Yes, summoning Taigaa is very difficult; currently, I am understanding the basic physiology of the embodiment of Taigaa and the theory of her existence to help me in summoning her someday. Yes, it is difficult.
Well, they could be. Or maybe... Taigaa is Emiya or Anna is Emiya... or they both share her account. Her posting styles, grammar and even how she bold and label her posts is just... too similar.

They're nothing alike aside from the right-aligned picture, which most everyone in here does anyway. >.> Everyone bolds stuff too. <.<
Either way, this shouldn't be a big mystery to begin with.
