(( *Throws out there* ))
After finishing her usual morning routine a little later than usual, Kiah had picked up a stack of paperwork from Komui's office and headed for the Common Room in order to keep out of human contact. However, when she arrived, she noticed the form of her best friend curled up on the couch and scowled before coughing into the crook of her elbow. Not only had he taken her normal spot, he'd ruined her plan to try and keep her mild cold to herself. "Hey... Kyle!" she called in a congested voice, surprised to see him respond with a small groan, as she'd believed he was asleep. "... What are you doing?"
"Ugh... stomach hurts...," Kyle answered quietly, rolling over in order to see the girl better. He looked disheveled and sweaty, and felt even worse, hence the reason he was curled in on himself. Going to the infirmary had been the last thing on his mind after he'd gotten up that morning and hadn't felt any hunger pangs, but once the pain started, he had gone in. Unfortunately for him, the Head nurse had chased him away thinking that he was trying to flirt with the other cute nurses there, and so he was forced to wait for the feeling to pass, nearly collapsing on the couch once he'd reached it.
"Do you need to go to the infirmary?" Kiah asked, watching him with slight worry as she situated herself on a chair nearby, sniffling as she set her papers down. "Meh... should be fine..." He rolled over once she had nodded in understanding and focused on her work, shivering slightly and trying to warm up.

((I can has RP yes? =u= it's still morning in DGM laaand? Yes.))
Finding the cafeteria too noisy to eat breakfast and read a book at the same time, Lavi opted to finish his pancakes with bacon in the Common Room instead. Pushing open the door with his shoulder he found he wasn't the only one there, but then the Common Room was hardly ever completely empty. "Good morning~" he called happily as he strode in, raising an eyebrow at Kyle's fetus position on the couch as he passed him to sit down in a chair close to Kiah. "What's up with him?" He asked her as he raised a large piece of pancake to his mouth. Over the years, Lavi had become an expert at handling large portions of food while holding open a book with his other hand without spilling anything on its pages.

(( Only if I can haz cheezeburger. c: YAY MORNINGS AT NIGHT. ))
"Morning Lavi!" Kiah answered with a small smile, inching away from the Bookman as he got closer so she would lessen the chance of him getting sick. She couldn't help staring at his plate of food, feeling a bit hungry herself. Snapping out of it, she answered back after a small cough, "I'm not sure... He just said his stomach hurt. I'd stay away from him- and me- if I were you though... 'tis the season for illness, you know!"
Kyle turned slightly to see Lavi come in, but was soon resuming his original position, still shivering. Once he realized who it was, however, he was calling out to the redhead. "Heeeeeyyy, Laaavvviiii~. You wouldn't happen to know if there are any blankets around, would you~?" His attempt at a carefree, mocking voice was strained, but it was sure to annoy Lavi regardless.

((You can =u=))
"Hmm, that's right..." Lavi nodded, having noticed the increase in sniffling and sneezing people around the Order lately. He didn't get ill that quickly from the way he'd been traveling around the world as he grew up, so the news didn't bother him much. "Nah, I'm fine. Him, though, I don't mind staying away from."
Lifting another piece of pancake, Lavi halted momentarily as Kyle called out to him, glaring at his back. "There's some in the closet over there, probably... or anywhere that's not here..." the added bit was muttered under his breath as the pancake's journey to his mouth continued.

(( *Noms on one* emotion_omnomnom ))
"That's what they all say, but when you're in bed with a nasty cough you might regret it~," she singsonged, signing a few sheets of paper. His lack of concern over the sicknesses made her feel a bit jealous, but she was still glad she wouldn't have to worry so much about giving it to him. "Yeah, I know what you mean... He's been nothing but trouble lately...," Kiah scowled.
"I'm right here, you know...," Kyle frowned, glaring slightly at the back of the couch. He smirked mischievously at Lavi's answer and asked in a semi-cheery voice, "Do you think you could go get one for me~?" Kiah only helped the situation by huffing in disapproval at the request, not knowing about the blackmail.

((I want one too :c))
"Lately?" Lavi repeated, snorting a little, "When is he ever not trouble?" From the tone of Kyle's voice when he'd called his name, Lavi knew what had been coming. He sighed deeply through his nose and put his fork back down on the plate with more vehemence than it deserved. "Fine." He said through gritted teeth, moving over to the closet to retrieve a blanket with some slamming doors. If it had been anyone else, he would have gladly helped them out if they'd been feeling under the weather, but not Kyle who was merely using his knowledge to order him around. The blanket was tossed onto his head before Lavi returned to his seat.

