River listened the them talk then, she'd never really cuddled with someone before and it was odd being this close to another being. Shifting a bit she brang Baizou more into her lap, making well sure the blanket he had was around him still. After settling into a comfertable position she let her fingers flow over his cheek again. The wondering thoughts of where Ellie disapeared to was troubling but she could deal just fine with him for now.

"Shhh." Lily murmured, putting a finger to his lips, looking at him seriously. "Don't worry. I think it is common, for people who are hit as hard as I was in the head. It's just my right arm that I don't have so much control over, and a few words. I can work through both of those. So it is okay."

Not knowing anything to entertain her mind she started to hum softly to Baizou in his sleep. This was so soothing for her she just was so bored the words flowed from her mouth."...the world was on fire and no one could save me but you.." She stared and closed her eyes," Strange what desire make foolish people do. I never dreamed that I'd meet somebody like you..."

Still listening to them talk River continued to murmur the song to Baizou's sleeping form. A hand running through his hair slowly in a soothing manner. She wasn't used to touching cat ears, and didn't touch his once. "...And I never dreamed I knew somebody like you, no I..don't want to fall in love...no I....don't want to fall in love, With you.." She paused a smiled huddling to his warmth as much as she figured she needed her comfert. His heart beat rang in her ears and she flinched at it, cetching her off guard, and it was really not expected. With this she could keep track of how he felt inside.

"I love you, Arlen Sef." Lily murmured quietly, then leaned in to kiss him lightly. On pulling back, she offered him a smile, beginning to trill.

Smiling contentedly, Lily continued to trill, snuggling close to his warmth. Her left hand kept a tight grip on his shirt, while the right rested flat on his chest as she deepened the kiss slightly.

Trilling increased in volume, Lily gave his hand a light squeeze, then gently pulled out of the kiss, cheeks flushed. She put her forehead on his, eyes closed, and simply sat for a time, breathing in his scent.
