I'm not sure, but I believe you may be right. Mission points seem to open up a lot of other options for characters, however; so maybe checking that thread out will enlighten the both of us.

Neutral, at least on this end haha. That would have been a sweet idea, if Suoh wasn't already so tied in with Karuto, the Raikage. They both of them have been traveling for the past two years; they met before the war and Karuto took him on as his apprentice. Thus Suoh will most likely be joining Kumogakure shortly after the exams... but no matter, I'm sure we'll find some way for our characters to meet and greet. Perhaps an eventual mission?

Maybe. My character isn't really connected to anywhere or anything...its kinda the core of his personality, actually. He's a zen-buddhist. lol So if you can catch him before he leaves, he'd accept an invitation to meet the raikage or go to kumogakure for a few missions.

Shucks. Yeah that could be one way to catch him. Or we could end up splitting up in the end and becoming acquainted during a future encounter, perhaps on a mission. That wouldn't be too far off either, I have a few quick tasks to do before Suoh can journey out once again.
