Arch was sitting in a generic chair in the entertainment room. He had a beer in one hand, his wings hanging lazily off the edge of the arm rests. He was watching T.V, catching up on the latest news from the mainland. The usual about Super's being evil, sightings of Supers, and the like. He spat to the side in disgust at the people.
"Bastards fear whuht they donnah understahnd." He mused to himself, taking a drink from the beer.

Ruby walked through the entertainment room on her way to one of the empty housing rooms in the HQ. She was carrying a huge cardboard box filled to the brim with lace, beads, fabric, and random sparkly things. She had three rolls of duct tape around her wrists, dangling like bracelets. A bottle of elmer's glue clamped in her mouth. A bag of macaroni tied onto her arm. And she was kicking along a can of paint with her foot.

Ruby mumbled a response, around the container of glue in her mouth. But it came out completely incomprehendable.

Seth walks past looking at both Ruby and Arch with a half smile and a slight wave, noticing all the junk Ruby was carrying. Didn't stop to ask what she was doing used to the oddness of everyone living here by now he simply kept walking.

Arch tilted his head curiousley, shrugging as he grabbed a few of the bags and other art-shtuff from her. He pulled the glue bottle out of her mouth. "Soh whut'd yeh say nahw?"

"well considerin we keep gettin a run in with demons and aliens, and robots, and all that sort, I figured we need to somewhat make a defense against it." Ruby looked down at the boxes of craft stuff. "I plan on makin' a better security system, than the one we got....and a prettier one too....kinda."

(just to screw with you Ruby) Intercom Announcement: New Security System... Now hidden around the HQ are pop up turrets each equiped with anti power emitters as well as 50 calibur machineguns and granade launchers. also update is an interior sheilding system that can be used to cage unwanted guests. also added is a camera system that can dicipher the difference between hostiles and friendlys. That is all... as the announcment finishes reallt high tech cameras appeare all over the HQ two focus in on Ruby and Arch a small light on the cameras goes from red to green sigaling that the system has identified them as friendlys...

Ruby glared at the camera, "And it looks like they did a lousy job too, no color coordination, no sparkles, this system sucks. Besides that matter, there is nothing to fight against the other worldly types. I hope you know I have a homemade anti-ghost system that works better than anything Martha Stewart ever came up with."
Ruby continued to grumble, grabbed at one of the cameras and started glewing hot pink macaroni to the camera rim.
