Lady Blodwynn There is a cooperative mode coming in two or so weeks that pits up to four players against hordes of enemies. Ooo, sounds good. surprised Lt. Brookman Space Marine is plagued by multiplayer issues on all three platforms sadly. I feel your pain. D:Puts his Techpriest robes on and begins the holy task to appease the machine spirits

Relic have lost all chance of this game ever being played at a competative level due to the lack of Dedicated Servers. It's hardly playable when it's just public. My clan just had an 8v8 with voice comms and there is simply no cat in hells chance of this game being played at tournaments/ladders like ED, UNGL, ESL and EPS.
Frankly this game's multiplayer is pathetic and incredibly broken, it feels lazy to me.

I for one enjoy the multiplayer. Sure its gets frustrating at times but hey. Your trying to capture 9 foot tall bad asses running around in power armour shooting mini rockets at eachother. Considering that task I think relic did well.

I have to agree I agree aswell, the multiplayer is enjoyable once you get into the game. But with the content lagging substance and the net-code issues, it´s starts to be annoying.
Atleast it´s not broken like DK Forever is, you can try to get more then 40xp points a round without a rpg weapons, and trust me, you wont. sweatdrop

I hate multiplayer but I like coop. Hrm, at least I have the storm bolter now, so I'm more or less set for coop. Here's hoping coop allows me to work on those armour and weapon challenges.

I don't see why every new game that comes out has to be played competetively or anything. FPS/TPS shooters will never make for good competetive games anyway because they're practically impossible to watch.
RTS and Fighters are how competetive gaming will go.

Haha, that made me laugh Aziz! Oh wait, you weren't kidding were you?
Do you not watch epic lan, the iSeries or anything like that? FPS games, like Counterstrike, either 1.6 or Source, have been played competitively for years now. One team who play Counterstrike have won over £300,000 in their career.
And they are easy to watch, there is the spectator channel with a TV in, very easy and simple to watch actually.

Yes, I had my fun in CAL but I was never interested in watching FPS. I didn't care about any of the players or the teams. It was just there and it didn't mean s**t.
Then you take a real professional game. You fill EVO2K every year and get thousands of stream viewers for fighters. You get MLG and GOM and their MILLIONS of viewers for RTS games.
What does FPS? Players that take one look at the Starcraft stage in MLG and go "I'd rather play that."
