Nekojiri ::The man bounds sideways, away from Reeve, and out of his path a good ten feet as he turns to face him, still in the air and moving sideways. Another cross emerged from under the cloak, held in his other hand. He quickly swings his other arm around and fires the second cross. There's no charge time, and no beam. Instead, there is a large cone of blunt energy, with enough force to knock over a bus, shooting straight in Reeve's direction, and, with it's speed and Reeve's, it couldn't be dodged:: -Reeve has just enough time to throw up a weak barrier, not strong enough to stop the attack, but keeps it from taking his life- Unnh.... what was that?.... -when the dust and sparks die down, Reeve looks very haggard and scorched, like he had just emerged from a burning building, lying on his face some 50 feet away-

Sarya came up on Reeve laying on the forest floor and licked at his face. Her body was still hidden by nearby brush though her head was out in the open to nuzzle Reeve.

Sarya Rhion Sarya came up on Reeve laying on the forest floor and licked at his face. Her body was still hidden by nearby brush though her head was out in the open to nuzzle Reeve. Unnh... Sarya!? Get out of here! Now! - Reeve gets to his feet, slowly and shakily. He raises his sword and looks the Inq in the eye, as if to say "Round 2...fight!"-

::The man let go of the second cross, and it fell to his side, still held onto his body by a series of straps, and twisted the handle of the other one, the shell shooting out as he shoved another one in and snapped the cross closed, noting the wolf and smirking as he lined up a shot::
-=Neko stood on the porch, still holding Ryuu in his arms, apparently not hearing the scuffle off in the forest=-

Sarya looked over at the Inq and growled a low warning then grabbed Reeve's shirt with her teeth and pulled at him with a bit of force as if to say "Time to get out of here".

Aye, but why stick with just you when I can kill you both in one shot?
::The man smirked as the cross rang out, aimed straight through Reeve's gut, and Sarya's head The beam shot out with enough force to knock the man back a little, and was pitch black this time, small blue bolts crackling around it. It was also thicker than the forst few beams, almost a foot thick, and just as fast. He looked up, muttering a small 's**t' as he rolled back, whipping a few more pieces of paper out, holding the cross up as a lightning rod. The papers fizzled in his hand and the cross soaked up most of the energy, a little escaping and giving the man a nasty shock, singing his arm a little::

Fenris walked out of the forest, stumbling as if she were drunk. She felt weak, she had gone through yet anouther transformation. Her blood red wolven eyes were back, but this time she had two wolven ears which were currently bent down and pain, lust and weakness, and a wlven tail. Both of which had black fur on them. She collapsed by a tree at the forest line, leaning against it and panting, not wanting to move again.
She was on her way back to the dojo, but suddenly, it just hit her and these came as a mark. She still had no clue about her eyes, but she deffinantaly knew about the tail and ears, she could feal these.

-Reeve dashes away, carrying Sarya on his back. He coughs blood, hoping she can't see it-

::The man stood back up, rather furious and twisted his arm, grunting in pain as the cross opened up. He caught the shell, reached into his cloak, and readied another shot. He shoved the shell into the end of the cross and snapping it shut, kneeling to offset his now unsteady hand as he lined up another shot, the cross ringing softly as it charged. As they dashed away, the weapon stopped ringing, and he brought it back into his cloak, strappng it to himself as he spat on the ground, bvringing his injured arm out and looking at it as he walked inthe other direction. If the othere where that man were headed were as talented as Reeve, he might need more than just himself to deal with them::
