Kiahpup (( I could take care of myself... that is, if I could fight, I'm sure... ))
"But... Alright...," Kiah sighed and carefully sat down next to him, sitting as far off the bed as she could to avoid staining the sheets with blood. Her eyes scanned the room more while she waited for him to finish, trying to pick out people or animals on the drawing strewn about the floor. It would have been simple enough for her to take care of them herself, but she couldn't honestly say she would have patched them up right away if he hadn't taken the initiative.
"Ohhh, the fun part," she joked, bracing herself for the slight pain. Kiah couldn't help letting out a little gasp at the first cut, but afterward she didn't make a sound, only showing that it hurt by wincing slightly every once in awhile. Once he'd made it back to her cheek, she unconsciously pulled back at the sting. She quickly realized what she was doing and pressed her cheek to the hand that was holding the wipes, smiling reassuringly at him, "Yeah. It really doesn't hurt that much!" (( I'm sure you could, but I still wouldn't want you in danger... ))
"Sorry.."
He apologized as she gasped and continued a little more gently. He waited patiently when she pulled away from the stinging at her cheek, and smiled a little in return when she quickly came back. He cleaned the last cut and then pulled out some bandaids for the few bigger ones that would need it, patching her up. He went to her cheek last again, and opened the bandaid before realizing her hair had gotten in her face a little. He lifted his other hand and gently swept the strands of her hair away from her cheek, tucking them behind her ear. When it was out of the way he gently applied the bandaid to her cheek, pressing down and stroking on the adhesive bits with his thumb.
"..There. All done."

Wouldn't that be the same as me saying I don't want you in danger, though? I could wish for it as much as I want, but it wouldn't change anything...

"It's fine... You did say it was going to sting," she answered back, making an extra effort to keep her mouth shut. Kiah patiently waited for him to apply the bandaids, twisting her arms and legs to provide better access to the cuts while he worked. After a short amount of time she started opening up one of the bandaids in order to help, not realizing there was only one cut left. The hand near her face startled her quite a bit since she wasn’t expecting it, and her heart seemed to beat faster as he tucked her hair away from the cut. She swallowed uncomfortably, noting with dismay that her face was heating up again right as he was placing the last bandaid on her cheek.
“T-thanks!” Kiah had been doing so well the rest of the day, only a small blush here and there, but the small gesture didn’t take very long to fluster her. Turning her face away to compose herself, she finished opening up the bandaid that was in her hand, as it was already as good as wasted. It was then gently slapped onto his upper arm, a playful smile on her still-red face. "There! Now it doesn't look like you completely wiped the floor with me during training."

"You're welcome."
He smiled and noted the change in the color of her cheeks, but it didn't occur to him that the blush rose for any reason other than the fact that he had startled her. He wasn't at all expecting her to slap a bandaid to his arm, mostly because he had been concentrating so much on bandaging her that he hadn't noticed it in her hand. He jumped a little as she turned around and smacked him, blinking a bit before staring at the bandaid.
"That was completely unnecessary."
He replied flatly, but smiled. He stood up and moved over to put the first aid kit back in his dresser before turning around and leaning on it as he watched her. He crossed his arms and spoke up again.
"You know that no one will believe there's anything under this bandaid. Everyone knows how I heal."

(( Oh... Well, to be honest, I kind of wish I wasn't... ))
Kiah couldn't help staring as he jumped, as she'd believed she wasn't capable of startling him like he- or anyone, really- could do so easily to her. She tried to hold back a laugh as he examined the bandaid, but unfortunately a few giggles passed through her lips. "Oh? Are you going to tell everyone that they should "see the other guy"?" she quoted while still laughing a little, misunderstanding his point.
She scooted a few inches further back on the bed and put her hands on her lap while he returned the first aid kit to it's rightful place, as the cuts were all taken care of and sitting on the edge was uncomfortable. Once she was situated, she looked up to see him watching her, causing her to tilt her head slightly. At his words she smiled a little, staring down at the floor in embarrassment, "Yeah, I know... but you can't blame a girl for trying. Though if we end up having a new member around today, I could probably fool them into thinking that I could take you."

Kiah's head snapped up at those word and she lightly glared at him, asking in a warning tone, "Why wouldn't they?"
She slowly rose from the bed and put her hands on her hips, trying to look half-way threatening. It didn't help that she was doing everything in her power to keep a smile off of her face. "You're not insinuating that I couldn't hurt you even if you didn't have the ability to heal, are you?"

"Then I would have to try proving you wrong, of course...," Kiah announced, taking small steps towards him. She was trying to close the distance without getting too close just yet, still keeping up the threatening charade.

Narrowing her eyes, Kiah paused for a long moment, meeting his stare. She lowered her arms back down to her sides slowly, still hesitating to get any closer. Suddenly her eyes locked on something to the right of him, and she tilted her head to the side in confusion, "What...?" She hoped it was convincing enough, at the very least.

He blinked a little and looked to his side, wondering what she was looking at. When he didn't see what made her look so confused, he started to turn his head back in her direction, oblivious to her facade.

The second Kanda looked away, Kiah took her chance and ran the last few feet towards him. She threw a punch at his gut, leaning into the swing to put more force behind it. She knew it probably wouldn't hurt either way, but she was going to give it her all since he was asking for it.

He looked back just in time to see her fist an inch from his gut, but it was too late for him to stop the hit. Though the hit didn't really hurt, and her knuckles only landed against is toned abdomen, the wind was still knocked from him. He was quiet for a few seconds before he started to cough and gasp a little for breath, hugging his stomach with one arm.
"...s**t."
He laughed a little despite the lack of breath and started to rub his stomach.
"That was harder than I expected...hah...but it really only knocked the wind from me. Though in a fight, that could give you an extra second that might make all the difference."
