Lin looked down at herself. "Yeah.." She eyeballed Jeff.
"Why do I look weird?"
Lin spun around looking at herself.
"I guess I never put much thought into it..."

"You dont look old at all, hell you look young and rather stunning but how... I've been a lycan most my life for the best i can recall but your been for hundereds of years... I'm gonna sit down now." He smiled weakly and flopped to the ground and sat there and stared at her pondering again.

"Oh my!" She muttered and kneeled next to him,
"Are you ok?" She felt his forehead.
"Don't think too much into it, Im only a little over a hundred and I have no clue about anything. Didnt I just tell you you're the fourth Lycan I've met ever. You Probuably have more of a clue of what's going on than I do."

He sat with his lips pressed against his knuckles of one of his hands. "Yeah I'm fine I've talked to only a couple more lycans than you honestly I think most lycans dont like the ocean coast or something... Well." He looked into her eyes then stood up, "alright then I just wont think about it then... wanna get something to eat?"

She snickered and then She looked up at the sky and watched as the colors grew darker..like rain.
"Maybe I should head back. I dont want my room mate to think something's happened to me. He's been so kind, I dont want to upset him. Get a hotel room with that...and here..."
She grabbed a peice of paper from her pocket, it was a flyer for a regular nightclub. She pulled a broken pencil from her backpocket and wrote down her pre paid cell number.
" It still has the 310 area code..so its long distance but you can contact me. I'll talk to my roomie, he might know where to set you up a place, a haven."

HE smiled widely. "I guess I'll take a rain check on that meal." He mock laughed at his own pun. "I hate myself for saying that, but hey thanks for everything the money, and everything I'm sure i can shak up in some motel some where. Thank you well... good night then Lin."

She turned and smiled...
"And I'd like to hear you play the violin someday." She said as she walked away. She knew that would make him wonder but she couldnt resist...sometimes being a little sensitive was a good thing.

He waved and called out to her "Sure I would love to." as he walked the opposite direction. THen turned suddenly thinking How the hell does she know I play the Violin? He smiled, turned and continued walking. He pondered how she could have known up until he drifted to sleep somewhere.
