Okay yes...Dynasty Warriors complex edit requests make Meriko's brain cry. ^^;
I keep toying with the idea of leaving the waiting list open all the time, and just working on the orders as time allows. (This is mostly a while-Kimi-is-on-maternity-leave idea.) The pro is that you don't have to wait to order, but the con is that you'll definitely be waiting to get your order completed.
But then...if you're waiting around to place your order, it's the same thing, isn't it?

sweatdrop I hate to suggest it, but I might as well. Why don't you try locking the order threads when they're Closed, to keep people from ordering. It'll help keep the threads clear of out-of-turn ordering, and will be an obvious deterrant, since some people will usually just post and leave until they're contacted with the filled order. xp

Because Meriko has a horrible memory. ^^; I intended to lock the ordering threads whenever they were closed, but I'd forget. When I did remember to lock a thread, I'd forget to unlock it later when I re-opened for orders. I suck. *goes to lock her threads*

Honestly Meri. If there is no re-colour or any mix and match. Is the simple edits just involve, copy, paste, playing with layers?

Meave: I'm used to editing titles, but I keep forgetting about the extra guild features available. I just need to keep reminding myself, and someday it will stick in my mind. X3
And even with straightforward edits, there's still some "editing" to be done. For instance, a hairstyle that falls forward needs to either be clipped and re-pasted above the clothing, or the clothing needs to have a hole cut in it to show the hair. The Chinese Goddess, Umi, and wedding veil edits need to be "patched" most of the time. And when adding a wig, you have to remember to add eyebrows and shadows (I still forget to do this sometimes sweatdrop ). Stuff like that.
The other part is that I have to know the person well enough to trust them with my files and my webhost information. XD

It depends on what's involved. A simple wig-add can take just two or three minutes to put on the wig, draw in the eyebrows, shade the forehead, and things like that. A mix-and-match wedding dress with the holding hands edit and a bunch of customizations added in might take me 15 minutes though.
