I think that Green is not your color. Charming? Do you not have some sort of Sword of Element Nullifying or somesuch?
The Eye moves up above the lead piping of the bar, safe from the radiations that would slightly weaken it.

Well, try hitting him with that. Perhaps we'll get lucky and it's crafted from his weakness. Really, he should be stopped soon, because at the rate he's radiating, he's going to give us all cancer. The Eye can cure me, but I'm afraid you and the wench will be out of luck.

*Rex takes this as an opportunity to water up and slither at Sarya. As he surrounds in a puddle, vines shoot up and try to constrict her. All the while he keeps some kryptonite in his forms.*

Oh that's just cheating!
*Rex shifts his arms into the ground. He shifts them to Inertron to hold him there and slowly tries to escape the vortex with whatever parts of himself he can. The steel VINES (you silly billies) continue to do what they do and maybe add a diversion.*

All of the Kryptonite bits of Rex are sucked into the Vortex. The Eye dives down and fires a beam at the Vines, turning them into brittle graphite. The Empress easily breaks them.
Eye! Remove the REST of this trash!
The Vortex becomes stronger.
