So, this isn't for this guild, but rather another RP, but I want to get some feedback on it here, where people don't get spoiled for my character's evil plot.
A memetic targeting system. it is a telescope, that if a person has knowledge of it, even if they have simply seen it, it has targeted them. It can then be used in conjunction with any sort of attack in order to simultaneously hit every single person who was targeted by it.
I have yet to think of a counter-measure that doesn't feel contrived, so I would ask if anyone has any ideas for it?
Maybe I'll try my luck at making a qunicy not a SternRitter though more of a peon.

I usually get one or two in the Daily Chance. You can have alll the Charms I get for a month if you want. That is how insanely grateful I am.

And its my turn had a mishaps with my super post Monday and kinda took yesterday off cause of it
