourself with, just keep in mind that smaller objects are much easier than the larger one.” After the announcement the instructor starting calling them up one at a time to show their skill, or lack though of the technique. Some of them are fairly decent being able to replace them selves with the normal logs, chairs in the class, and some even use animals. Miru smirks at the use of animals almost like he had an idea. Though as time progressed, Miru’s smirk fades as gets bored of watching and actually wants to do.
2/4 Art of Replacement
”Kon, Kiru…Your up then it will be Kon, Miru’s turn.” The Instructor called out before Kiru stood up and walked up to the front of class. He bows to the instructor and before doing a quick hand seal and vanishing in a cloud of smoke while at the same time Miru is engulfed in a cloud of smoke as well. When the smoke clears Miru stands where Kiru once did and Kiru is in the back of the class with his feet up on the desk, ”Your turn brother…try not to show me up.” Miru smirks before bowing to the instructor then he gives a quick hand seal before he too is replaced but this time there is a sheet of paper floating to the ground, ”I didn’t want to lose my chair.”
3/4 Art of Replacement
After Kiru and Miru’s turn in the test everything went around the same it was going before, more of the students passed the test than Kiru thought would. After a few hours the class was over the then next test was scheduled for the next day, this test was on the Hedge no Jutsu. After the announcement, the instructor dismisses the class allowing the students to leave the academy. Kiru and Miru sigh as they walk out of the class and towards the dorms, ”That test was just too easy…I hated it. And by the way why paper that was lazy of you.” ”lazy? Guess so but it beats what I planned originally…a smoke bomb,” Miru retorts as he look over to his brother, ”I have a spar today going to watch?” Kiru simply shakes his head and yawns, ”I plan in doing some meditations before dinner.” Miru shrug and rests his hands behind his head, ”As you wish, brother. I’ll make it a really good fight then.”
4/4 Art of Replacement
As Kiru enters the dorm, Miru stops and looks over the area with a smirk, ”SO where is my challenger?...” A child from Hidden Craftsman steps up; behind he stand three more Hidden Craftsman nin. Miru smirked, ”Seeing as my brother isn’t here to help me out, I only fight one on one.” ”Sounds reasonable to me…I’ll be you’re your sparring partner Sound ninja,” to the point that seemed to be the style to this ninja his name, Ryu the Tiger. Miru smirks and draws his knuckle blades while Ryu unsheathes the broadsword on his back. The two ninja seem to have a stare down neither moving an inch as they try to estimate the others first move.
1/3 Sparring
Ryu makes the first move as he leaps in the air before coming down with a quick strike aimed to disable Miru’s left arm. Miru has just enough time to throw his hands in the air and catch the blade with his knuckle blades, ”Seems your fast. I’m Miru, and I promise to defeat you.” Ryu smirks, ”Miru, eh? I’m Ryu and I’ll bring you to your knees.” And it is this friendly bantering that makes these fights for Miru. Soon the fighting picks up as Miru pushes the broadsword up and slides out from under it, followed by running in and giving Ryu a flurry of blows that he can only blow using his broadsword. After the barrage, Ryu lifts his sword, giving it a quick spin, before he lays a second hand on the hilt and swings down, ”Blazing Entity!” Miru dodges the blade then notices the line of fire coming at him. Acting quickly Miru bites his thumb and does a quick flurry of hand seals, ”Rashoumon!”
2/3 Sparring
The line of fire hits the Rashoumon that was summoned and Miru steps out behind it, ”Very tricky, but I’ll be more cautious of that weapon now.” Ryu props the broadsword over his shoulder, ”Well. Nice defense you have there. Blazing Entity didn’t even scratch it.” Miru smirks and darts in seeing if he can exploit Ryu’s awkward stance, but to no luck as Ryu twirls to one side and has his broadsword ready in the next instant. Ryu then runs in giving a solid downward strike as Miru parries with one hand and runs down the blade to Ryu. Unable to react to this strategy, Ryu finds the free knuckle blade at his throat, ”I subside, you win.” Miru smiles and lowers the blade, ”Well you are fun to spar, maybe we can have a real match next time.” ”I look forward to it my friend.” Ryu smiles and he places the broadsword on his back and walks away with the other Hidden Craftsman ninja.
3/3 Sparring
While Miru is having his fun outside, Kiru is in his room sitting on the floor and taken shallow breaths as he tries to calm his frantic mind. This is his last resort to save him from his own nightmares. Kiru sighs softly as his eyes close, ”Calm yourself. Clear your mind. Relax.” He continues to relax as his breathing slows and he can feel his mind pushing back his thoughts. Soon Kiru is in a meditative state that could be easily interrupted by any outside interference. The mind being washed clean of thoughts as Kiru now focuses on one thing, his dream. In this he admits to detail everything without any interference and a clear mind.
