Karin watched with a half smirk as the blood found its mark, stabbing through Ketsu's stomach. But then she suddenly found herself falling backwards, because of the kick, and stumbled until her back hit the wall. She slid down, wincing slightly as she crouched on the ground, looking quickly back up through her orchid colored eyes towards Ketsu. The smirk returned again as the spike that was stabbed through the girl's stomach grew a sharp edge and then started trying to slice right out Ketsu's side, an attempted clean cut. Meanwhile, more blood continued leaking from the five self inflicted gashes upon Karin's arm. She'd noted that some blood soaked into the sweatshirt's sleeve, so she pushed it up past her elbow to allow the blood to seap out without trouble.

Kei blinked and looked at her for a minute, he could tell that she was not happy with the dress. He felt bad that she didn't and instantly felt like it was fault, then again the only thing he had known was that acoording to Shinju, pink was the best color for male and females. Shinju wasn't really the best example to follow but he still had a certain quality that no one could say no to. It would be like having the softest teddy bear in your hands and saying that you didn't like, it was impossiable to hate Shinju.
Kei didn't think that he was like Shinju in that way, but they really were quite alike, no one could really hateKei, they just might not like his ways sometimes. Snapping out of his thoughts Kei gave a nod to a small, bleach smelling bathroom behind the bed. "I'll wait for you by the window" he said and walked over to the window, with a simple step he jumped off. This was extremely strange, besides they were two story, but he landed, standing up on a branch without breaking it and turned his back to the window waiting for her.

Rin stared at him for a moment, arms folded over her stinging chest as she waited for a reply. When he pointed out the bathroom she gave a short nod of her head and slowly started to get up from the bed. Though, her head jerked over towards him, making her feel slightly dizzy again, as he suddenly jumped off of the window. Her eyes widened for a split second as she realized he'd settled upon a branch instead. Then, shaking her head to herself, she grabbed the dress and irritably marched over to the bathroom, a slight wobble in her step.
She entered, trying to block out the smell of the bleach, and retreated to a corner of the room, locking it behind her. She stared at herself in the mirror for a moment, frowning as she tugged at a blood crusted clump of hair. "...disgusting," she mumbled, and then stripped off the torn black dress. She gazed for a long while at the pink one before clenching her teeth and slipping it on, wrinkling her nose distastfully. It stung using her hands, but she did so anyway. "Disgusting," she repeated again, closing her eyes for a moment before slowly pushing the door open again.
She halted for a moment, waiting for a sudden spell of dizziness to pass before continuing on. Her bare feet padded across the ground as she moved over to the window and leaned against it, elbows on the sil, as she stared at Keiichi. "....What are you doing?" she asked coldly, but with a hint of confusion as well. "And I don't think... I've caught your name."

Kei was watching a squirrel climb up the tree, but was more just staring off into space blankly. He wasn't sure why but he felt a little off balance, actually the next moment he looked down and one of his feet was hanging off the side. He quickly replaced it with a tree branch and soon found himself balanced again. He really missed Shinju a lot, Sinju knew what Kei was thinking and he didn't have to talk around him, he was his best friend.
Kei turned around when he heard the window open and blinked for a minute looking at the girl. He could tell that she didn't like wearing the dress any more then the blood across her body and hair that wasn't able to wash away so eaisly. He didn't answer her first question and instead took her hand, normally he would kiss a hand but he didn't think that she was the type to like that.
"Keiichi...just call me Kei" he said, he looked at her hand and then pulled her gently out of the window.

Rin watched him with an air of expectancy, waiting for him to explain, but her eyes widened very slightly when he took her hand instead. She held back a wince, since her hands were still badly sliced, and soon found herself out of the window as well, standing on the branch beside him. She was no longer able to keep up the uninterested expression, and her eyes remained wide as she gripped his hand tightly, despite the pain that brought. Her gaze was fixed upon the ground as she balanced her bare feet on the branch, and then slowly looked back up at Kei.
"Wh-what are we doing?" she stammered, frowning as she realized how shaky her voice was. She bit her lip, glancing back to the window and then once more to Kei. She had a fear of heights, obviously, and for good reason. Her very first spirit influenced suicide attempt had involved a window, and her jumping out of it. Since then she'd had many mishaps with heights, everything from trees to windows to stairs. The spirit would use any means necessary to get her wish, which happened to be Rin's death.
The violet haired girl took a shaky breath and inched a bit closer to Kei for support, eyes upon the ground once more, still wide. She was still a bit dizzy as well, from the blood loss, and that wasn't helping matters. Her pale skin seemed to fade even whiter.

