Dominic tore his vision away from the stands when the referee reached the field. He curled his fingers tight around the handle of his broom and bat while he waited. The seekers and chasers jolted into action, and he to, stirred against the winds. But his attention was trained on the bludgers, he banked left and soared high above his peers to catch a rogue bludger. Swinging to a stop, Dominic whipped his arm back and launched his first hit on their keeper, Jacob.

Ronyo Storm - Slytherin
Seventh Year
Quidditch Pitch/ Match The match had begun and the Gryffindors had already kicked thing off fast. They didn't want to have the session the Slytherins had last year but if Ronyo could help it they would. He had nothing against any of the players on the red and gold team, in fact he held them in the highest of respects, but he was going to win this game. He knew his targets and so did Dom, now they just had to get in there and start with their plan and trust the Chasers would really drive home a goal quickly. Ronyo streaked out and up not wasting any time his face was blank unlike his normal times on the field. Normally Quidditch was all pleasure and a wonderful game to play, but he was going to push himself on this game. Today this was business and that meant a side of Ronyo many did not ever get to see, his serious side. A bludger was in his sights already and he dashed in to give it a solid hit and send it flying out towards Sam. Life: 1, 2, 3 ______________________________________________________________

 Vanessa had been doing horrible for this whole season. She was ill for the first match and the second one it might as well have been if she wasn't there at all. It was horrible for her and had her feeling like she didn't deserve to have the title of Vïce Captain. As the Ref took the field and started the game, She took a deep breath and released it slowly. Now was not the time to worry about why she had not been doing well this year. This was her last match on the pitch altogether not just the year. As she watched the quaffle arise into the air she pushed her nimbus 3000 forward to try and catch the quaffle, hoping to start off the match on a good knote. Already, Annabelle could hear the burst fire round of the beaters down below. After last game, she learned to spare more glances over her shoulder, just in case. So far, she hadn't seen the golden little orb anywhere since it had been released. She widened her vision and sought out every moving blur with even a tinge of gold. The opposing seeker swirled somewhere on the other side of the pitch, and, she couldn't help but wonder if he was any closer to it then she was. But she couldn't think about that, Belle rose higher and higher until she was above the heads of everyone in the stands as she straightened her posture and craned her neck to try and find the snitch.

Ronyo Storm - Slytherin
Seventh Year
Quidditch Pitch/ Match His first shot had been a miss but it was still early in the game and everyone seemed to be doing well. Vanessa had zoomed out and with her on the field Ronyo did not worry about the chasers anymore. Now he could really focus on the matter at hand and take care of the obstacles in the way of the win. He had to be careful with this line of thinking, and remind himself that no matter what happened this was still a game and even if they lost hey would still have his friends and piers despite the score. That being said he still wanted to win. He pulled back on his broom and zoomed back down to the pitch and found another bludger waiting for him. His last shot had been off by too much and the angle of attack had been wrong as well. The adjustments for the speed would be taken into account and he would draw on his previous game when his shots had been more on the mark. He could not afford to miss to many shots or it could end up hurting the time line laid out for the team. His bat meet bludger and sent it streaking in towards Jacob while he sat ready at the rings. Dominic growled under his breath. The first bludger hit in the game- and it was against himself. He needed to not be so distracted. A part of him knew his team had to win, but, a part of him.... Well, he didn't know what he wanted anymore. He just bit his teeth and massaged his shoulder where the bludger collided against him. Gryffindor took the quaffle and sped off down the field. Now he needed to find the biggest threat. Their chasers could catch steal easy enough, and Belle was fine for now, he needed to protect the team as a whole though, and that meant the opposing beaters, but he could always deflect. He glanced left and right and he tried to concentrate as he fired back into the game and chased down the bludger that hit him, and instead, tried to send it hurtling toward Sam.
