Okay.... my opinion about:
- Edo Tensei
Looking into that. Forbidden jutsu should be up for learning at some point, like Kage Bunshin and Tsunade's techniques. But there should be strict rules for.
- Orochimaru surgery on characters
No, not against their will.
- Sharingan
Agree with Fenrir, it is an essential part of Naruto. But I want again strict rules for it, and not like NUR, where every noob can get it. Therefore I first opened it up, but limited only. Only people who can rp decent should be able to get it, and since the guild is starting up I don't want a flock of Uchiha crawling around.
Anything I did miss?

Hey who do you think is in the Coffin that Kabuto brought up last? The one that scared Madara into joining up with Kabuto? Also if the Sharingan and Rennigan were joined  I think it might be Izuna Uchiha, Madara's Brother

Also if the Sharingan and Rennigan were joined I think it might be Izuna Uchiha, Madara's Brother That would be too obvious. I'm thinking either the 4th Hokage. Or even better..... The Sage of 6 Paths.