1/3 Meditation
Kiru can clearly see his dream now. Every detail of it, its not that there were no other students or instructors, from his new clear and birds eye perspective it is easy from him to see that they all dismissed to their respected villages. He even sees the Otakage fighting the threat in his own village so his fears are greatly reduced. What about his brother, why was he not in the first dream. This answer was simple, Kiru simply didn’t dream his brother the first time. He was confident is his own abilities and forgot the first rule of the clan; In times of danger allows keep your brother close for if he is killed or captured then you to shall feel the pain he does. Suddenly the whole world below Kiru cracks and shatters as from outside there is a loud sound that reminds Kiru of earth scraping earth.
2/3 Meditation
Kiru runs to the window and looks out to see a Rashoumon getting hit by fire, ”Seems Miru is having a lot of fun.” He then notices the one with the broadsword fighting against Miru, he also sees the other three Hidden Craftsman standing in the back and watching, ”Must be Broadsword’s friends.” Kiru remains at the window as he watches the last few moves of the fight then he saw something he rarely sees, Miru smiling. This must have been a fun match seeing that Miru had to use a Rashoumon and now he is smiling. He notices Miru heading in so he moves away from the window and sits back on the floor now pretending to meditate.

The next day comes by faster than expected for the two almost Genin Hidden Sound ninja. Kiru stands in the shower letting the warm water hit his face as Miru lazily fixes a bowl of cereal for breakfast. When Kiru finishes washing up and gets changed he goes into the kitchen to find his brother shaking the milk carton and giving a random laugh and saying moo. He to laughs and takes the milk away before putting it up and making some eggs for himself. Miru sighs, ”I expect there was a reason you took the milk away?” ”Other than you were getting in warm and sour? You looked like an idiot playing with it.” Kiru quickly retorts as he flips his eggs. Miru nods and finishes off the cereal, ”I thank you then…I think.” Kiru just laughs as he slides his eggs on a plate.
1/3 Henge no Jutsu
After breakfast and Miru getting ready for class, Kiru and Miru leave heading to the academy, ” We have the test today right? Then you have some work out before the graduation ceremony?” Kiru glance over to his brother, ”We have the Henge no Jutsu test, then we have a quick work out before we finally get our forehead protectors.” He says nothing about Miru mentioning a test, but it is on his mind on why Miru brought it up, ”Are you nervous brother…It would be normal since after today we will be going on missions and risking our lives.” ”If I was nervous, you sure helped…Brother your not to good at the relaxing others thing…that was more nerve racking.” Kiru laughs as he pats Miru’s back, ”Yea, I’ll work on it…We’ll be fine, brother as long as we work as a team.” Miru nods as they enter the room and sit down.
2/3 Henge no Jutsu
While in the class, the instructor continues to talk on the importance and use of Henge no Jutsu. As is normal, Miru sighs and fidgets around as the lesson quickly bores him. Kiru even seems to react as the instructor continues his long-winded speech. As unbearable as it is, the brothers remain seated and even seem to be happy as the test begins. With this being as simply as it is, everyone things this will be easy and for the Kons the wait is long. One after the other go up and do a Henge no Jutsu, this bores Miru to the point he curses his clan’s name. Kiru sits there waiting almost patiently for his name to be called so he can get this part over with.
3/3 Henge no Jutsu
Finally, the instructor calls on Kiru and he makes his way down to the head of class. He bows to the instructor and does the proper hand seals so he transforms into the instructor before he rubs his head, ”This better be good enough.” He ends the transformation and walks up the stairs as his brother is coming down. Miru, too, bows to the instructor before doing the hand seals and transforming into the female ninja in Ryu’s team. The instructor rights down the score as Miru turns back to his normal self and heads back to his seat. Now that their turns are over it seems like the rest of the test goes by quickly, they even lose track of time till the instructor dismisses them.
1/3 Weight Lifting
After leaving the class, Kiru and Miru head to the gym on the academy. Once there they look over the equipment as they smirk. Miru runs into Ryu again, while Kiru accidently bumps into the girl that might have been travelling with him. Kiru bows and helps her up, ”I’m sorry about that. Are you alright?” The girl smiles and accepts the help up, ”I’m just fine and yourself? You are not hurt are you?” Kiru shakes his head and brushes himself off, ”I’m fine thank you. You must be one of those Hidden Craftsman ninja that I’ve seen. I’m Kiru…Miru brother.” The girl smiles and nods, ”I’m glad your ok. I’m Miyo…I’m Ryu’s sister and youngest sibling in the family.” Kiru nods and smiles softly, ”Well nice to meet you, Miyo.”
