If you want someone to roleplay with, then it's best to post here seeking someone.
Or post after someone does elsewhere {mood permitting}.
You can't expect people to respond just because you quote them. They might not know what you expect, and it's not exactly courteous.
It's not an issue so much as it is something you aren't handling the right way. You have to make your intentions clear.
