User Image Urza watched as Alucard pointed out some letters asking for help. He was getting there, but still had a way to go before she was comfortable moving on. Urza thought about how to make some of the letters easier to understand, and an idea popped into her head. She took out her sword again and began drawing the alphabet phonetically in the western language. Hopefully this would provide a better bridge to connecting the two languages. Urza had a few more tricks in mind if Alucard didn't quite get it, but she hopped that by tying the two languages together by a common bond she had made it easy enough to understand.

As Alucard sat there, he seemed to space off from what he was supposed to be doing. The tooth pick took his mind off everything. As it did he was moving it around in his mouth as he smiled a lot. Looking up at the sky he started to pick out clouds mentally that looked like random items. One was a a carriage another was a sword, and he seemed to have no care as he watched clouds go by, "they just dift," Alucard said softly in his language as he was laying there very relaxed instead of upright training on the letters. The letters to Alucard seemed to be a waste of time like how the hand seals were but he knew he needed them.

User Image Urza sighed, it was clear Alucard was uninterested in the subject matter. Perhaps she didn't have to start it off so simply. He knew a few words so must have known the basics at least. But still, Urza was sure this was the right approach. Urza wanted to make Alucard a successful communicator, and to do that she would have to teach at least some of the language. She wouldn't be able to teach terminology, and would have to ask Miyako for assistance there, but she could at least help him a bit. "I know it seems pointless," Urza looked down at the letters, "But it makes the everything else easier. How about we give it one more go, and than see where it leads us?" Urza was trying to be as calm and nice as she could, to provide a better learning environment. Once more Urza pointed to each letter and asked Alucard to say the sound.

As Alucard started to follow what Urza said Alucard seemed to really be messing the letters up with other letters. He sat there as he was about to give up for he seemed to not be getting it. Alucard slowly stood up and walked back and forth, pacing in a small area next to where they were. He was having trouble and it showed on his face as he was walking. Alucard started to think he would never learn these words. Alas Alucard finally say down next to Urza as he was frustrated with himself and the words. After a few moments Alucard started to try again but only failed more as he tried. Being quiet again Alucard had to think to himself.

User Image Urza saw the frustration building in Alucard as he once more went silent after messing up the letters again. He seemed to be really struggling grasping the concept of the phonetics. Urza wished there was more she could do for him, but she could see in his eyes that he just needed time alone to think. "Don't worry about it to much," Urza gave Alucard a reassuring smile, "It took me a full week when I learned it, and your much brighter than me." Urza stood up and made her way over to the track. She couldn't be to worried about Alucard, he would manage. But while he did that Urza decided she would do some individual training.

Urza made her way over to the track to do some sprints. She wanted to become more dexterous and quicker in her armor. She figured if she did what she had done that morning she would quickly accomplish her goal. So Urza took a few moments to warm up and stretch before she decided to take on the training at full speed. Prepping her body Urza leaned forward, counting down in her head. She waited til she hit one and took off at a full sprint, she was soon stopped dead in her tracks as she hit a crack in the ground and tumbled to the floor. Urza brushed herself off standing up. It was sort of like the time she had gone running with Miyako.

Urza laughed as she remember when the two first really got a chance to train after hand seals. They both bonded over having two left feet. Urza couldn't help but laugh a bit she she thought back to that time. She had truly achieved
5 significant friends along her journey. Even if sometimes a couple of them bugged her a bit they still made for grand friends. Urza got ready to sprint again as her mind kept thinking back to moments through-out the day. Urza took off at full speed as she ran around the track. Completing a full lap in record time. I've gotten quite fast. Urza thought to herself with a smirk.

As Urza continued to run however she found herself stumbling and tripping more often than not, and found herself once more crashing into the ground. Urza stood up and brushed the dust off of herself thinking about what she could do to keep her from falling all the time. Urza came up with a mental plan that seemed perfect to her. She would watch her feet and every time there was a crack she would jump over it as to not risk catching her foot on the edge.

Urza put her new plan into action as she ran around the track, jumping and weaving over cracks and hole until at last she came across the crack she had tripped on earlier. Urza jumped over it but as she landed her foot found a small hole and Urza found herself laying on the ground once more. Man this is a pain. Urza thought to herself picking herself off the ground. She couldn't believe she was still having troubles running after all this time. Urza thought she had made significant progress to her dexterity and mobility, when truly, she hadn't made much of a difference at all.