2/3 Weight Lifting
Ryu looks over to his sister and Kiru talk, ”That must be your brother…You two are twins I take it.” Miru nods in agreement before he look to see who else is around the gym and there he finds the other two Hidden Craftsman ninja, ”Yea, he is my brother. And if I heard Miyo right…She is your sister?” Ryu laughs and sits down, ”She is. I have two brothers as well.’ Ryu then points to a lankier kid and a tall muscled kid, ”This are them. Herro and Kota.” Miru nods then bows, ”Pleasure to meet you all.” Herro and Kota bow before they go back to their exercises without saying a word.
3/3 Weight Lifting
Kiru looks to a clock and sighs, ”Pleasure meeting you, Miyo. I must go me and my brother has a graduation to get to.” Miyo smiles and winks, ” We just got here but look out for us when you get out there.” Ryu looks over to Miru, ”You must have to leave as well. Either way look out for us like Miyo said.” Miru nods and gives Ryu and pat on the shoulder, ”Hopefully we don’t end up on opposite sides of a mission.” With that Kiru and Miru leave the gym and head to their dorm to get changed. After a few minutes, Kiru and Miru race out of the house and wait for everyone to get to the class were graduation was held.
1/3 Weight Running
After a few more minutes the class filled up, there were students from every class in the room. Kiru and Miru even recognized some of the students from their own class and also realized that this was going to be a rather boring and long ceremony. Soon the instructor come into the class and head down to a table with forehead protectors for every village. Each instructor gives a speech to the class before starting the ceremony. Use they finished they begin calling the names of those who passed and giving them the forehead protector that matched their village. Kiru and Miru in for a long wait as the instructor call the names of the students in order and only one at a time to keep confusion to a minimal.
2/3 Weight Running
After about an hour and a half of waiting, Kiru is called down where he receives the Hidden Sound headband. He bows to the instructors and thanks them for allowing him to attend the academy before he walks back to his seat and Miru is called. Miru walks down calmly and receives his head band as well. Like Kiru he bows but he doesn’t thank them he just heads back to his seat where he and Kiru sit silently. At their seats Kiru and Miru put on their headbands; Kiru ties it around his head as Miru removes the forehead protector and places it on the sleeve of his jacket before he wraps the headband around his head, ”I like this look a lot better.” The ceremony is over after another hour and all the new Genin are dismissed for the last time from the class.

Naniyori took his stance in the Academy, preparing to practice his final arts so that he could measure his effectiveness in battle. He wanted to let them know that he was noble, truthful and that he had the skills to provide for the Miyanari clan even if all other warriors failed. Stealth wasn't his key point, and he was often reprimanded for it, but what he lacked in the shinobi arts he could make up with his skills in other areas. Still, he'd been practicing, and he was sure that he was ready to practice one of the more common and yet unequivocally useful skills that he'd been attempting to master since he entered the Academy; something that, while easy for many others he imagined, was extremely hard for someone with as little focus as he and with equally small tact in the matters. His hands went through the basic motions, and he felt the chakra he often attempted to tap into begin to flow through him under his dominion. He struck the hand signal, and it released as he had planned...opening his eyes, he saw that he had succeeded at last in one of the more divine arts he had yet to overcome. "Hm, nothing more than what I would expect of myself. Perhaps next time I should try something larger..." In his place, under the art that he had practiced, he had left a small piece of wood, the item he had mimicked for only a moment. It was too generic for what he would probably use when he had more practice, but it had been the only thing accessible at the time and he wanted to make sure that he could do it with an object that was not small, but rather heavy enough that he would be providing himself enough of a challenge with the flow he had to control in order to practice the art that he had used. Deciding that he had enough of the art, he smirked once more and let the Henge no Jutsu go, mastered as best he had. Quote: Henge no Jutsu 300 Skill Points This technique allows the ninja to transform themselves into any person or object. This allows the ninja to move with stealth or to trick their opponents. Naniyori looked up towards the sky, pondering silently if he would truly be able to honor those he had sworn to serve just by mastering the arts that he long had. He preferred the use of a blade and open, brutal combat, but instead the master of the stealth skills was required to be a ninja and, if he was to be accepted into his own clan once more, he had to learn as much as possible. He regretted that if he did not then he would bring dishonor onto them, but he knew that it was not his place to ruin the entire history of their family, and thus he would have to graduate from the Academy soon or he would be discharged with an insulting failure instead of the honorable graduate he hoped for. Lowering his eyes once more, he began to practice the basic skill that he had been taught for substitution, keeping in mind that it was an art that his village might find as increasingly acceptable compared to many of the others that he could learn in the Academy. He remembered a variation of it he had seen in their home, and he knew that this was most likely the