Catch me....


"I've never known a guy to be so fascinated with cats.." Fyrn muttered to herself, as she changed forms and climbed up into the tree as high as she could go, and lounging out on a branch that had tried to grow up, but ended up growing out instead. She wasn't sure if it would hold her, but she didn't care, she had a tree. Something caught her attention just then, as a woman entered the shop. She seemed to be selling something, though she wasn't quite sure what. She hoped it wasn't another cat. She didn't like cats. They were always getting the attention. She shifted her weight, so as not to catch the tree on fire, and watched curiously.

"Well next time make it in a pot or something k?" Jay asked looking at Leva and relaxed back into his chair. When he though he was comfortable he felt something he did not expect. Jay's face turned red slightly feeling Samantha's tounge against his face and neck. He bit his bottom lip and fought to keep his body calm and his mind slightly focused. He opened his eyes and looked at the woman as he sat behind the front desk.
He pried Samantha off him and sat her down into the chair and stood up to look down at the wolf. He chuckled at the sight of a pink wolf and nodded. He looked at the paperwork and began filling out new paperwork. "Sign here and I'll give you Hmm... how about 175k?" Jay asked looking at the woman.

You can't make me beg!


Leva shrugged as Jay took over and floated away. She suppressed a chuckle at the whole tree thing, and how red Jay's face was.




Samantha pouted as she sat in the chair. Her right ear twitched a few times and she blinked slowly as she watched him. Sighing she wrapped her tail around her ankles and tipped her head to the side. Meanwhile Sandra stepped infront of her standing upright with her arms crossed. She smelled another wolf, and as usual was cautious of them.





((night all))

Jay nodded and watched the woman as she smiled at him. He politly smiled back and walked around the front of the desk and took the chain. "Easy girl..." Jay said softly as he placed the proper collars around her neck and ushered her into one of the lush cages. He placed her into the cage and closed the door. Once the door was locked, Jay waved his hand and the silver chains vanished from her wolf form.

Fyrn watched the wolf pacing in panic, and wondered if she should make some attempt to calm her down. After all, the two of them seemed like they might be there for awhile. Then again, this could provide some much needed entertainment to her lousy day. Especially since she didn't really want to talk to a cat person. She had a bad habit of grooming anyone she was near enough to, so she was sure he'd probably throw a fit if he was close to her for any amount of time. She sighed. She definitely did not want to get out of her tree. She wasn't even sure she'd make the wolf feel better by talking to her.

"Oi...... take it easy. Don't stress yourself out." She mumbled halfheartedly, not even intending for it to be loud enough to hear.

"I don't have to worry about family. They took care of that a long time ago." Fyrn muttered, and hopped down out of her tree. It was obvious now that she wasn't obscured by the branches, that she was a fox. Her family had abandoned her long ago, for her own good, and yet somehow she had still managed to end up like this. She walked over to the edge of her cage closest to the wolf's, leaving little trails of flames as she walked. She then flopped down against the bars, and stuck her muzzle through the bars.

"There's really nothing we can do about it. Save for maybe blowing the place up. Being overly stressed won't help you at all either." She gave a small sigh, placing a flaming paw against a bar. She did feel bad for her, as much as she did herself.

"It's really no big deal. My species do it all the time." Fyrn shrugged. She was just used to it. As she lay there on the cold floor, she listened intently to the wolf's story, ears perked forward.

"That's terrible. You'll never get to see your soon to be mate." She shook her head, as if ashamed at the work of humans.

"My name is Fyrn. It's nice to meet you. This, is a slave store I think. That's what I've gathered at least." She made a motion with her head at Jay.

"And that is a weirdo with a weird obsession with his cats..."

"So it was more of an arranged thing I see." Fyrn's ears twitched and she stretched a comforting paw out through the bars.

"At least that's better then how I arrived here. I was asleep in my favorite tree, and before I knew it, I had been knocked out of it, drugged, and ended up here. Though, our stories are kind of similar." Fyrn paused at that thought, her tail curled into a flaming question mark.

"How odd...." She pondered if every human caught others like that, taking self respecting beings from their beds at night.
