Gregar828 I would like only the best Rpers in the guild to be roleplay school teachers, which is why I'm not taking the job. People eligible based on Rp ability are: Cobra Hinote Mistah Lance Luo Jade Panthers If any of these people want to do it, that would be great. But dont go PMing them specifically to teach you. Mistah BomChickaWahWah Oh and Greg, is the opening of Oto publicly known or only a few people know about it? The same question to any of the other villages that will be opening up.
More recently however, rumors have started to circulate that the Otogakure is there, but not much is known about it. It is said to have a definite ninja village presence, but finding it seems to be a lot harder then most would expect.

If an RPC becomes horribly boring to RP with, are we allowed to just give up and start fresh? BEcause with the new systems and everything I really want to just redo my RPC now... ((Kay not Jin/Taki))

Understand that you'll be penalized quite a bit for doing so, but for fairness reasons, I cannot say that it's not allowed to kill off an RPC.

Ok question. I have been told that if a jutsu is not listed in the jutsu section you can't learn it. So I can't learn Rising Twin Dragons, a simple genin ninjutsu move Tenten used because it not listed in the jutsu section.

That is correct. And in this guild, Twin Rising Dragons would be at least B or C ranked.

"Huge Chunk?" Its some weapons out of a scroll. Besides, we can take "huge chunks" of naruto out of our guild because (this is the 11th timeI've given this rant) We are NOT Naruto. We are a guild BASED off Naruto. Things that apply in Naruto may not apply here, and vice versa.
And twin rising dragons control? I wasnt aware there was a difference between the two........or that there were even two.
@Sixx: You would not be allowed a demon, an autorank, a bloodline/clan that we deem too powerful, a limit will be set on custom submissions, you can never be an original summoner, and other restrictions that may or may not come up as needed.

We have our allowed jutsu, we have jutsu we don't allow, and we have infinity of jutsu people can add if they really want them, by our customs system. Jutsu are ranked in this guild not by who was seen using them in the anime (Because nobody wants to see a genin running around with chidori.), but by their actual power level, and the control/skill/ability needed to use them. Some are even ranked by when you'd be allowed to learn them. It's all there to keep the RP moving fluidly, and make it so we don't have to mediate every single interaction to stop people from using bullshit techniques whenever they want.

Chidori is ranked A rank. The reason for the jutsu section was to try and add more to the naruto universe, because the naurto universe is seriously lacking in jutsu such as lightning. Since everything in the jutsu section is pretty much custom, the ninjutsu, the medical, the genjutsu, taijutsu, weapon, all of it. The only stuff that is not is the canon bloodline jutsu, which is in their for people to get an idea about the bloodline. Every other guild I have been in has allowed jutsu from the naurto universe with the exception of some god tier ones like pains jutsu, and for you all to not allow that is a serve lack of freedom. So what my alternative, try and get it as a custom type it up, then have to do an rp sample 1 jutsu at a time. for something that already exists, does no one see that lack of logic. Since most jutsu from the naurto series aren't even listed in the jutsu section are more are added to naurto universe all the time with new manga chapters and anime

We don't use the canon jutsu for one simple reason. Nobody has added them. We like to know what jutsu are available in our guild, and we do not follow ANY of the Naruto fan sites or data books. hat gives us the ability to restrict jutsu we think should not be allowed, while keeping good ones in the system. You're free to submit anything you want to the customs pages, but it has to be approved.
The only lack of logic in this entire debate is the very idea you're trying to put across. Letting people just use whatever they want from the Naruto Databooks would make it pretty much impossible for us to control events in the guild, and we would either have to triple our crew and watch things like Nazis, or the guild would degrade into chaos with everyone arguing over whether that jutsu should have been allowed or not. THAT is why we solve all of that by having a specific set of jutsu allowed in the guild.