first step in mastering the skill as well. He raised his hands, allowing for the fluid motions that he had practiced before, and closed his eyes for only a moment as he felt the rhythm that was required to practice properly. As he opened them, he felt the final motion and the clone formed from the Bushin no Jutsu formed before him, its appearance as it had been described in every way despite his normal inability to master such skills using his chakra. It was a proud boost to his spirit, as he sighed and smirked, realizing that he could in fact perform the arts that he had never chosen for himself, and thus he still held hope of becoming one of the mighty shinobi of their time. Quote: Bushin no Jutsu: 300 Skill Points This technique creates a copy of the ninja without substance. The copy resembles the ninja in every way. This clone can function as a distraction or as means to confuse one's opponent. As soon the clone gets attacked or comes into contact with an opponent, it will disperse. Now that he'd practiced the art of transforming himself into something else, an art that provided for excellent sabotage, and the art of copying himself and providing for the enemy's own confusion, he knew that he would have to make one that was more interesting to him in the shape of substitution. He'd seen the art during his training, but he hadn't attempted to master it yet, and he knew that if he was going to be as brazen and open in his tactics as he was, then he would have to learn to defend himself using such an art, when his body was left open for strikes. Naniyori looked at a point nearby, knowing that he would have to focus when he began to train the art that he was planning on learning at last. The green haired man sighed, before closing his eyes and focusing once more...he could see the area that was around him clearly in his mind. The open training ground, providing for him to practice properly and without fail, and the area before him where he had planned to 'escape' to when he used the art that he was now on. Substitution wasn't difficult for many, but for someone as inept at using certain skills at he it would require effort to learn how to do this. He could feel the flow of chakra, remembering the studies he had once heard...knowing that he would have to master the replacement in a way unique to his body, and thus disappear as the wind while also appearing as clearly as the day. Naniyori opened his eyes, throwing down a piece of wood and substituting himself quickly as he had been taught when you were performing the art. He stood for a minute, breathing heavily as he had been focused that intently into his practice, refusing to move from his current position. As he began to relax every muscle in his body separately, allowing himself to ignore the intensity he had put into his own training, he began to turn around, barely glancing past his shoulder. Surely enough, there was a piece of wood back where he had been standing, and he had managed to switch from where he had been to where he had focused in his mind, performing the art with a level of success. He let a grin of satisfaction reach his face again, knowing that graduating would be no problem with such practice under his belt. He would succeed where others had failed. Quote: Art of Substitution: 400 Skill Points This is a basic Ninjutsu technique. When in danger the ninja will quickly substitute themselves with another nearby object. This can be a block of wood or even another person. This allows the ninja to quickly flee and hide while the original object takes the brunt of their opponents attack. Naniyori was reminded of the time in the past, when he had last spoken with his master and one of the heads of the Miyanari clan, and sighed as he remembered the words that had been passed onto him from all of the knowledge of the ages. It was the last time he'd been to see the old man before he came to the Academy to finish his practice, and even now the image was still clear in his mind of all the events that transpired the night, when the words of the elder had been spared on his young disciple about what it would take to honor the clan that he had sworn to defend from harm. 'You will be given the job of defending the Hidden Cloud, which dwells far from sources of pain. We will never be free of guilt from attributing to the sorrows of the world, but with a strong leader we may be able to minimize what distraught strikes our own people. You will never be entrusted with this mission; you are a failure in all the arts of secrecy that I have attempted to teach you, and I can no longer stand the thought that you might be given a hand in our village's control. You will be sent to the Academy, where you are given your last chance to redeem the family honor. However, you will never see the ruler of this village, and he will always be beyond you. Now go; be gone from my sight.' Naniyori sighed, reminded of the shame which the master had attempted to place upon him. It was true, that he had no idea who led their clan now, and that if there was a leader of the Hidden Cloud village he would never be graced with their presence. Still, there was someone who had faith in him, and he was willing to return if only to prove himself to the village and to provide his services to he who had inspired him to continue his training. He remembered the village quite clearly in his mind, and even now he could feel the electricity that seemed to bounce amongst its inhabitants, figuratively despite their actual nature and the arts they had long practiced as a standing tradition of the Hidden Cloud village. Naniyori remembered hearing about the legendary skills with the blade that his clan had mastered, and he was willing to work towards one day obtaining such a mastery so that he could put his own weapon to use; he