Is that the name of the bear, or the sword? And how should I know? I found it while browsing a gallery of D&D creatures that I found. These things are awesome by the way. I have plenty here to last most of my NPC ideas for months of repetition. I couldn't help but lol when I found you in there though. I'm totally gonna use that eventually for something. If I make an Anigan NPC, he'll probably be it. Or maybe just a random encounter for someone. It WILL be used though.

Until you reach chuunin, or unless you're a genin level teaching master with the scroll learner benefit, you can't teach yourself anything. Nobody's gotten to you yet?

Nope. I think our Raikage is on hiatus or something, our Chuunin IS on Hiatus from what I've heard, and Kagetsukiko and Hikaro-rin are still on the mountain. Pretty much, it is almost like I'm the only member of Kumogakure at the moment.
Also there is a guy called Demondays2, but I haven't seen him post much.

Thank you for clearing that up, I saw something in the Question & Answer forum, so I got a little confused.

So you need to learn the basics and get out of the academy then? It's best you know now that if I make an NPC for you, I might not be constantly active with it, and I can't grant you your promotion to genin. An actual RPC or NPC made by a crew member in that village will have to test you and do that.

That's perfectly fine, It sure beats waiting for someone to notice me, or every couple of days reminding everyone just to be ignored.
I would very much appreciate it Hinote Tosatsu. If it isn't too much to ask, could I get you to teach me more than just what I need to graduate? Not all at once mind you, but before I rank up I'd like to know all I can know. ( Aside from Taijutsu which I'm hoping I can learn something so I'll be able to bypass close combat. Another eason why I went with a venomous snake instead of my original snake. )

...also, on a side note... PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE reduce the size of the picture you are using for your character in Otogakure.
When the size of your picture FAR outdoes the amount of words you've used in your post, it looks really bad (Both aesthetically and otherwise). Also, you're stretching the page... which is a Pet peeve of mine.
