Dark was going to lose simply because he did one thing...talk. The sound reached Yawgmoth's ears and since the beam was being fired still all he did was turn his body in the direction dark was coming from causing the beam to move with it, this would not only dissolve the fireball as it would be launched straight into the corrosive beam but Dark as well since he was but four feet away. Turning wouldn't take but a quick twist of the waist to face the direction that dark was coming in. The intense darkness devoured the fireball and then the upper half of dark's body eating all of the particles and cellular structures into less than ash. The fight was Yawgmoth's.

((OOC: A few things before you post. 1. You set the distance yourself. don't try to escape when you're only four feet away. 2. All Yawgmoth did was turn, doesn't take but a second if that. 3. The darkness is much stronger than normal because Yawgmoth's power output is 20% higher. In addition it's like an acid with the way it eats. try setting a fire in an acidic substance, it doesn't work. Same concept here. 4. I don't care if Dark can somehow come back to life with only his lower half remaining, just know the fight is over at this point.))

But this is can not. and if i'm not misstaken that beam you fire was fast and if my attack was shot at the same speed it would have hit or you would have dodge it. Stop trying to end a fight and say you won plus i shot the fire ball before i spoke too.))

((You said the blast would be that of a Hydrogen bomb, that's a pretty big blast and RDS isn't a large place, In fact it's more like a small Island according to what I've heard, therefor it would indeed do massive damage and count as something to kill alot of members. Also it was not stated in the Bio that the blast would be like a Hydrogen bomb and therefor I act upon it now as I would've acted if that indeed was stated then. Reduce the blast range and damage or remove it, your choice.))

(ooc:just too add in my two cents,i recall that during a fight with yawgmoth he was even closer behind me but when i turend around which as yawgmoth statse now would only take a second however my blow would not connect do to the valocity of yawgmoths current attack(you can see the argument in the outside thread)it seems that the same principle stands here but since the tables have turned yawgmoth seems to want to change the rules in his favor,do i smell hypocricy.)
