Miguel shrugged. "ok. it was just a thought..." he 'whispered', 'oy...' he paused, then spoke aloud, "still doin alright miss? nod or shake your head."

Miguel kept the steady stream of energy going. he spoke aloud, to both of them. "this probably shouldnt take too much longer."

Miguel could sort of 'feel' his progress. he felt like speaking, though. "so... how are ya holding up, miss?"

Miguel chuckled lightly, under his breath. "not too much longer, now, miss. youll be all patched up in no time." as he said this, under the joking, it held less of an emotional attatchment in his voice. he sounded more like a random person was saying it to a patient. he figured itd help with the facade.

Echo looked worried for a split second nefore she covered it up, "O..Only if you think that's apropriate."

Miguel hid a worried face. he whispered to Echo, 'uh... if you think you can pull it off... go ahead. if you need my help, ill need some way to be there, other than me asking... for us humans... inviting yourself is impolite...' he stressed the word impolite to show he meant it would make it almost impossible for him to tag along.

Miguel gave a small smile. "well... miss... youre pretty much all fixed up now." he retracted his hands a little. "you can probably sit up if you want. though... yer still probably gonna need a little while before you can get up and around."
