Any particular character type you're going for?
I'd suggest you choose a village that would accommodate your character, yet, I'd also not suggest that. xD
One of the most entertaining parts of roleplaying is making a character that has some obstacles to climb over... So... yeah... maybe a village your abilities don't work too well in?

I was stand in Mizukage till Christmas came about and the real one came back I was gone and it was given to another person instead of me but the current Mizukage is just slow thats all
