I am also a Facebook-avoider. (Although, ugh, some days I feel like I'll have to cave eventually. It seems like every coupon, promotion, or announcement for things I'm interested in happen as FB-exclusives...)
I have a Skype, but I only used it once and I do not understand it very well. XP I am still stuck in the forum-age. We should just try to get everybody on Gaia! Everybody has to revert back to their old avatars though. Grass skirts and werefeet. Oooh. Time to dust the cobwebs off this thing. cool

If it's anything like the rest of the internet, dark times and dark places rife with casual misogyny?
Then again gaia is still using the same old board format and emotes even, so it's probably behind the curve on that too.