Urza sighed getting read to start running again but before she had taken more than two pacing steps she found herself head over heels falling to the ground. Urza couldn't have had to more left feet if she had tried. Laughing a bit Urza pushed herself up and thought about what just happened. "Makers breath I should pay more attention." Urza chuckled as she looked back to where she had previously fell, not but two feet away. I need to be more careful when I run, Urza thought, though the fall hadn't dampened her spirit one bit.

User Image Urza finished laughing as she prepared to run again. Putting her weight over her legs she took off. She didn't make it very far however as she once more found herself tumbling on the ground. Urza was starting to get a little frustrated with herself. It was just running yet here she was like a bumbling baboon tripping and falling all over the place. Urza just sighed as she stood up, brushing off the small rocks that stuck to the metal.

Urza payed closer attention to her feet as she ran, counting each step in a one two pace. She also tried to make sure she was paying attention to her breathing. Along with that she was keeping an eye further up on the track to watch for any obstacles what would slow her down. Urza could only multitask so far before fumbling to the ground once more as she tripped over her own feet.

Urza couldn't help but feel a little bit happy as she stood up. After all, how many people could say that they sucked so much at running that they couldn't even keep from stumbling over their own two feet. Urza sighed as she got to work on her next lap. She took it really slowly, making each step deliberate and keeping her feet far enough apart that it was still easy to move but at the same time there would be no danger of her twisting up her legs again. Urza finished the lap, but it had taken her so long that she really couldn't count it as anything more than a waste of energy and time.

Urza started picking up the pace. Although the last lap was a waste of her time and energy it provided a good foundation on which to build her pace. Urza was now making leaps and bounds like that of a gazel. She was moving like the wind, swift and undaunted. It didn't take long for Urza to complete the lap as soon as she had found her rhythm. No crack could thwart Urza's will to make herself better. And she wouldn't let anything stand in the way between her and her goal. No even a beat up old track.

As soon as Urza had found her pace the laps were finished one after another. No longer did Urza worry about the spacing between her feet or he breathing. She focused solely on keeping herself from falling. Her stamina had increased by well over double what it was the last time she ran, and she had no problem keeping her body calm and her breath even. So with that out of her mind she looked for cracks and holes and nimbly avoided them with jumps and leaps. Urza enjoyed training like this. It always made her feel so alive

User Image Urza was flying through her paces now. Breaking one lap after another. She had gotten so quick that her arms now slowed her down when used. Urza watched as the track blazed by out of the corner of her eye. It was like the entire world was moving past in one quick motion. Urza loved this feeling. She felt quick enough to block any attack, and nimble enough to defend her friends when they called out for help. The young knight counted her steps. She was getting in about 10 for every inhale and 8 for every exhale. 18 steps in a breath, not a bad pace.

Urza now tasted victory and it was a dish best devoured by a glutton. The fire of determination burned hot in her belly and she was going to put forth every effort to come out ahead in this exercise. She pushed her speeds to their limit. Moving as fast as her legs could take her while being weighted down by her armor. Compared to how much she had been struggling earlier on Urza was now making very steady progress. Her lap times were getting shorter while the amount of consecutive laps completed kept going up. Urza had never performed so brilliantly before in training, and she wasn't going to stop now.

Urza felt exhilarated running into the next lap. Her adrenaline was high and Urza no longer even counted the time it took between laps. She had been consistently getting quicker and all she could do now was push herself. Push her body to explore the upper limits of her skill. While Urza was very proud of the progress she was making she couldn't rest on her lorals. She had to keep going and making herself better, because she knew that there were still those much to powerful for Urza to even think about defeating. And she hated that thought. Because to think that thought it meant that she had to admit that she wasn't strong enough to protect even herself. This circle of thinking added more fuel to Urza's fire which was already blazing as strong and the sun.

As Urza rounded the corner of another lap she began thinking about what she would do when she was done. If Alucard was up for it perhaps she would try again with the lesson, or maybe she would search out Miyako and see if she could teach Urza a thing or to about the ninja world. Urza was very curious about the puppets Miyako claimed she would one day use to best any foe in battle. Urza had always been pretty good with her hands, a trait that her father had passed down to her genetically she supposed, and she would have loved to lend her friend a helping hand in the construction of anything that would help her achieve her dream.

Urza rounded another lap. She hardly had time to think between them. She had not anticipated her to do this well, the preparation caused by the continued failure earlier had set her up for success in these later laps. Urza laughed feeling the wind push her face and whip her hair back. She then thought about Alucard. She knew Miyako wanted to be the greatest puppeteer The Maker had ever seen, and she knew that she herself wanted to be the divine shield to defend her people, but she knew little about Alucard. She knew he wanted to pass the academy. And that he liked toothpicks. But beyond that Urza had no clue what lurked behind his heart. She would have to inquire about it when she was teaching him later.

