AyeLightningLord Asking something else, does anyone know where I can find a picture of a Deathwatch Marine? I want to make sure I am painting mine right. Off hand, the only picture I can remember seeing recently was the one of the Deathwatch squad on the GW Online Store (here). I remember seeing them in White Dwarf as well, but I can't remember which one...

If you happen to have the How to Paint Space Marines book, there are pics in there.

Iron_soilder How do veichles and walkers in H2H? Come now, Iron soldier. What would your father think of such nightmarish grammar and punctuation? "how do veichles and walkers in" - and poor Iron Mom. Really. I don't know WHAT you're trying to ask here. I'll assume you're asking how they work in hand to hand. Anyways, if the vehicle has a close combat weapon, like a dreadnought, it fights just like infantry. Except it's fearless. It never retreats. Vehicles WITHOUT a combat attack number get attacked and do not resolve damage. They may move and fire normally on their turn however.

I meant im not sure how to melee againstthe bastards. Strength of weapon versus armor value on the side you're attacking, just like you work out glancing and penetrating hits with a gun. Hit ratio is determined on how fast the vehicle has moved. This is explained in the rulebook, look it up next time you're near a copy.

But thank nontheless.

I'd just like to say... thank the Emperor for melta bombs. Today, I played with the sons of stalingrad against some random marine chapter with no name. Bob lost his lascannon early on. The vindicator blew up second turn. The enemy land raider is sitting in the middle of the field, full of troops... The chaplain walks over. No guns. Lightning claw and crozius. "what's he going to do?" gloats the enemy. meltabomb. On. engage. EXPLODE. 2 died in the explosion. "that." I reply.

And burn him for em too. Last Thurs we had a 2 on 2 game with one squad. My partner has a squad of Necrons. One round of melta bombage made him phase out crying . My tau couldnt get by his chaplins 2+ inv. Though mass firepower is very usefull to at least wound the bugger