(( ... *Grills one up and tosses to after putting it on a bun* c: ))
"That's true, but... since last month he seems to be getting even more cocky," Kiah sighed, remembering the whole bath incident. He hadn't even apologized in the end, though she really hadn't expected him to. Furrowing her eyebrows in confusion, she watched Lavi disdainfully grab the shivering man a blanket, hardly able to believe her eyes. "Wow... I thought you really didn't like him... though if he doesn't need to go to the infirmary, he should be able to get it himself."
"Oof!" Kyle quickly had the blanket spread out over himself, ducking underneath it for warmth, without thanking the one he'd received it from, of course. His stomach still ached terribly, but he found himself dozing off now that he was a little more comfortable. "I could not get it myself..."

"I didn't know that was possible..." Lavi shook his head, glaring at Kyle's back again. He shrugged slightly at Kiah's surprise. "I don't like him, but he was so pathetic I felt sorry for him." Resuming his breakfast, he calmed down a bit. Kyle easily got him agitated, but Lavi had to remind himself why he was doing it in the first place. At least his requests hadn't been completely outrageous yet.

"You would think so... but he never used to strut right into the woman's baths, either!" Kiah exclaimed in exasperation, coughing into her arm afterward. "That's true..." Nodding at his reasoning, she leaned back in her chair a little, looking at the plate of pancakes again. "Hmmm... How are the pancakes tasting?"
Kyle didn't bother to respond anymore, nearly unconscious as they continued to talk about him as if he wasn't there. Any other requests would have to wait until he'd slept off the terrible feeling.

Lavi nearly choked in his pancakes at Kiah's exclamation, staring at her in disbelief. "Are you serious? I'd say I'm not surprised but that seems to be going a little far, even for him..." He made a noise of disgust and had half a mind to toss his book at Kyle's head, but decided it'd be a waste of a good book. "I bet he even had a stupid excuse about not knowing it was the women's baths... even with just one eye I can clearly see that giant sign on the doors." He poked at his pancakes. "They tasted a lot better before."

She couldn't help laughing a little at Lavi's disbelief, but she soon stopped and resumed scowling. "I think he said he was being chased by a mob of angry finders... I don't remember what it was exactly, but now you see?" Kiah simply shook her head and sighed, knowing she wouldn't get any answers from Kyle. "Sil and I tried to punish him for it, but... that didn't work out the greatest..." She heaved herself out of her chair and smiled a little, looking to the doors. "Well... I think I'm going to get some anyway... Do you guys want anything since I'm going?"
There was no response from under the blankets, therefore Kiah didn't bother to wait and see if Kyle wanted anything.

Lavi shook his head, although his excuse sounded as if it might have been true. He pissed off random Order members left and right all the time, after all. Then again, he might just be provoking people to give him exactly these kinds of excuses to wander into the women's baths. Lavi wouldn't put it past him. At the mention of Sil he tensed up and shot a death glare at the back of Kyle's head, almost feeling the fork in his hand bend in his clenched fist. "Sil was there too, huh?" He kept his voice rather even as if that bit of news didn't bother him immensely, but there was an edge to it he knew the perpetrator in question would be able to catch if he'd been conscious enough to hear it. He gave Kiah a halfhearted goodbye as he still burned holes in the back of Kyle's head as she left.
When they were well and alone, Lavi stood up and marched over to the couch to snatch the blanket away from the huddled form. "Had a fun trip to the baths, did we?" he growled, leaning over him in a what he hoped was an intimidating manner. "I swear, I've never met anyone I've wanted to punch so badly on a daily basis..." His hands moved towards Kyle's neck as if he wanted to choke him, but he pulled them back in clenched fists and sighed deeply through his nose, the air coming out slightly shaky from anger. His entire body was itching to hurt the man in front of him, but the little voice in the back of his head told him it only took one slip from Kyle and it could mean the end for him and Sil. "You're lucky you're holding something over me and that I feel only slightly bad about kicking someone's a** when they're sick, or you'd have a hammer in your face right now."
((Sorry he didn't kick his a** after all :c ...maybe depends on what Kyle chooses to say next xD could very well end in violence))

(( YOU RUINED MY DREAMS, LAVI. RIPPED THEM INTO TINY PIECES. >:'c
Actually I'm pretty sure he's shameless enough to get killed today... : D
*Waves to Gidget even though she's probably gone* ))
Kyle was on the verge of unconsciousness when Lavi decided to swipe his blanket again, jumping in surprise when the angry red-head towered over him. "W'as that for...?" he slurred, reaching out to try and get the blanket back. Shivering, he could barely make up what Lavi was trying to tell him, but when he realized what it was about, he simply scoffed. In his mind what he had done had been no big deal, especially since it was technically an accident that occurred after a sequence of other, 'completely unintentional' accidents.
"You people are overreacting... First of all, it was an accident. Not only that, what's wrong with it? It'd be the same as if we were in the baths, except with a better view," Kyle explained, slightly shrugging. Another pang of pain hit his stomach and he winced, but he was soon smirking up at Lavi again. "Gotta say, though... you're pretty lucky~. Now... can I have that back?"