User Image Urza was taken by complete surprised when she hit a crack going at full speed. Her toe had gotten caught on the edge and her momentum sent her flying. The resulting crash was excruciatingly painful. Urza lay on the ground after having skid a good ten feet post landing, her eyes shut in pain, her arms covering her head as to protect it from scraping along the dirt. Urza thanked The Maker that she had had time to cover her head before hitting the ground. For, as bad as a fall as that was, it would have been a thousand times worse had she left her head exposed.

Urza tried to move but couldn't. It seemed the fall was much worse that she had first thought. Now that her body had finally processed what had happened she felt twinges of pain coming from all parts of her body. Gently she pushed herself onto her knees. Even though her thick shell of armor Urza felt parts of her body that she could tell right away were bruised. Getting to one knee she pushed herself off the ground staggering forward a bit before she balanced herself on her legs. Her breath had started to get heavy and it was clear now to Urza that she would have to pay much more attention when running at those speeds.

Urza learched forward as she tried to recover from her previous accident. It would take a while of walking before she was in any condition to start sprinting again. But Urza couldn't give up. There was still a fire in her belly that burned for her to strive and succeed. So, slowly Urza walked around the track. Waiting for her eyes to steady and her breathing to calm a bit. She didn't so much mind the pain on her body, but the vertigo from the other two things would make her sick if she pushed herself to hard too soon. When Urza felt a bit more comfortable she picked up her walk to a bit of a trot.

Even though Urza felt comfortable enough to pick up the pace a tiny bit she was still in no condition to go for a full on sprint yet. So she trotted at a mild pace around the track and thought about what had gone wrong as to avoid further calamity in the future. Urza pictured the moment in her mind. Her speed was outstanding by she didn't have the reaction time to stop her fall when she had hit the edge. She could have to work on her athleticism So that she would be able to recover from such a moment again. Urza than thought about how what had happened would apply in battle. It was like an all out assault. Urza had been fighting and fighting but had completely left her defense down. Her opponent took notice and simply waited for its time to strike.

Urza was feeling almost like her old self again and decided to up her trot to a jog. She kept an eye out for the cracks and holes. She would have to make sure to treat this run like a battle. She couldn't rely on just a defensive run or an offensive run, but would instead have to find a happy medium in the two. Like using a sword and shield. She would have to get a feel for the track and then from there decide how to proceed. Urza was feeling much more confident in her ability that she had been earlier. The fact she had gone so long without taking into account how to treat the track was a miracle. But she saw it now, the path she would have to take to achieve success in her training.

User Image Urza was almost feeling like her old self again as she rounded the track at a jog. Her legs no longer hurt with each step, and though her breath was growing heavy, it was no longer riddled with the guilt of pain. Instead it was heavy with the achievement of hard work a perseverance. If Urza had learned one thing so far while she was in the land of ninja, it was that even if something seems impossible, so long as you work at it you can succeed. There is no such thing as impossible anymore. It was a word Urza would need to learn to forget. There was only things one could do, and thing one needed more work at, but nothing was out of her limits.

Urza broke into a dead sprint. That wasn't true either though was it... Everything had their limits. At some point Urza would break. Her body was not an eternal being. At some point she would die, Urza had no misconception about that. She knew when she had taken the oath to the light that everyone died. But, it was her job to make as much of an impact on the world as she could before her time ran up. She would show the world that she could shield it all from the hate and evil. Urza watched the ground, looking for cracks and hole that looked to take her down.

Urza's sprint continued through another lap. She dodged over every snag that looked to pull her to the ground. Motivation burned bright in her eyes. Even now as she ran she thought about all of the people she was doing this for. People she didn't even know, friends... Her father. Urza's steps were powerful, yet light. Touching the ground for no longer than they had to. Her speed was quite incredible given she was wearing at least half her weight in steel. Urza no longer even noticed the armor that encased her body. To her it was now an extension of her own skin. It weight was hers. Urza slowed down a bit as she noticed she was letting her guard down to much.

Urza's sprint crawled to a brisk run as Urza leaped over snags that would have caught her not moments before. It was a bit frustrating slowing down just to avoid simple things such as bits of earth that jutted up just enough that they could get their fingers around the foot of some unsuspecting runner. It felt like a waste of energy as she had to keep her run speed high while still maintaining control over the situation at hand. Urza soon cleared her way through the jutting earth and uneven terrain and found herself at a good straight away.