had never learned the arts of the Hidden Cloud village, but if he could learn swordsmanship then he would be simultaneously learning an art he had been commissioned for and he would be providing for his own standard of fighting with a sword in head on combat instead of the normally secretive ways they performed. Looking at a wall nearby, he was reminded of a basic skill of the Academy and smirked, ready to put it to use so that he knew how they were performed when his master had performed it before. He could tell that he was still under surveillance, because the teacher had been the one who left every object he required for the mastery of the skills so far...he had not brought a single piece of wood, nor any other objects. Running towards the wall, Naniyori let out a yell as he focused on the skills he had been taught by the teacher, running up the verticle surface as he performed the Tree Climbing technique at last using his own chakra, proving himself capable of the technique. It was one of the few arts he had sworn to master before he graduated, to prove he had a better understanding now... Quote: Tree Climbing: 600 Skill Points The Tree Climbing technique serves a dual purpose. The first is that it helps a ninja learn how to focus their chakra. The second is that it teaches the ninja how to run up trees and walk on vertical walls. The training helps the ninja learn how to focus just the right amount of chakra to a particular part of their body. The amount needed to climb is small but it must be precise. "Very well done, Naniyori..." Spoke Kaoru, stepping out from the shadows. Naniyori turned, grinning. "Thank you for your teachings. I have performed everything you asked of me, with the exception of one..." Kaoru nodded, accepting Naniyori as a student no longer. Kaoru turned, walking out of the area that Naniyori had been training in, and past the green area that grew around. Ahead of him was a small body of water, and Naniyori waited and watched as his master slowly walked to the edge, knowing that most would assume him to stop; however, for a master of the ninjutsus he was well aware that there was no break in his path, and that Kaoru noticed the path before him as solidly as it might have been cement. Naniyori watched his master step onto the liquidy surface, not even a ripple forming on the pristine surface...and Naniyori was reminded that he would have to use this art in the battles to come, if they were to exist. Kaoru turned, and Naniyori paused only a moment as his master extended a hand, giving a dark and sly smile as he did so. "If you come to me, here, then your training is complete. That is all..." Naniyori did not sigh or whine, having foreseen this final skill as a natural technique he would have to master if he were to become a shinobi worthy of Hidden Cloud. Naniyori extended his foot, stepping forward onto the surface as he focused his chakra, reminding himself that it would be necessary to let the flow be as natural as it was when he had performed the other feats before then. The foot stepped, and although a small ripple formed underneath he was able to maintain the strengthened footing, and knew that he had at last been able to accomplish the skill that he had been waiting on when he first entered the Academy. It was one of the most difficult, and with the resolve to master it under his belt, he had managed to complete the training. He took a few more steps towards his master and folded his arm, grinning. "Very well then...you have completed the training. I can only hope...you don't forget what it means, and what these skills are meant for. That is all the craft I have for you...goodbye." Naniyori nodded, realizing at last that he would be sent forth from the Academy, having the approval of those who had once been his teachers as a full fledged shinobi. "Thank you..." He would normally struggle with such words, but his teacher he felt fully indebted to, and this was one time when he could let the words pass freely. Turning, Naniyori walked back towards the training facility, his feet meeting hard earth again, and once there he stepped towards his original spot. Embedded there was his large sword, and upon grabbing it he stepped through the door and left the area of the Academy that he had long used for his private practice. He was ready to return and make himself a notable shinobi, so that he could be the proudest member of the Hidden Cloud village that he had once come from. He was willing to protect one person that he had felt indebted to, but more importantly he had salvaged the family name that he felt he had almost destroyed, and he was going to provide many honors in the name of his people by the edge of his blade and the skills that he had long struggled to learn so that he could aid their race. He was, therefore, a warrior whose life was only the blade of a higher power, and his might was the cutting edge that would shred his enemies. Quote: Water Walking: 600 Skill Points A variation on the Tree Climbing Technique, Water Walking allows a ninja to walk on water as if it was a solid surface. Focusing an even amount of chakra out of the soles of their feet, they can balance themselves on the very surface of the water.

I went into the shinobi academy and realized that i was late and tried to hurry so i wouldnt be late but soon figured out that i was already ten minutes late. Then i just made the matter worse when i got caught throwing paper airplanes at the nerd who sits in the front row. My punishment was that i had to sit in the corner for a half and hour wearing a tutu. The bell finaly rang and it was time for weapons training and having not listened in the first class i had to sit in the corner because i didnt know anything for this class. So i basically didnt learn anything throghout the whole day. (1/3)
