My sister and I have a love/hate relationship.
We love each other, but sometimes we get very sick of each other and get very violent with each other.
There's too many "each other" in that sentence.

My best friend and her sister is like that, they swap between loving-ness and killing-ness every few minutes ^_^;

My sister and I are good friends, in that sort of "nice" time period that's right after teenage fighting and just before old age squabbling.

My sister and I do not really get along that well. The only time we really work well together is when shielding our father from embarrassing himself in public. But that we have been doing for years.
Our personalities just clash badly.