Urza kicked up the speed again. She had decided to double the amount of laps she would do now that she was in far better shape than she had been before. It may take more time to do, but Urza was sure she would be better off in the ended for her extra struggle. Besides, before Urza could learn to fight, she had to learn to run. She knew there would come a day when Urza would pick the path she would follow as a Knight. Her father had once briefly described what becoming a specialist entailed. It meant perfecting something that no one else would even dream of. But Urza alright knew what she wanted to perfect. She wanted to perfect her defense. She wanted to be a shield specialist. Urza's training continued. She was now fueled by the thoughts of her dreams and aspiration.

User Image Urza moved through the laps like a bolt of lightning. Arcing from one point to another she nimbly dodged the tracks traps. She was doing outstandingly well once more. She could feel herself getting faster with each step. She was able to read the track at a higher level than when she had started. It felt like time had almost slowed down, even though she was moving just as fast as ever. Urza figured it was just her reaction time catching up to the speed of her body. Whatever the case it made Urza want to work hard, and to run faster. However, Urza was forgetting something gravely important. It was not good enough juts to train ones body. She also had to train her mind and soul.

Urza's momentary lack of attention sent her spilling to the ground once more. Her dexterity was better however and she was able to roll out of the fall and prevent to much damage from occurring. Urza would have to be smarter about the way she ran if she wanted to finish in a timely manner. Urza began jogging again, wanting to give herself a good pace in which to once more break out into a sprint. It also gave Urza a bit of time to think about what she would do after she was done. She couldn't decide what the best course of action was. If Miyako was available and Alucard still wanted to wait she would most likely go bond a bit with the girl and perhaps do a bit meditation with her.

Urza sighed, she really didn't know what to do. Deciding it was best to just work on her own for now and finish up her training here Urza put it out of her head. Urza increased her pace until she was once more at a comfortable sprint. She had used up a lot of energy running her previous laps and she could feel it wearing on her. Even with her new found power she found herself being drained each and every time she trained. But that was Urza and her creed. She pushed herself until she broke, than fixed herself to make her stronger. She explored all her weakness and attempted to make them strengths. But even with all of her training, Urza was still very much flawed.

Six laps to go Urza counted as she made her way around the track once more. She couldn't have been more proud of herself at the moment. She was making excellent time, not to mention gaining valuable experience about her own body. She was learning what it could and couldn't do. Where its top speed was. How much her body could endure when it fell. All of this added together composed Urza's physical ability. But once more she had to remind herself, that was not the only aspect of a person. It wouldn't matter how strong she was if she was unable to think on her feet and come up with solutions to puzzles she was sure to face. And if she found herself lost without spiritual resolve what would she do? Urza relied so much on her faith that without it would almost be like severing a limb.

Urza's eyes opened wide as she failed to judge the distance between her steps and a hole in the ground. Her foot got caught and instantly Urza was sent to the ground, catching herself with just enough strength to make it merely a minor injury. Urza had gotten so caught up in what was to be that she had forgotten that she had to still pay attention to the present. For being a simple track it was fraught with dangers and pitfalls, all looking to make the runner look the fool. It was working very successfully in that regard. After all, how silly must it have looked to see a girl in armor running just to continually stumble and fall. Urza pictured the idea in her head, and admittedly chuckled a bit. She must have been quite the ridiculous sight to see.

User Image Urza pushed herself up off the ground and got ready to do another pacing lap. Her greatest success came after she had set herself up it seemed so she figured that was a good place again. Urza started off at a light jog looking out over the training grounds of Oto. She had a feeling she would be spending an extended period of time here and wanted to get a feel for locations the would be well suited for meditation and perhaps some reading when it came down to it. It was a beautiful place to train, she had to admit. It almost gave off an air of calm collected peace. That would be nice when Urza started working on less physical tasks.

Urzas jog quickly turned into a sprint as she felt need to pick up the pace. Alucard would no doubt be wanting to being work on his speech again, perhaps Miyako would be willing to help if Urza saw her around. But Urza still had a few laps to go before she wanted to start thinking on other training. She would try and complete these laps before she went to check on Alucard. Urza watched her legs to make sure there weren't in danger of getting twisted up and an eye on the track to make sure she could avoid any obstruction in the way that would cause her to trip up and fall.

