That's pretty much what the Flash did. =/

Do you know your own father? @Shin: From what I've seen his alliances are outside of his position; i.e. he can't show up enough to avoid there being some kind of back-up in his village. He seems to manage his village alright...when he is around. From my POV, he's not around enough and therefore relies too much on his adviser. A person should not be put in a position of authority and power just so they can hand all of the responsibility to their junior.

It's not just with the speed bloodline, it's more of an idea for maybe a mini-arc or, seeing how things go, a small arc for the whole guild if it's possible. I'd rather you heard my idea instead of denying me outright.
Also, the problem with that momentum is that these speedsters lack the physics-denying power of the Flash and lack toughness, so going too fast and hitting anything would hurt a lot.
Not to mention that, despite the fact that ninja can reach superhuman levels, they an still run fast enough to break their own feet. Some limits should be placed.

Just sayin~ they don't treat Flash fair~
he can use that fast mess when he hit somebody, but when he falls ALL that speed magically goes away and he barely skids.
NOPE! if I trip you at lightspeed yo a** gonna hit the ground at that speed.

^Pretty much cuz Supes is too p***y to actually hurt someone... except Darkseid. Darkseid just ******** him up for some reason. xD
That and most other worldly entities use magic, which Superman is weak against.
