Stage Description
Ki Tatchi- Stage One:
Once the Kimoyasu is active the user releases their chakra threshold all at once, this causes immense pain on the body and tissue itself although gives them the ability to activate Kiken (Energy Fist). While inside this stage the user is in a constant form of pain at extreme levels and because they are inexperienced with the Kimoyasu they can not hold it very long without putting themselves at risk (5 Posts) if inside Kimoyasu to long they will eventually pass out or worse (10 Posts) they will have to be hospitalized and treated for the self injuries they required. Any Kamiki Clan Jutsu used inside the first stage is increased in power by a small amount because of the increase in chakra that is being released by the user (One Rank). (Add 50 CP)
Ki Sutorimu- Stage Two:
Upon activating the Kimoyasu the user releases their now more powerful chakra threshold all together, the pain caused from the release is more violent due to the increased chakra being expelled from the body. The pain of the release increases with time although the user is now able to hold it for a longer period of time then in the first stage (10 Posts) although they can still over extend the time period and can still have horrible effects such as hospitalization or worse (15 Posts). All Kamiki Clan Jutsu used inside of Kimoyasu is now increased by an even greater percent due to the added chakra amount released with the kekkei genkai (Two Ranks). (Add 100 CP)
Ki Bakuhatsu- Stage Three:
The pain caused once Kimoyasu is active is now the most thrashingly violent thing one could experience, almost unbearable in the release form and making it hard for the user to keep, anyone unexperienced would surely die if this was attempted. Although the pain is uncontrollable they have a godly amount of chakra being exposed from the threshold they opened and it goes on to increase the time they may stay inside of the Kimoyasu release (10 Posts) although hospitalization is no longer an option for if the time is over extended to long death is the only outcome (15 Posts). The user will now be able to use the chakra eating technique Doki, a specially ability unique to the third stage. (Add 200 CP)

- Life span is halved due to the stress the body is constantly under
- Must be suffering from constant pain throughout lifetime

Clan Techniques
E-Rank
Kiken (Energy Fist): A type of taijutsu fighting style unique to the Kamiki Clan, it uses the special abilities of the Kimoyasu kekkei genkai to attack an opponents chakra directly, not causing physical harm. One can tell when the Kiken is active due to the user having a build up of chakra around their fists and in a flat palm stance. The attacking style itself begins flat palm and snaps into a grabbing motion once the users hand has been able to phase through the opponents body in order to grab at their chakra and rip it though their body. The style itself is mix martial arts and so kicks are also just as effective although the user must be barefoot and curl their toes while passing through the enemy in order to rip apart the chakra from the body itself. (1CP Drained Per Hit)
S-Rank
Doki (Angry Demons): Ghost-like figures resembling worms seemingly shoot out from the users eyes and mouth for a total of three, it is a constant stream and so the user must stay still and cannot break the hand seal. Upon starting the technique the three worm-like figures will be under the users complete control, all three have O-shaped mouths and sharp grinding teeth, upon contact with an enemy they pass through them ripping away pure chakra much like Kiken just more effective and devastating because of the numbers. Every time the beasts make contact with the enemy and successfully drain them of chakra they grow slightly depending on how much they are able to absorb from the enemy, this slows their movement but creates a larger target to dodge. The user must hold the bird seal in order for the jutsu to become active and continue to hold it while the jutsu is underway. (30 CP Drained Per Hit)

Chakra Yajyuu (Chakra Beast): Using pure chakra the user does a single hand seal, bird to create a beast made of chakra, resembling that of a large tiger-like monster which can then be controlled by the user to attack the enemy attempting to rip and claw away at their flesh. The jutsu itself can be used outside of the Kimoyasu release although it will be substantially more powerful while inside of it considering the amount of chakra one can bring forth with the Kimoyasu released. (10 CP Drained Per Hit)

Chakra Ryu (Chakra Dragon): Much like the Chakra Yajyuu it is a beast made of pure chakra although this time it is in the form of a dragon and can only rip apart the enemy with its fangs, not having claws. The Chakra Ryu can attempt to lash out at the enemy with its immense power, much more then that of the Chakra Yajyuu, or it also has the ability to shoot condensed beams and spheres of chakra from its mouth. Just like the Chakra Yajyuu the dragon is also controlled by the user and released with the bird sign, like most of the techniques of the Kamiki Clan. (20 CP Drained Per Hit)
C-Rank
Chakra Oshimasu (Chakra Push): This technique is only available once inside the Kimoyasu release stage and is only effective up to ten feet away from the user. If the user finds themselves in trouble with a close range situation they are able to release a burst of chakra from the waves that surround them which has enough force to blast the enemy away as long as they are in a close range. The blast itself can send them quite a while away, up to fourty feet to be exact, and with a painful impact to the ground as well.
E-Rank
Chakra Bushin (Chakra Clone): A basic clone, although somewhat stronger then that of a normal clone it is not so special, its made purely of condensed chakra and therefore it is able to fool any sensory type shinobi into believing it to be the real thing, but besides that there are no other uses for it. It can still fight like that of any normal clone although its not all that effective like any other clone is when it comes to battle.

