Suru's unfocuse eyes cleared just enough to see Jak, before he was pulled into his arms. He stood, stiffly, confused for a moment, before half falling on Jak, shuddering eith repressed tears and nuzzling into his shoulder, brokenly.
Over his shoulder, he saw Lacuna's new look, and that made him break. He reached out to stroke he cheek, looking excruciated, and whispered, softly,
"Lucy . . . . you look . . . beautiful . . ."

Liam pushed the door to the club open. It was unusually empty, and it slightly depressed him. He made his way through the middle of the room and pulled a rose from a vase on a table. He moved to the end of the counter, near the wall, and sat on the stool, placing the rose on the counter infront of him and staring at it silently.

Lena looked up as she heard the door open, she saw Liam enter and sit down at the other end of the bar, she smiled and excused herself from Nick, walking over to stand infront of where Liam was sitting. She simply smiled brightly to him, not saying anything.

Liam glanced up as a shadow was cast over the silken petals he stared at. Lena...he smiled, not noticing she'd been in the room. I'm glad you're here... he said with a smile, his voice soft as he looked to her still.

Liam nodded and smiled still, the rose in front of him blooming fuller from the small, closed bud it was before he lifted it to offer to Lena. I really have missed you too... he told her, realizing just how many days it's been since he's seen her at all.

Lena smiled brightly as she accepted the rose, she leaned over the bar to kiss Liam softly on the lips.

Liam blushed softly and shifted to better reach her lips before letting out a nervous laugh and breaking the kiss. So...Did I miss any excitement at all?

"Mikey has a boyfriend now.... well sort of..... I don't think it's like official or anything.... but they seem to really like eachother...." she hesitated a moment before continuing "he almost really screwed it up though...."

Liam listened a moment before swallowing hard and looking down. He let out a nervous laugh and tried to smile as he nodded. I bet that was a site to see... he offered, rather avoiding looking to Lena.

"Oh.... so you heard about the coffee house incident, huh...?" she let out a nervous laugh before continuing "I kinda figured you would have.... some how, like everyone knows about that..."

Actually, I haven't heard about anything...he said softly, rather quitely, amost as if the news bothered him. Will you tell me what happened? he asked, staring at the countertop/

"Well.... Mikey didn't really explain... but apparently it was something about him and Jakkin kissing... and Quinn saw, and got very angry..... so pretty much... Mikey nearly ruined his chances of a relationship because of a kiss......" she shrugged a bit before continuing "he did manage to fix things though.... and he promised Quinn that he wouldn't do that again.... hopefully he'll keep to his word...."

Liam listened carefully to Lena's story and nodded some. I see. I too hope he keeps his word... he said, a tinge of jealousy within it. He glanced to the time and bit his inner lip as he looked to Lena.