Kei watched Rin noticing immdately that she was in pain still from her wounds, he started to soften his grip, not letting go in case she fell, but then she held onto his hand tighter. He looked down then back up at her, she appeared a lot more nervous all together. Wait, it wasn't nervousness, she looked sick, the medicine would take a while to break in and she appeared to still be really shaken up. He still didn't say a word though he looked at her only for a second longer before picking her up into his arms.
He jumped down, making no sound of pain as he reached the ground, and only taking seconds to recover, no trace of pain or wincing sound. He was careful with her as if she might break, the wounds across her legs kept him focused. He held her tight up close to him, but it was only because he knew that she might try to break away randomly and he couldn't afford for her to fall. He still didn't say anything, he just walked slowly, she was light, it was no problem, besides she was doing enough talking for the both of them as he viewed it.

Rin's eyes snapped back towards him again when he suddenly snatched her up into his arms. She was about to yell in protest, or even push him away, until she realized where she was. She abruptly froze, eyes widening and then squeezing shut as he suddenly jumped from the tree. She bit down hard on her tongue to keep from screaming, her hands moving over to grip his shirt tightly as she pressed her face against it, sure she was going to die at the fault of this idiot. But when nothing happened except the light jolt of them colliding, accompanied by no other real pain, she hesitantly opened her eyes again.
She blinked a couple times and then glanced up at Kei, staring in shock. Had he really just done that, and wasn't effected in any way? She remained silent for a couple seconds as they started walking again, and finally pried her hands from his shirt. Besides, it hurt to hang on like that, and she felt dumb doing so. "...I can walk on my own," she finally muttered, folding her arms across her chest as she started fixedly at them. In all honesty, she wasn't sure how far she'd make it with her pounding headache messing up her senses. But, she'd never admit that.

"Stop being so strong" was all he said not letting her go, but making it so that if she really wanted to then she could get out. He wasn't really sure what to do next though, he really should have kept her inside of the hospital. Shinju had told him to always listen to the voice of reason, or as Shinju put it, 'your inner Shin', the thought made him smile slightly. He knew that he was doing the right thing for her, but her health was another matter all together.
He looked at her the smile still on him, a little bit because she had just gripped his shirt tightly, she had been scared. It wasn't that he was making fun of her, she just seemed like the 'tough' type and he could tell she rarely showed her weakeness. He the looked up at the sky as if in deep thought, but to be honest he was realizing that he was lost. When he had jumped down out of the tree he was in the garden area, which had one of those elebrate mazes for some reason. He didn't dare tell her that but he started to walk instead like he knew exactly where he was going till he came to a dead end. He didn't say anything but stared firmly at the wall of bush as if he was trying to make it burn away.

Rin glanced up at him, a frown across her paler than usual face, but she didn't move. She felt his grip lessen just slightly, but if she tried to push away, there was a good chance her legs would buckle beneath her when she landed. The last thing she wanted was to suffer embarassment by falling on her face right after saying she could walk alone. Though, her current situation made her feel very helpless as well.
She blinked and looked back up, staring as she saw he was smiling. She bit her tongue to keep from yelling at him, asking what the hell he was smiling at, and instead forced herself to stay silent. But when they suddenly came face to face with a dead end, she couldn't keep silent any longer. She reached up, waving her bandaged hand in front of his face. "....do you know where you're going?" she asked irritably, closing her eyes for a moment as if trying to keep herself calm. It was true she'd gotten her wish of leaving the hospital, but in the process had to wear a pink dress, be pulled out a window, and carried through a maze, and all to realize they were simply lost in the end.

Ketsu grabbed at the spike in her stomach, seeing that she could not push herself off of it, and instead of trying she let go of it, if she lost enough blood she could show this girl how weak she was-no matter her new abilities. When it made it toward the end of her side she stabed a claw through it, braking it in two peices and poulling them apart vertically to create an even larger wound, wincing as she did and then giving up on her own plan began trying to stop them. She had no idea how she was going to let herself bleed so much if she began to give in to the pain so quickly...and she had no idea how close Suka was as they fought at the moment, until-
Suka: Suka had been strolling still when he heard from down the hall the sound of blood drops hitting the ground and from a wound being made quite large...he walked furhter and the scent of blood came from the room they were in he ran over to it and slid on the puddle of blood that was still on the ground from Ketsu, running on all fours into the room and sliding to a stand as Ketsu began to try to stop the spikes. "What the hell is going on..." he said this loudly to start until he noticed the color of Karin's eyes and then stood there just a few moments. He did not know whether he should protect himself or Karin or Ketsu...or what. He was totally confused and stood there, protecting himself out of the instinc he had in such situations.