Background
The Kamiki Clan was once a very notable clan inside of Amegakure, their unique bloodline trait made them essential for tracking and assassinations during the great shinobi wars. Of course the other villages knew little of their abilities because they remained doing unfamed jobs such as stealth detection and assassinations throughout their careers as shinobi. They remained a strong asset to the wars that concerned Amegakure and eventually a few of the more intelligent Clan Members became higher acting powers such as political workers within Amegakure. Eventually during the last shinobi world war the Kamiki Clan's dangerous powers were exposed and Konohagakure had them exterminated, breaching Amegakure and slaughtering almost the entirety of the Kamiki Clan's lineage including the higher power. Although a dangerous threat the Konohagakure shinobi did not have the heart to kill off the younger members, they cowered in fear as they watched grand parents, mothers, fathers, aunts, uncles, all dealt with accordingly and left for them to clean up. The remaining Kamiki Clan members are few, and those who posses the Kimoyasu are even less, the bloodline is now only possessed by the main branch and children of the head of the clan. The children of the head include the newest clan head and the third youngest member Ginryuu Kamiki, his two brothers and two sisters. Although still a respected part of Amegakure, their fame within the country dwindled because of the few numbers which continued on to be shinobi, either too young at the time or too cowardly to fight after the extinction of the Clan.
Other Information
Being gifted with such immense chakra it comes with a cost, since birth those who possess the Kimoyasu are subject to constant pain that surges throughout their body, only increasing when the Kimoyasu is activated. A green flower is the Kamiki Clan's universal sign and emblem, each member carries some form of a green flower whether it be on clothing or something else. The Kamiki Clan is known for using their mass chakra in Clan related jutsu which uses ones pure chakra to attack with, it is fairly effective and only boosted by the Kimoyasu kekkei genkai once activated. The Kimoyasu allows one to familiarize themselves with chakra in such a way they can see through others and stare directly into their chakra pool, this is also key for tracking as one can memorize their opponents chakra and always know when its signature is nearby.
The Kamiki Clan are renowned for having a powerful blood line trait which runs within the clan, special to only a select few of the Kamiki Clan who can harvest their chakra properly for use. The Kimoyasu gives the Kamiki Clan the ability to drain the chakra of an enemy although at an expense, once the kekkei genkai is released it puts incredible strain on the users body and cannot be held for very long with out causing both internal and external damage to the user. It is said that the Kamiki Clan is a Clan of neither men nor women, but of vessels for pure chakra, this is said because of the unhuman level of chakra one with the Kimoyasu possesses, although such raw untamed chakra doesn't come without a fee. The Kamiki Clan can utilize the powers of the Kimoyasu by initiating with the Kiken (Energy Fist) which gives them the ability to attack the opponent not physically but in a way which literally pushes the chakra from their bodies, much like the Hyuuga cut off the chakra supply although the Kamiki are more forceful and push the chakra from the opponents body with each blow. Such an ability does not come without a cost, as said before once the Kiken is activated and their pure chakra is released it breaks down the body on both the internal and external level and if not used in moderation the user of the Kimoyasu could die inside the pure chakra state. The reason behind the Kamiki's abilities is said to be because of their large chakra reserves, they are so inhuman it causes constant pain on the body and once the Kimoyasu is activated and the chakra threshold is set free it can destroy and deteriorate the body itself, although because of such chakra reserves they were gifted the understanding of how to attack the opponents chakra itself. Because of their expertise in chakra itself the Kamiki Clan seem to have a forte in tracking, able to sense a familiar chakra source from miles away the majority of the Kamiki Clan that possess the Kimoyasu have become Tracker-nin in their shinobi feature.

Legato will have to adjust to the bloodlines extreme pain and severe consqequences on his body, it will deteriorate his cells and body slowly with each use and is incredibly hard to keep up most people go insane from the pain. Also the bloodline is never really able to be mastered because that would almost equal the same as mastering a tailed beast with how much chakra your attempting to control. I wonder if Legato would be able to handle the constant pain and stress, and the increased pain during its release, plus the slower healing factor and being incredibly tolerant to physical attacks and genjutsu. The drawbacks set in this bloodline are extreme and I will be monitoring all with the bloodline to make sure that they are using them properly and feel the consequences of the bloodline itself.

Sand will still win! and just because the user has a sharingan, dosnt mean they will win. look at all the people who have uterly kickes Sasuke's a** while he was young. Rock Lee, Haku, Gaara, Orochimaru, Itachi (he stopped a chidori!), Naruto (he should have won at the VoE), a bunch of filler charecters, and good old kakashi. let's face it, unless you have the advanced form, it really isn't anything special.
