"Runa where are you, please I need to talk to you!!!" she continued to scream out and thats when she realized that the gargoyles were still perched upon the roof tops.."Great now what am I going to do." she said.

As we walked along, we began to talk. We began to just carry on as if all our troubles and hatred towards one another never existed. Though I wondered why this was, I did not truly question it. Jian and I--besides all differences--were still good friends. However, our ideas and opinions truly divided us; not our hatred.

"Tell me, Jian...What is it that you exactly do when you aren't trying to meddle within my life?"

"Heh...Simple. I just go out and randomly kill." I glared at him in a scolding manor; brow slightly raised. "Now, don't give me that look, Kang. You'd probably do the same damn thing if you didn't meet that girl."

Instantly, my face broke and smile rose to my face as I let out a small laughter. "Ha! Yeah, you're probably right...Two sides to the same coin..."

"Except it's a two-faced coin."

"Yeah...How unfortunate."

Continuing to joke, we eventually made it back to the junction where the inn was. I turned to Jian and bowed respectfully, as he did the same. However, in doing so, he then suddenly took out his curved blade and placed it against the back of my neck.

"Heh...Gotcha..." As he let out a devilish smirk, he began to laugh uncontrollably, but quickly placed his blade back into his belt and began to walk off. "You take care! However, remember that we should have one of our talks, again! That is, presuming that we're still both alive!"

As I watched him walk off. I let out another smirk, walking back towards the inn. In doing so, I saw a familiar person standing outside the doorway. "...Takara?"

"Runa, Chan and Kouchi and others are on the Isle of Pain fighting against the mad ones. Are you sure that you want to come along with me?" she asked as she dismounted off the horse and went towards him.

Turning to face Kang, "These mad ones that I'm talking about are crazy lycans. Chan and Kouchi as well as others are on the isle fighting against them or worst yet being attacked by them." she said.

Heading towards the general store, Takara knew she had only a small amount of gold with her, upon entering the store she headed towards the counter and asked the clerk, "Ma'am do you have a canteen that I may purchase and a few egg rolls and rice cakes?"

She turned upon hearing Takara request, "Yes, I do." and then turning to get the items for her.

The clerk was gone for a brief moment and returned with the canteen and a plate full of egg rolls and rice cakes. "Here you go young lady, and that would be a total of 10 pieces of gold." she commented.

Going through her small bag, Takara was only able to find 5 pieces of gold, "Well ma'am I only have 5 pieces of gold so what will that buy me." she asked.

"Hmmm, the canteen but since you only have that amount I'll throw in a couple egg rolls and a rice cake." she replied.

Handing the gold she had, Takara took the canteen and the egg rolls and cake and then headed back out of the store, "Thank you ma'am." she said and went out of the store waiting to see what was going to be happening next.

As Takara came out of the store she noticed that Kang and Runa weren't around. "Well I guess I best head off to the Ninja area and hope that no one will be around so I can just get a boat and head off to the isle of pain." she said and headed towards where her horse was.

Finding the horse she quickly untied the horse and patted it.."Ok boy, ready to go." she said as she mounted upon its back. Giving it a swift kick and headed off to the Ninja clan area.
