"I'd feel more comfortable with someone having a schedule similar to mine." Tim continued, Andy standing patiently while they finished their conversation. "I know you're needed for all sorts of odd hours, and I'm sure I wouldn't panic if I woke up and you weren't there, Plus I'm afraid that if I'll need something you won't be there. So I asked Andy."

"I'm like a service dog." the blond explained, taking the hand and shaking it. "Don't worry. I'll take care of Tim. And I'm straight so you have nothing to worry about." And plopped himself in a chair. "And yes it is very dangerous I nearly bit my tongue off." and stuck it out, waggling it a bit. "I saw Daren drive past while I was driving here! Is he moving out? he had boxes in his car."

Tim nodded. "He's getting a new job away from the media coverage here."

"Oh. Are you his current doctor?" And looked at Tim curiously as he chuckled.

Jason had been asked that so many times today he should start wearing a sig.

"Ah, that makes sense. And I'm sure you would, but you might neglect the others." Andy commented, "But still, a doctor of your caliber, good catch, Tim."

Timothy chuckled, resting his head on the man's shoulder and giving a soft exhale. "Even if he wasn't a doctor he'd still be wonderful."

"I work in the same building as Timothy! Same floor even! I work in liabilities while he works in finance, though. But I do a lot of work at home so I get to wander around and help his floor." He smiled, "I showed Tim where to buy suits."

Timothy gave a small chuckle, listening and nodding. "We'll see what you have first. Suit jackets are always the most important."

"Especially the lining." Andy agreed. "Real silk is hard to find but anything in the high price ranges is good. And make surey ou have nice shoes. I know Tim you need some."

The redhead looked down at his bare feet almost shamefully. "I haven't had the time."

"Yea we know. Nice ties make up for that." and grinned as Tim smiled at him before looking back at the doctor. Ah, dull or interesting. "Well, considering my line of work," both legal and illegal, "It's certainly never a boring day. Just checking and double checking. Our finance actually crosses Tim's line of work a lot. He has a keen eye for numbers. He used to be a secretary."

Both Tim and Andy looked over as the nurse ran in, listening. Andy was quick to move out of the doctor's path, TImothy lifting his head from his shoulder. He didn't even have time to return the love the doctor was gone.

"He's a pretty busy guy." Andy commented, moving to sit on the bed beside Tim, at least three inches shorter than him.

"Yea, but that's all right. It's his job."

"How long have you known him?"

"Since I first entered the hospital after Andrew."

So a few months, then. Brown eyes looked back at the empty doorway, wondering if Jason only loved Tim simply because they'd both been hurt. Birds of a feather. Without Daren Tim had moved to someone else. That seemed poisonous. "Remember that refrigerator I told you about?"

"The gel one?"

"I got it." And grinned as Tim gave an excited gasp.

"How could you have gotten it?! They haven't even won the contest! Good god Andy that must cost, millions of dollars!"

They chatted for a bit longer after that and it cheered Tim up definitely, chuckling as Andy tried to hit on nurses with little to no luck. The man did have to leave though, waving bye and tucking the red head in to let him sleep. He had to go back and check on Daren.

Footsteps...

Someone entered his room...

What a soft voice.

Tim smiled lightly, trying to resurface from the fog of sleep. "That's all right." came the quiet murmur, shifting onto his side to look at the man with half-lidded eyes. "C'mere... bed's warm." and slid his hand from underneath the blankets, barely able to touch the fabric on the man's knee, trying to lure him under the blankets of warmth.

Andy made a face. "I even brought you video games Daren you could at least pretend to acknowledge my presence." the male said, looking at the man on the bed. "Look I brought you a friend." And opened the kitty carrier, letting Apple climb right out. "But only for tonight. Boss wants him in the morning again. Here are her food bowl and water bowl, and a little kitty pillow." and set those down after placing down the kitty carrier.

"It's no problem. I figured you'd want some company to sleep with since Tim isn't here. And I'm not a cuddler." the small box of clean kitty litter was set down as well, though in a different part of the room, an air freshener being plugged in next to it. "and you better learn to like them. You're stuck in here until you decide not to move! We've gathered all of your belongings and stored them but I don't think we've contacted your work. He probably should, soon, so it doesn't seem like you're missing. But that's not my department. Technically I shouldn't even be here." The shrimp shrugged. "So what've you been doing since you didn't touch the video games?"

"You keep on saying that but pretty soon something really dangerous is going to happen simply because you weren't strong enough to take the harassment of a town. News dies down in a month depending on how big it is. I give yours two months tops!" he sighed, waving his hand in the air. "I guess I'll just." But soon pain tore in to his arm and he grit his teeth, eyes narrowed as he looked back at Daren. "Guess you gotta break my arm then. We're not letting you out for a long time, A-o-mi-ne. Kinda look like your father when you make that face."
