Adorable? He squeaked, blinking in surprise. Ah...I...Don't mean to be...he tried to insist, his blush only growing deeper as he looked to the woman. S-shy, I mean. He wanted to explain that perhaps he was just shy by nature, and her openness with him was by far more than he'd expected to find in this place, but he couldn't find the right words to offer.

People are bound to change their minds over time, it's just something that you do in order to grow into the person you're going to be from the person who you are right now, Beverly said with a smile. And your friend, she started, have they changed?

Desiree bit at her lower lip. Marie had always seemed the same...until meeting that one man then having him disappear. "She has, actually. But there have been a few things recently to cause her change." Her shoulders slumped a little. "I must be a terrible friend... I had actually come here to get away from the sadness and chaos rather than trying to help..."

Incredibly adorable, she affirmed, brushing stray strands of hair from her face. And don't worry about shyness. Many people are like that. Keiko continued to smile warmly to him, hoping that she wasn't frightening him with it. It makes you even cuter.

Tanaka shifted uncomfortably, not sure how to reply to the woman. He wanted to ask her more questions about her past and her hopes for the future, but he didn't want his curiosity to be mistaken for nosiness. His stomach gurgled audibly, so much so that his eyes widened, and he blushed deeply again as he looked to Keiko. S-sorry...I guess I'm a little h-hungry.

Pretty Lolipop Ame laughed and followed, peeking down the path, then blinking, looking both ways. "Hmmmmm...which way?" She blinked, then pulled out her little book, sketching the sky above her at the moment before putting it away. "My traveling partner seems to have dissapeared!"((My apologies that this took so long. ^_^; ))
Kayne stopped to wait, dropping crosslegged onto the path. Picking up a leaf, he twirled it between his fingers, his tail curled around his waist.

That is not a reason to consider yourself a terrible friend, Beverly started. Even friends can be stressed when their friend's lives become rather chaotic, and they need a break too. When you're ready for it, you can go back and help out, she continued.

Desiree fiddled with her flute then looked up to Beverly and smiled a little again. "I suppose you're right. Even her sister wanted to run off...but she stayed. She cares a lot about Marie." In some ways, Desiree wished that she had a sibling to take care of like that.

Kayne stopped to wait, dropping crosslegged onto the path. Picking up a leaf, he twirled it between his fingers, his tail curled around his waist. ((S'okay. XD)) After a few moments of deliberation, and once wrong turn, Ame spotted him, and threw her hands up in the air. "Yay! I found you!" She said with a grin, in a sort of victorious tone.

There's nothing wrong with being hungry, she smiled. Do you want to get something to eat? Keiko looked around, unsure of which direction she had come from. If you would rather go alone, I don't mind.

Oh...No. You're welcome to join me, but...I don't know where I would begin to go. He shuffled his feet and blushed as he looked to Keiko, and half hoped she would know of a place to find food, since he'd quite honestly forgotten where his house was and didn't want to orb there and scare the girl to death in the process.

Colette walked into the gardens in a state of awe. She hadn't had a chance to visit them yet and she found them breathtaking. She found a bench surrounded by rose bushes. She settled herself down and pulled a notebook and pen out of her bag. She was hoping that the change of scenery would help her come up with ideas for her writing.

Well, that's good! I assume Marie is your friend? Beverly asked, smiling to Desiree. Well, it's always good to have a sibling who will care for you, especially in time of need. I am sure your friend will be just fine, she said with a quick nod. But what about yourself? Do you have a shoulder to cry on or a hand to hold when you need? she asked, hoping she wasn't being too forward.

Anou...mm...The boy thought a moment before offering the woman a shy smile. I like pizza...Do you know if we can get that here? He wasn't sure if there would be a place locally to serve it, as quite honestly he'd never been anywhere out of the vast home he lived in. All sorts of food stuffs were always available, and half of them he wasn't sure exsisted in mortal realms.
