Well, I guess it's better than totally not being there. And at least you'll be back home. I know after trips, I'm totally psyched to be going home. Hope you had a good trip!

Yeah, it's been a pretty nice trip, first time I've been here in 10 years.
I'm psyched to go home, even though I'll only be sleeping in my house for the next couple weeks and not doing anything else. xd

I'm the same way! I'm still learning oboe, though. The soprano seems awesome, I wanna try it out sometime.
I tried out the bari sax, but it didn't work because it was messed up and had an alto neck for some reason...it was weird.

Wow i guess a lot of people play the tenor. I first started out with the alto but i switched to tenor because our band needed an extra tenor and now we have 6.

I'm afraid of snapping my horn up now...a couple weeks ago, when I snapped it up, it stabbed me right next to my mouth, right where I got new rubber bands. It was painful, I literally almost cried. xd So, how do I NOT hit my mouth? xd

Hm, i play Alto and Tenor, and i love it! I found it pretty easy to pick up seeing as i taught myself, because i had already taught myself the clarinet, flute, violin and guitar. I found it had similar fingering to the Clarinet. (sorta) confused
I think the hardest thing for new learners who have not experience woodwind/brass, is learning how to get the reed in the correct place, and basically how to blow and get a note. Once you have the hang of that, it's pretty simple!

Spurple yo2yo2kid I play alto sax. All saxophone have the same fingerings so you could play almost any of them if you could play just one. Yeah, that's what I heard. My friend has a soprano sax... I wanna play one of those. 3nodding ZOMG! i started to play soprano at my third year. its just a smaller mouthpiece and body. aside from the way its held there in no difference (other than sound) after a week or two it should be easy if you already know the fingerings.