Karin slowly straightened from her crouched position, shoulders straight as she glared directly at Ketsu. The scent of blood was once more filling the air, but it didn't make her feel as dizzy as it had just moments before. Instead she growled quietly in her throat again as she took a small step towards Ketsu, watching the girl snap her blood blade in half. But then she froze, orchid eyes darting abruptly to the door as Suka entered. She stared at him, eyes still narrowed angrily, but otherwise she did nothing just yet.
Her attention shifted towards Ketsu for a moment, then to her own bleeding arm, and finally back to Ketsu and the blood that was spilling out of the girl. Her ears had perked when Suka spoke, but were now flattened once more, tail flicking very slowly behind her. She growled quietly again and flicked her hand forward, shooting three more sharpened shards of blood in Ketsu's direction.

Suka watched the new shards go through the air and before Ketsu did anything about it he opened hiis hand at the blood and it stopped mid-air, liquifying on his own command. He could not spaere his own blood for the moment but he could use hers as if it were his and keep her from doing anything she would regret later. She was working on instincts aswell, as all Blood Demons did, and he took note of that-sure that she would throw an attack at him for interfering but he wanted an answer. "Answer me Karin, what happened..."
She pulled out the newer spikes of blood and threw them on the ground she watched her wound and glared up at Karin afterward, ignoring Suka when he entered the room until she threw more sharp hardened blood shards at her and holding her arm up to catch them she noticed that Suka had stopped them and before she could look at him appreciatively she heard him direct his question at Karin personally and when she looked the expression was a pissed one. "What the hell are you asking her for?! Do you really expect her to answer you?" she almost wanted to attack him but she stopped herself and even managed to keep from speaking anymore than she needed to, now not paying attention to Karin as he waited for her answer. An answer that Ketsu doubted would come.

Karin frowned, seeing Suka so easily stop her attack. Her arms folded irritably across her chest, the left one still bleeding, as she glared towards Ketsu for a moment longer before shifting her gaze to Suka. She stared at him in silence, except for a low growl rumbling in her throat. Her ears twitched at the questioned, and she faced him, turning her entire body around slightly to do so. She didn't reply though, and simply glared, another long spike of blood aiming itself at him now.
She paused for just a moment as Ketsu shouted, and then Karin's hand jerked up, jabbing a claw towards the other female. "She wouldn't leave me alone," she spat, voice near a snarl as her eyes remained narrowed. The blade of blood she had floating beside her redirected itself at Ketsu, but then shifted to point at Suka again. Karin was confused now, not sure which one to attack, and also pretty sure Suka would simply stop it again. That was the most frustrating part. Her hands dropped to her sides, clenching tightly into fists as she took a single step towards them before halting again.

Suka watched Karin ignoring Ketsu on purpose now because she was obviously acting off of jealousy and when Karin explained what had happened in her five words he understood, since Karin was working off of instinct aswell he decided she was telling the truth. As she confused herself though, he made her blood from the shards drop and moved Ketsu over, her wounds healing from his touch for the split second that he had touched her. He walked over to Karin instead and opened a clean but deep cut in his own left arm, reminding himself to take back the blood whenever he was finished, it stopped bleeding after one pint was drained and it floated away darting at her newest blade. He wanted the blood to fuse again, since her blood of the ketsu-akuma (I'll use that term more often now) came from him. That was the reason he could stop her attacks so easily aswell...since the blood she was using was also partly his own, without him she would not be able to use hers as she was using it and with that information he was able to control it that easily.
Ketsu watched him ignore her and at his touch she felt herself heal and thrust her arm at him as he passed, stopping herself and droping it looking at the gorund "...b*****d..." her pink hair fell in her face and her eyes watched the ground angrily. She was obviously replace in her own eyes...though she'd never been in Karin's position in his mind to be replaced in the first place at all.

Karin watched as Suka ruin her blades yet again and then move Ketsu over slightly. Her eyes widened just for an instant when Ketsu healed, and another growl rumbled from her throat as she crouched slightly, getting into another stance. But her eyes kept darting between Ketsu and Suka as she stepped backwards slowly, trying to keep more distance between them, and forgetting again that there was a wall behind her. Her back foot hit it, causing her to stop again and simply glare, blinking once when Suka cut himself, and eyes following as his blood traveled towards the blade she'd just created. She didn't move it quickly enough though, and just stared irritably as his darted towards it, still growling. "What are you doing?" she hissed suddenly. Her fists curled tighter, claws threatening to pierce her palms.
