quick question for ninjutsu and genjutsu you can combine up to 2 move per post but for taijutsu is it the same thing?

Does one having a higher chakra pool than another mean they can "automatically" win a battle?

No, the winner is determined by who Rps better. CP just means that person has more chakra and moves they can use. A person with lower Cp would more than likely get tired quicker than someone with higher amounts

My character has sadly fallen. My question is about the trip to the afterlife. The rules say I have to stay there for 24hrs. After that does she just return as her former self, only newer. Or do I have to completely start over?

Well....depends on what happens to your body. If your body is kept safe....then you can return to it, but if its not(if someone uses it as a puppet or destroys it or uses it for their own personal purpose) then you can stay as the same personality but just in a different body. Or you could start fresh, while keeping you earned chakra points.
That should answer your question

I'll provide a better answer, sorry Oro, but yours is all jumbled up. Here you go, this will answer all of your questions: Afterlife Information 1) When you die, NOTHING happens to your Chakra Points or techniques. It all stays. 2) When you die, you have 2 choices. Return to your body (if it's not destroyed), OR change clans. If you change clans, you need to exchange your CURRENT clan moves for the new clans moves for equal or less Chakra Points than your moves are worth. 3) While in the afterlife, you can pass the time by learning techniques you can ONLY learn there. 4) When you come back, all of your skills are unknown to you (unless you return to your original body) and you forget them all UNTIL you use them, OR until you see your killer or something that resembles your death. So, that should answer all of your Afterlife questions. Ignore Orojins post because, no offense, it's all jumbled up because he hasn't been here long enough.

Are there any clans that are currently off-limits? (Trying to decide which clan my new character will be in, and having trouble deciding. Uchiha might be fun, but that's been limited and any open slots tend to go quickly, I'd surmise.)

I do beleive nothing is off limits as of right now. You might have to wiat to join leaf after The Leaf clean up.
