Makoto held her sword at Travis's neck. "She is not being arrested for no reason. That would be unjust," she said. "She is being punished for breaking the law. And if you continue to be a nuisance, I will put you behind bars."

Makoto didn't notice either. She lowered her sword. "Arrest them," she ordered the prison guards.
The guards nodded, then shot magical chains at Raine and Travis's hands, to bind them.

Raine didn't struggle when the chains wrapped around her. She just looked down at the floor.

Travis growled, his hand still glowing as time went back a bit so Raine and Travis werent tied up, then stopped for everyone except him and Raine.
(hey, he's a merman now, and merpeople have powers)

"Travis!" Raine shouted as she held him. She looked around and it seemed like time was stopped. She took this opportunity to break Midori out. She went up to where Midori's cell was and used her powers to blast open the bars with the water. She went in and grabbed Midori. Once she had Midori on her back and Travis in her arms, Raine started swimming away from the prison.
