Chrysant Summer needs to go away please. I'd prefer more rain and storms... You need to come to NY. It's been oddly cold since late July. Today, it's a high of 24* C. Not to mention that the weather here changes so quickly, that if you wait 15 minutes, it'll be something else. 3nodding However, our job market sucks, so y'know... weather's the only thing on our side right now.

And honestly I don't care for deep dish pizza that much.

And I am back from vacation! We had a good time...except where we stay has NO internet. And that is okay for the first few days then it gets REAL old...
...how am I supposed to go to the bathroom with no phone to look at!?
I spent a lot of time doing nothing which was very relaxing. I think my family was worried I wasn't being social..but I really just enjoyed sitting around by myself listening to audiobooks and doing my embroidery projects. I'm a mom...I never get a moment to myself. sweatdrop

I'm a simple man with simple pleasures, apparently. I met up with Pi too, which was a nice blast from the past in my brainmeats!

I'm a mom...I never get a moment to myself. sweatdrop It strikes me as silly that people can't tell the difference between enjoying doing nothing on your own, and being antisocial or lonely. At work people are always like "what did you do on your day off, Iain?" and always look at me funny when my response is "Nothing and I loved every second of it".
