Felina nodded in agreement "That way the groups would be more balenced"

Itaka sighed "Well if you think your so weak not to be able to go without a magic wielder" he looked at them smirking "Be my guest!"

"Oh thank you for having such confidence in my abilities. Its not an ideal team formation but I've tried to put everyone with somebody they won't try to kill so quit complaining" Alpha sighed. Carbuncle went from Seph over to Ulquiorra. The summoner picked him up and placed him on her shoulder.

"Its not my fault Itaka doesn't under stand team formations" Satoshi shrugged.
"Well if all that is sorted, the sooner we move the sooner you two don't have to put up with each other" Felina quietly pointed out detecting the possiblity of an argument.

Itaka smirked and waved them away "Let's go Gareth Ulquiorra Hayate"
Oassu watched them walk away "You reckon they'll be alright?" he asked Felina
Dargrim laughed heartily "Laddie I think they'll do fine"

"They will be fine. If they get injured they have Hayate to patch them up" Felina reassured Oassu.
"Its probably best we make a move too" Satoshi told them looking at Alpha and Dargrim.

Ulquiorra signalled for Gareth to follow her as she went after Itaka
Alpha nodded " You 3 take care, and try to avoid Kurgan if you spot him" He turned around and began to walk along the path on the left

Narasaela signalled to his aide. "Bring me up a map"
A magical blueprint of the castle appeared up. "Now highlight the intruders." The aide whispered a word of power and small dots appeared on the map one of them underlined Felina while another two noted Alpha and Itaka "Those three are the only ones I've met hmmm....they've split up Felina is headed too.." he squinted at the screen for a moment before grinning wildly "The Bestiary....heh heh she'll have some fun there now Itaka seems to have headed for the laboratory....guess it's time to unleash some of the prototypes" he nodded to a white-clad elf beside him who rushed off down one of the corridors. Turning back to the map "that leaves....." he gritted his teeth and slammed his fist down on the edge of the seat "The simple path....damn....but...Lagona!" The dark wizard who stopped Kurgan earlier appeared beside him "Yes my leige?" "The path needs more security see to it that Alpha doesn't reach this room" the figure bowed "As you wish my liege" he said before disappearing

Satoshi walked cautiously in front of the others "So far this path doesn't seem to bee so bad. The path ahead was almost silent but the walls had got further apart. "Its lit up well too, so I should be able to use that jutsu again" She added.
On the other hand Felina, Oassu and Seph's route was a lot darker and had water dripping down from the ceiling "This area doesn't seem to be anything great" Felina complained

Oassu sighed "Are you kidding?" he said as water dripped down onto his face "This place stinks I did not expect a sewer stuck in the middle of this castle!"
Dargrim smiled "Aye this path does seem pretty fair but..." he glanced about "My dwarfy sense are tingling"
"Somethin ain't right I widnae expect him to make it this easy after all that"

Alpha laughed "Dwarfy sense you say? If your gonna say something tha corny tell it to the local spiders. But I agree. If its quiet now then it is likely that they are planning something. For all we know they could simply be observing us"
Seph moaned as she stepped in a puddle. It was twice as deep as what it had appeared to be "It could be worse right? Its not like we've found any alligators yet"
Ulquiorra walked behind Itaka. The walls of the passage had changed to a more sandy colour. Carbuncle gave out a few squeaks "He says there is a large group of people somewhere up ahead" She told the rest of the group

Satoshi rolled her eyes "Keep your tingling to yourself"
Felina shook her head "Thats just an urban legend and Oassu is right about the smell. Our cloths are going to smell really bad." She complained.
Hayate blinked "How can you tell what it says just by listening to it squeak?" he asked the summoner

Gareth grinned widely Carbuncles squeaks always cheered him up.
Itaka frowned "Well a large group of people is pretty vague can't we get any other details?"
Dargrim sighed "Aye laugh if you want but we dwarves know these mines we know the smells and sounds we can tell when theres something that shouldn't be nearby" he said gripping his axe tighter.
Oassu sighed "Thanks for the confirmation" he picked himself up for another moan when a corner of the room growled at them and he froze solid "What's that?"

Seph stopped walking also noticing something was us "An alligator maybe?" She waited for whatever was growling to come fully into sight.
Carbuncle hesitated for quite a while. Ulquiorra started to go red "With this little guy I guess we just have a connection that allows me to understand him," she paused "Unfortunately I can't say the same for Arisu". Before anyone could make a comment Carbuncle made a few more squeaks "He says how do you expect a detailed description about something he can't see or hear"
"Like what kind of things?" Alpha asked the dwarf curiously

Satoshi remained quiet. She had little interest in what the dwarf was saying.
Felina shook her head "That growl didn't sound like an alligator. I think it's something much larger"
Hayate laughed "Fair enough." He went over to Carbuncle and patted him on the head "Just let us know if you can pick anything else up"
