Well, there it was. Csuri caught the snitch so at least Slytherin won. Her nightmare was ended. Hesperia landed with a huff and tucked her broom over her shoulder before stomping off the pitch. Her abysmal season had come to an end finally. Without waiting for anyone from the team, she stomped off so that she could decompress in some way... It might wind up being a rage induced scream, it might be cathartic crying, maybe a bath and a long, long soak... She'd figure it out when she got there...

It was (finally) time for the first Ravenclaw game of the season. They were taking on Hufflepuff, and Lewis knew it'd be a challenge. Charlotte was an incredible Seeker and Bieito... well, he was Captain for a reason. Not to mention that they'd added a (former) Knapp to their lineup, meaning Yarrick would have to keep her cousin at bay. Even with all this, Lewis was incredibly confident in his team. Most of them had been his teammates for years now. Sure, Nora and Evie had graduated, but Erykah and Tambry were both awesome in their roles. It would be great.
Walking onto the pitch, Lewis surveyed the situation. It was a little cloudy, but ultimately still a lovely day. The only issue he'd found was that his favorite team sweater was missing! He'd looked everywhere, but it still wasn't there. It was a bit annoying, but he figured Rosa had probably stolen it. Thankfully his captain badge was on his robes, otherwise he'd have to go ask Professor Liu for a new one. Either way, he was glad it was a good day to play. So far Slytherin had claimed the first win, but Lewis was sure they could put up two goals, then catch. That'd shoot them to the lead.

Man it was good to be back on the main team! Tambry had swapped her ballet flats for quidditch boots, paired with her navy robes. She'd spent the better part of a few hours braiding up her long curls, before pinning them up into an elegant bun. Thankfully, she'd made friends with Roxie from Gryffindor, who'd helped secure the pins and tied a ribbon around to add some extra pizazz. After breakfast, Tambry walked down to the pitch with Kavi, who had become a really close friend. Once on the pitch, he headed to the reserves bench, while Tambry walked over to her team and began stretching her arms before the game.

 Charlotte slipped on her seeker gloves, ready to get the season started. She had stopped trying to guess if they’d win anything or not. She had realized it had less to do with talent and more to do with luck. She was a good seeker, but ultimately, that didn’t mean much. She popped her knuckles and stretched her neck a little, making sure she was limber. Charlotte was ready to give it her hardest.

Lily was ready to see where this game would go. The weather was colder than she liked, but at least it wasn’t snowing. She rubbed the back of her hand across the tip of her nose, trying to warm it up. Hopefully, if she just kept moving, she’d keep warm enough. If she was extra lucky it'd be a quick game and she could go take a nap.