Speak of the Devil, and the Devil shall find you. Urza thought to herself she ran along the track and saw a raise in the track and tried her best to avoid it. Unfortunately for she that involved slowing down to process the correct course of action before applying it. So Urza reluctantly slowed down before leaping over the crack. What she hadn't noticed was the divot on the other side of the crack, and her foot slipped as it found its was into the divot. Urza rolled forward and popped back up to continue running. She would have to remember that move for later, it may come in handy, it didn't apply to much pain to her body and she kept her momentum pretty well.

Urza broke out into a sprint again as she fully stabilized herself on her run. She thought back to herself just that morning and was very pleased. She had done almost double the amount of laps and hadn't had to stop once yet. Her stamina and speed and significantly increased, and better yet even after all her falls and tumbles she still felt like she had only gone through about half her energy. If Urza kept the pace where it was at and kept a cool mind she would be done in no time at all. She just had to keep pushing away until she eventually found success.

Urza found small success at the end of her latest lap. It hadn't been anything spectacular, but it was impressive enough that Urza could chalk it up to a success. Urza had cleared the hurdle that had tripped her up not two laps before. She saw the crack and jumped it and immediately remembered the divot. She once more performed the roll but this time with no pain and maximum momentum conservation. It was a good trick to have because unlike the other two who would be able to jump farther and flip or whatever do to their lighter bodies Urza would have to make sure that every movement she made counted so that she could keep up.

User Image Urza had a thought as she ran around the track. Perhaps she could make this a duel exercise in her ability to move efficiently along with quickly. To test this idea she purposely fell at the next hole and attempted to roll. However it did not quite work out the way she had seen it going in her head. She fell and rolled, but it hurt quite a bit and dissuaded her from wanting to try it again until she had mastered it in a separate exercise. For now she just had to finish her laps.

Urza picked up the pace sprinting as fast as she could. She weaved through the course like a spider through silk and found herself one lap close to the finish. If she could maintain her speed for a single lap she could finish and let her body rest a bit as she helped Alucard with the speech barrier. While she sprinted around the lap she thought about ways she could make her teaching more effective and conducive to a better learning process for Alucard. She had a few ideas concerning memory tests and object recognition. She could teach him the way a sentence was constructed and verb conjugation. Just the basics so that he could convey his ideas in an easier manner.

User Image Urza was unfortunately unable to keep up her speed for another lap and had slowed down to a walk to catch her breath. It was such a pain as she felt like she could have gone all the way through if she had just pushed her body a bit more, but at the same time, perhaps playing it safe was the better idea for now. After all she didn't want to injure herself to much when she only had a little ways to go. So Urza decided she would walk a lap, catch her breath, than if her body was up for it, sprint like she had never sprinted before and complete her task. Urza gave a smile to the sky, man was she pumped. Her determination seemed to grow with each exercise she conquered.

User Image As Urza jogged through the last paces on the track she felt her body almost surge with anticipation. She quickly picked up speed and was at a full sprint in less than two steps. She quickly moved around the track and crossed the finish line in record time. Slowing herself down she put her hands on her knees. It had been a hard fought battle, but in the end Urza had come out on top. Catching her breath she made her way back over to Alucard to see what he was up to. If he wasn't busy perhaps they could continue with his lesson. "You ready to learn some more?" Urza asked with a smile, her breath heavy from the laps she had just run.

Grumbling softly Alucard kept trying to read the letters. To no avail Alucard was getting no were fast. He kept watching Urza run around as he was surprised that she could run easily in her armor. 'Wonder what it is like to train in armor like that to keep the body under force all the time.' Alucard thought as he went on with what he was doing thinking of a time when he tried on a suit of armor when he was younger. Alucard had received quite the lashing from that endeavor. Alucard kept watching in amazement as he wanted to try it again once. Hoping no one else would bother with it Alucard waited for her to finish As Alucard watched Urza he kept being amazed at what someone could do in armor. When Urza had finished and asked Alucard if he wanted to get back to the training. Alucard only shook his head. "its to frustrating." Alucard said a bit jumbled up as he was sitting there a bit frustrated. "I wants strength, more of it" Alucard said to Urza as he smiled softly. After saying that Alucard started to take his shirt and coat off, and fold them so that the clothes wouldnt restrict him. Having only limited clothes did not help Alucard so he liked to try and keep things clean and neat and not destroy them. After getting his shirt and coat off he looked at Urza. "Can strength train?" Alucard asked in a question as he wanted to strength train with Urza.

(all these bad rolls and not a sign of relief, ima quit the cha training.till later)
